I never leave reviews. Seriously, never! But I absolutely wanted to leave a review for Holmes Clothing. We were fortunate to work with Adam for the mens wear for our wedding. Adam provided the best customer service and has been great with communication throughout the whole process of the rentals. He literally made a stressful situation (planning a wedding) a little less stressful and fun! I would recommend this company to anyone and everyone! 5 stars is not enough to give in my opinion. Thank you, Adam!

THE BEST place to shop for men’s formal wear. Amazing suits, amazing quality customer service, amazing discounted prices!!! I got my fiancé’s suit here for our wedding that’s coming up and the color and style were PERFECT! The seamstress outdid herself with the alterations we needed and it is perfect. I love Holmes Clothing!!!

Impeccable service, latest trends, & affordable high-value suits! My husband and I had an exceptional experience shopping here for a grooms suit. The staff was friendly, very knowledgeable, and extremely courteous as they serviced us throughout our experience here. The custom tailored suit was finished within a week or so and it fit perfectly on my husband. He said it was the most valuable and comfortable suit hes ever owned. We will always return here for our needs in the future!

Went in to get fitted for my friends wedding. It was a very calming and relaxed atmosphere that opened up the knowledge we had of suits and tuxedos. Over the top and still very leisurely help from their service.

Not a huge selection. Much more catered towards LDS clientele. The employee that helped me wasnt the most helpful or accommodating.

We have done our wedding outfits though them and Ive been thrilled with the experience. Adam helped us pick out the perfect clothes, accessories and made sure everything was perfectly fitted. The whole staff is so accommodating when we go in and has made this process incredibly easy.

Ive been a return customer at Holmes Clothing many different times and they always come through. Great styles. Good selection. I have no hesitation referring my friends there for their special occasions or even just when I think they need a wardrobe makeover!

This store is a great find for mens dress wear. There was a good sale going on during our visit. The staff is young but know their stuff! They are friendly and helpful without pressure. We passed by many times over the years and never noticed it! They have everything a new missionary needs plus a good selection for business wear.

$200 something for a wool suit/pant combo. $10 for a vest. Everyone was helpful and nice. Ill be back to get my next suit if Im alive

I was very relaxed and felt very well taken care of by each member of the staff, most especially the owner, who worked with us personally. They were extremely helpful in every aspect of the entire experience. I would really like to recommend Holmes Clothing to anyone looking for a suit/tux for whatever occasion that presents itself. These guys were 1000% AMAZING!!!!! We had originally picked out some suits and the colors we liked, and was also working with the sister store in Phoenix, Arizona to insure the brides dad and brothers could get the same matching suits. After going back and forth with colors and making sure everyone matched, in the end the first color we picked just wouldnt work for everyones sizes.I got a call personally from Wyatt and he let us know he would do everything in his power to make sure our wedding was as perfect as possible, and that we would need to pick another suit color if we would like to match. He fit us in the same day to re-pick out suits. He called the vendors and made sure we could get suits in everyones sizes, and in time. We had forgot to order me a vest and Wyatt bent over backwards to not only help us pick one that would match, but he also called and made sure to have the vendor send it out that day because it was literally a week before the wedding.We bought 10 suits and the color ended up being more perfect than the original colors we chose. The thing that made the service over the top was my wifes family flew in the day before the wedding, and Wyatt had his seamstress at his store waiting for her brothers and dad to fly in at 4 pm to alter their suits so they would be ready for the wedding the next day. If that isnt over the top service, I do not know what is..On another note, I wouldnt always listen to some negative reviews, you cant please everyone. I think you should go in and let them show you how their customer service is in person.

My last suit lasted 6 years of heavy use. Of course Im getting my next suit here! Had my pants altered the next day!

I have never left a negative review before but I feel the need to do so today. We chose Holmes Clothing for our wedding on Sept. 30th; they did my husband’s suit and rentals for his groomsmen. The staff members were very helpful during the choosing and fitting process but the pick-up was awful. Our wedding was on Saturday but we weren’t contacted about picking up suits until Thursday evening, the 28th—two days before the wedding. My husband had a single day to run suits to the groomsmen to ensure they fit. A couple of his groomsmen needed resized vests so we were rushing the day before our wedding to get that squared away. But that’s not even the worst part.The worst part is that when my husband received his suit, there were no alterations made at all! They told him the seamstress would not be in until Monday and only offered to let him exchange the jacket for another piece. The problem is that my husband has a football player body. His arm span is very long and his chest is very wide. Standard jackets don’t generally fit him.I was furious but my husband didn’t want to confront the company so he agreed to choose another jacket. I was not with him but if I was, I would have demanded the seamstress come fix the mistake—we did, after all, pay to Holmes Clothing to have alterations and they’ve had our order for over two months! I was with my husband the day he tried on jackets and the staff member pinned it back and made notes of the alterations to be made back in the summertime.My husband does not like getting into spats so he did as he was instructed and picked out a different jacket off the wall. We had to call the woman who altered my wedding dress and have this jacket tailored in a moments noticed (with an added rush fee).I’m so happy she was willing to alter the jacket on short notice but I don’t think this should have been the case. We paid Holmes Clothing for alterations and 1) alterations were not made although they had the order for two months and 2) Holmes Clothing’s only solution was for my husband to pick a new jacket off the rack.The suit quality was great and the selection is also great, but I think the team needs to ensure that orders are altered well in advance and offer better customer service in an emergency such as ours.
