Very clean building. Machines are in good working order. Vending machine, ATM, supplies can be purchased. Clean places to sit are provided inside the building. Prices are reasonable for a laundromat. Very grateful for the easy access from the road. Location is safe, I would feel comfortable bringing my children here. No issues with this facility in comparison to others in Clearfield; which is sad to say.
Always clean! Thats a big deal imo. The manager (owner?) is almost always on site doing repairs and checking on things. You might pay a little more per load here but I think its totally worth it.
Great people washing clothes in a great place
I was pleasantly surprised about how well it went. I have insisted on going to one a little bit farther away, but the cool extra features were closed a while back.
It was very clean and the gentlemen was very nice it washed my clothes good and dried them good
Always a pleasant experience
Rude people wash there
Nice place. Lots of machines. No waiting on a Sunday morning.
Its nothing fancy just a regular ole laundromat.
Only 25 cents to dry.😲
Where I go to do my laundry. Nice place and in a good area.
Clean. Lots of machines. Nice place.
Rays is ok, clean affordable
This laundromat is one of the cleanest and most organized in terms of prices, and how the place is set up. They have a dollar bill to Coin converter, an ATM, and of course a detergent and dryer sheet dispenser. There are four tables, and a TV as well. Whether you have a really small load, to a bulky and bigger load there are several types of washers with bigger capacities as well as dryers. Prices max out at roughly 4 bucks per wash on the bigger loads and washers and minimum start at $1.75 for the smallest loads and capacity washers. The machines are all in working order, there is plenty of parking, this includes a wheel chair accessible entrance, there is a bus stop right out front of the building. If you need to do a quick bit of shopping or need to eat, there is a Mexican restaurant across the road on the corner of 26th and Monroe, a Family Dollar right next door, a bakery, another mexican restaurant down the road closer to 25th and Monroe connected to a Convenience store/Smoke Shop called Kwick Shop on the corner of 25th and Monroe. Or if you just have a dollar and some change, there is a vending machine there too if you need or want just a quick snack. The people are nice here, and keep the area safe, secure, and clean/sanitized
Pretty good variety as far as size of machines. But for drying, a quarter gets you 5 minutes of dry time! There could be more seating and folding areas.
Best place in town 😁 when I have to use a laundromat this is the only place I’ll go 🙂🙂🙂
Always have trusted in their dry cleaning skills. Their washer and dryers are nice, they have variants of old and new, very many options and not expensive at all. Clean and very friendly hard working staff. Would highly recommend for all your laundry needs.
I love going to Rays, we normally wash then go to Rays to dry. The place is always very clean, one of the only laundromats i will go to because they honestly care about cleanliness and i have never felt out of place or scared with any of the patrons there unlike most others where people enter and the atmosphere changes and people get afraid of what may go down.
Fair prices, clean, tends to be quiet. Theres wifi, I havent used it, but did notice it was available. I dont even mind doing laundry when I come here, it feels very calm.
The interior looked pretty clean and most of the machines were new and affordable. Theres a good array of them as well. Just wish there were more smaller dryers for those who need them most and sitting/table area. Be aware of your surroundings since the business isnt in the safest of neighborhoods, but overall a good place to do your laundry.
Lets get down to the nitty-gritty. This place is clean, theres never a wait for a machine and theres a television and tables for you to sit at while you do your laundry. The prices for our excellent. The dryers work great. And theres always friendly interesting people there. Its a great safe environment to clean your clothes.
The machines R well used and the place has been there for along time. But the more times I frequent the place the more I learn. They do have newer machines and big ones, the staff is friendly and very helpful, the clientele so far all seem respectful, but it is small, quaint.
Good place to do laundry great hours.. it would be nice if there were outlets by the tables so we can charge our phone why we wait for our laundry
This is a very clean place to wash your clothes. The staff was very helpful answering all my questions. I had a tough stain that I could not get out of a piece of clothing and they were very kind with offering possible solutions.
Always very good. Always clean.
Pretty clean place and was quiet when I was there. $1.75-4.25 per wash. There’s WIFI as well. Restroom doesn’t have soap though.
I liked this place! It was clean and almost all of the machines are new, so you dont really have to worry about them not working right. The big dryers they had were awesome. I was in and out super fast because of the speed of the big dryers.
I needed a really big washer for my king comforter and it ended up fitting easily in the one of the three big ones they had in their pictures. They also had big dryers next to those washers and the place was super clean.
Very well maintained laundromat with high quality machines. Only draw back is that it is often crowded with many people using up to 5 machines at once as opposed to using one of the larger units.
Ive tried out a few laundromats in the Ogden area and this one is by far the cleanest. Also has a good selection of sizes for washers and dryers.
The guy working there was super friendly to me and seemed to really care about keeping the place clean. It was my first time going in there and he explained about all the washers and dryers and which ones would be the most affordable for me based on how much I brought in, and I had brought in A LOT of clothes. I ended up bringing 30$ in quarters thinking I might need more, but ended up spending much less and the entire process went really smoothly. I would seriously recommend this place for those of you living around the area(especially in apartments with few, none, or always seemingly broken machines there) as it is probably similar price, but much higher quality. If you get hungry or thirsty while waiting, there is a little restaurant, that is affordable, right across the street(El Pollo Rico I think it is), and they are actually quite good. There is also an ATM and Change machine inside the laundromat so you dont have to go elsewhere for that.
Friendly service. Great machines
Excellent washing house, clean and friendly attendants too.
