Super honest!!!! Trucks fixed right the first time always!!! And excellent customer service as well as communication! I wouldnt take my trucks to any other diesel shop. I was told by another mechanic that my truck needed an EGR cooler..... Took it to Precision, they found a pipe that was disconnected going to it and hooked the pipe back up, charged me an hour of labor and the truck is perfect!!! I could have spent a lot of money somewhere else to fix something that didnt need to be fixed. Its so nice to have such an awesome, honest diesel shop I can trust!!!

Nice people, informative but not pushy. Reasonably priced. On my way through Utah Ill stop for the lube, oil n filter. If you have a diesel Id recommend them. Very convenient to I-15.

Heather and John have both been so great to work with. We have two delivery trucks that we use to deliver portable storage containers. We have sudden deliveries come up and have to change our appointments with Precision quite often. They get our company trucks in with such short notice and are so patient and understanding when we do change the appointments around.John has taken time (after his own work day) to train our delivery drivers on basic mechanical and truck knowledge. We love Precision and appreciate all the work they do for us.

Ive had my 04 1 ton as well as my 94 1/2 ton worked on by these guys and I would highly recommend them to anybody. They are as honest as you can find and they do things right. I wont take my vehicles anywhere else. I trust them completely. If youre looking at having some repairs done look no further. These are the people you want.I had them rebuild my 1 tons transmission after it was starting to show some signs of going out and also a bunch of other maintenance that needed done along with adjusting the valves on the motor(Cummins).My truck now runs better than I ever remember and the trans is solid and performs better than I hoped for.We had them install a crate motor with a cam in the half ton as well as a whole slough of other maintenance on it as well- everything was done just as they said they would do and Im very happy with the experience that Ive had with precision diesel. Labor rates are fare and they dont try to squeeze in a bunch of BS charges. As stated above dont waste time anywhere else, these are the people you want. Professionals.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHICLE HERE! If I could give it 0 stars I would. I took my truck in their for a simple head gasket repair, had it towed back once, took it myself 3 times after making funny noises. Ford then told me it needs a motor. Owner said it wasnt his problem anymore!

I take my pride & joy Peterbilt & custom horse trailer to Precision Diesel for maintenance & repair. I am very happy with Johns performance. I feel he is honest, fair, and takes pride in his work.

I have been dealing with the shop for a few days attempting to have my truck fixed. John has been amazing from the start. I do not trust many vehicle repair companies, but this will be my go to shop from now on for any diesel repair.They work on light duty up to heavy duty class 8 trucks. If you have a a diesel that needs repair or maintenance, these guys are the place to go. They have done work on my 97 powerstroke, and they always have the work done in a timely, and proffesional manner. They charge very fairly compared to other places around and are much more cost effective than taking your vehicle to the stealership. Heather and John are always polite to me, and they know what they are doing. You cannot go wrong with these guys.

This is a great shop!I have one of the infamous Ford 6.0 diesels.In July I was driving home from a Ford dealer in Sandy after just having it serviced. When I was getting off my exit in American Fork to go home it started running really bad so I turned it off and coasted to a stop After about 15 minutes I restarted it and it shot out a bunch of dark exhaust and was really running bad, so I turned it off and had a wrecker tow it to a Ford dealer in my area.They eventually diagnosed it as having a blown head gasket and would possibly also need a new head or heads depending on what a machine shop decided. To do the job it would be about $5000.00 if they didn’t need to replace the heads and $600.00 more to replace the head bolts with ARP bolts. That would include the head gasket set a rebuilt egr cooler and valve and an engine oil cooler.Feeling really disappointed in a pickup that I had bought new and had only 62000.00 miles on it I decided to park it for good.My son who used to work at a diesel shop suggested I ask one of them about it. I used the internet to search for a great shop and found this one, so I called and talked to John who owns the shop and after discussing it with him, he determined that I probably didn’t have blown gaskets.So I ordered a couple of parts ( egr valve and both coolers ) and then I had it towed to his shop in West Haven from American Fork and gave him the job. He was spot on with the diagnosis and he did the job plus he added a coolant filter and filled it with high quality full synthetic oil and premium coolant ( big truck coolant ). I ended up paying him less than $1900.00 and with my parts I was in for less than $2500.00 total.If I had gone with Ford, they would of pulled off my cab and then if they had decided I didn’t need the head work, I would of still owed them 6 hours of labor for the R&R of the cab.I am completely happy with the work and integrity of John’s shop. My truck will go there from now on even for servicing.Larry L W
