The manager was very knowledgeable about their phone cases, specs, warranty, and prices. I asked questions about quality and durability when compared to big mobile stores and his answers were very specific and helpful. Compared to the kids working at T-Mobile who were completely clueless when I asked the same questions. Plus the prices were lower with better selection. Would definitely shop there again. I really like going here and in addition to that as far as their services goes, they pay people to do research in the area to ensure that their pricing is always competitive. They always help me out and if there is ever a newer employee who isnt as knowledgeable management steps in and helps out. I was also notified their cases have a 1 year guarantee! They helped me pick out a case & took care of me right in the store, no extra steps or extra bs or nothing i picked out my new case & was on my way just like that. Highly recommend this place.

I love the screen warranty but I don’t like the price of the cases. I also think that when you buy so many things at a time you should get a discount. 2 screens 2 cases. Over priced cases a nice deal would be cool. Or even earn points with how much money I’ve spent over the years. Customer service is good.

I came in for a new screen and to replace a charger. Kaydin treated me with the best service I’ve ever seen and offered to clean my phone for free!

Ive had to get my tempered glass replaced twice. The first time I ever got it done, it was a beautiful job, but then eventually it cracked and I had to get it done again. The second time my glass had a lot of bubbles under it and it cracked prematurely. So I had to get it done again. And this time I have a few bubbles under it again. But I also have an indentent and something sticking out of the glass DIRECTLY above the camera. I now have to get it replaced again. Im getting very upset with the quality of work that Im paying for.

I went in and did this premium plan on my phone which put a screen protector on the front and one on the back. Had to come back in the next day because the first one that was put on wouldnt read my finger print and even the man said that the first one wasnt put on right. He fixed it and I thought everything was fine until now when I took off my phone case to find the back one is lifting up everywhere. I spent alot of money and really not wanting to continue to go back and forth just to get this on right. Its very frustrating.

It was like dealing with family. Very comfortable atmosphere. He was also very informative. Giving me all the details about their services.

These guys were great! Kai and his supervisor were very helpful and fixed our phone screen quickly. Their repairs prices and customer service are hard to beat.

I bought a phone case and a screen protector from them on Tuesday, immediately after my fingerprint sensor stopped working. I tried to redo the fingerprint like the guy said I might have to but it wouldnt scan through the screen. Went in the next day to get the screen protector looked at and they redid the protector. It worked for about a day before I started having the same issue. Yesterday I looked at the phone case that I bought and its already falling apart. I called them and they said that they wouldnt take any of it back since its considered used at this point even though their website says 7 days. Never going back and I dont recommend that you do.

I was frustrated with my new phone because the screen protector was falling off after only 1 month. They got me a new screen cover that is amazing. My phone works better now than the day I got it. He also suggested a different kind of case so that I wouldnt have the same problem again. He showed me what he had but was not pushy at all. I am glad someone recommended them to me.
