A mistake was made on their part concerning signatures to complete a loan and they charged us 50$ for them to fix their mistake. When asked why that was they said thats just the way it is. Pretty suspicious if you ask me. Whos to say they dont make mistakes on purpose since you as a customer have to pay for their mistakes anyway when they do happen? When the last title company I used made a mistake during signing they fixed it right away and didnt charge us a dime. Buyer beware.