Im very upset with this place. I left my clothes this evening in the dryer, and when I came to get them at 9:20pm, the place was closed. On the door there is a sign that says if your clothes STOP in the washer or dryer, and you are not there, they will close. It doesnt say you have to be there waiting on your clothes, it only says you must be there WHEN THE CLOTHES STOP. When I got there, my clothes were still going around in the dryer. I called the number for Rays as soon as I went home and got my phone. Someone answered, saying his name was Ray, and when I told him what happened, he said I need to speak with his brother in the morning when they open, also named Ray he said (weird!) because that was who closed. The man on the phone said the sign said a person had to STAY THERE until the clothes stopped. I read the sign very carefully before I left my clothes there, and it didnt say anything about that (see pics below). Ive only been there a couple times, Im new to town, and I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. UPDATE: Went to get clothes this morning. Spoke with man who had closed the night before. He said he saw the clothes still turning in the dryer, but closed up because he said he got a call from his wife who was hysterical. I asked him why he didnt put a sign on the door, knowing someone still had their clothes in the dryer, and he had no answer. Not OK. He could also have called his brother (guy I spoke to on the phone last night) and told him he had to leave suddenly. Please dont spend your money here. I wont be. The owners are not concerned about their customers...
Children running around in their diapers screaming every time.
The laundry room was clean but the washers didnt clean my clothes and I used both types of washers. The dryers took forever and I used both types of dryers hoping one would dry faster. Didnt.
One of the cleaner laundry places in Ogden. ATM inside and there usually a worker there too working the dry cleaning stuff. They have a couple TVs too.
Clean, machines all work and plenty of them. Can sit at tables while youre waiting for your laundry to get done.
Been going hear for a year off and on then at 730pm we dropped some clothes off in a dryer and came back at 830 pm to find the place locked up!! Sign on door said open till 10:00 so had to wait till morning to get my kids clothing....not thrilled about this happening!! Change your sign or get someone in there that will stay until 10:00!!Very inappropriate...
Went in to do my laundry was a clean place except the restroom which had no hand towels or toilet paper. I thankfully had some tissues in my pocket. I HATE DRIP DRYING!!!
After spending $7 washing laundry, one of the four washers did not rinse the soap out of my clothing. When I brought it up with the management and just asked if there was a sink I could rinse a few articles off in, the lady told me that the machines were operating properly, I must have loaded the machine wrong, and that there if I wanted to rinse the articles off one by one in the bathroom and ring them out by hand I could, but she would not offer me a refund to allow me to run the machine again. This is by far the worst experience Ive ever had at a laundromat, and needless to say, I will not be returning.
Very clean and cheap to dry clothes
Always clean, Far prices with newer supercharged machines. Always smile on the owner. Thx Matthew
Place is clean, well lit. Feels safe and comforting. Has snacks and drinks available while while you wait for purchase in the vending machines.
Dryers do not seam to workr! I put in 75cents & they were still wet.
Great little laundromat. Felt safe here and was an affordable price. Will visit again for my laundry when Im there.
The machines work. I hate taking my laundry out but some things are too big for my dryer. Pricey as hell.
Be sure to look at the different machines because they are different priced. I made the mistake of picking the expensive washing machine at $3.50. The dryer was .25¢ per 10 minutes. There is a cheaper washing machine for $1.50. Other than that I enjoyed the place.
I have used this laundry mat off and on for over 20 years always been clean and never have had a problem with the staff or owners. Much better than other laundry mats in the area
Place is nice and clean. Owner is very nice.
Very clean...no waiting for machines...friendly staff. We were visiting Ogden and tried numerous other laundromats, Ray’s is top of the line!
I have been there a few times and ive felt safe. The attendant was sweet
Way cleaner and better than any other one Ive been to in Ogden
The owners keep the machines and the rest of the Laundromat very clean and I love that!
This laundromat is incredible!!! Great service and machines. Ray is awesome.
If you have a lot of laundry & you are going to hang out until its finished & you have your kids w/you then either learn how to control them or leave them at home... its annoying when kids are bouncing off the walls & screaming & the parents just sitting there ignoring them..
This place was super clean and the staff was friendly, I felt safe here.
Good price, clean. One tv you can barely see. Nothing to really do. No books, toys, or news papers.
Small quiet clean inexpensive nice customer service
I like the new machines for beddings i use the 1.75 older machines by the driers and the dryers are 25 for 6 minutes nice and warm ill pass 4 to 5 laundromats just to get here. Well worth it.
Great place new washers and dryers
Clean. Fare priced. Clientele not so creepy.
I hate laundromats in general but this place is clean and well kept
A good mix of newer and cheaper machines. A wash costs anywhere from $1.25-$3.50 and the dryers are 25¢ for 10 min.
Affordable prices, but very busy and not many machines for the number of customers. They also close early which only adds to the congestion on weekends.
I always go here. Clean. New machines. Nice staff.
Super clean and good prices!
Awesome 😊
I dont know if its the washer or dryer but my light colored clothes come out with oil stains and theres no way I know of yet to get the stains out
The washers leave some kind of stains on my whites other than that I prefer this laundromat
Loved it
The staff keeps this place very clean even on busy days which are Saturday and Sunday.
Clean, tight and convenient
Plenty of space
Plenty of machines. Clean and friendly facilities. As far as laundromats go this is the place to be.
Great location friendly
Nice and clean
Could be cleaner and expensive, $2.25/load, but okay...
Decent
Have to clean clothes.
Dirty inaccessibility
Its laundry
