They really want you to be happy with their service. My couch didn’t see completely clean from their first time coming out, so I let them know and they can back out and redid it. They were super friendly both times and really made me feel important as a customer. I will definitely be using them again.

Very nice and respectful. On time, in fact was a bit early but did call and ask if this would work for me. Listened to all my wants/needs and answered all my questions. Happily came back into a room to do a spot I found after moving furniture. Moved furniture I asked and cleaned underneath and placed spacers between furniture and carpet as it dried. Took the time needed and really tried to get stains out of my carpets. I am very pleased with how my old carpet turned out. I highly recommend this company and will be using them in the future again for sure!

Oscar came in with a light to see the areas that needed the treatment and told me upfront what cost to expect. He even cleaned up an unexpected pet mess I had not know about in a separate area. He went above and beyond to get my carpets looking and smelling new again. I have used thoro clene before, and I will absolutely continue to use them.

Initially, I gave Thoro-Clene a very positive rating. However, after two months, it was clear that soap was used in their process. Our carpets became matted and ugly. So, we just had zerorez come in and clean the carpets again. Hopefully this will work better.

The gentleman who was assigned to my job (John I think? ) was on time and very polite and looked professional. I got a phone call to confirm the day before and then another call the day after to see how my cleaning went. I like this because it showed me they care about offering customer service and wanted to make sure I was satisfied. My carpets looked great and he even got a stain out that had been bugging me for 2 years that nothing had worked on so far. It took 1/2 the day to dry which didnt bother me because i definitely had a realistic expectation knowing it cant be dry the second they leave. Great experience, I totally will recommend to friends. Great company! A very helpful rep got us scheduled right away (next day service!) and they sent out a couple of very polite & knowledgeable guys who got the job done quick! It was a carpet repair job- cutting and re stretching and my carpet looks great! I paid a little more than I was quoted from a couple other companies, but it was well worth the extra money for the kind people I was able to deal with, and also to know that they will stand behind their work. They were able to come out the same day, and thats just the start. I had heavily soiled pet stains that I tried to treat, to no avail, and I was prepared to replace my carpets. He put corner protectors to shield the equipment from doing damage to my walls. He was also very fast in completing the job. I appreciated him giving me some tips on what to do with the loose strands on the carpet and I also appreciated him telling me that his company cleans hardwood floor as well. I was very happy about the work that was done for me this week. Its so nice to feel that the house, including the carpets, are clean.

They did a good job. I was glad that they came the very next day after I called and didnt make me wait for weeks to get in. We have a very bad high traffic area that gets super dirty. And the cleaning was overdue. It looks soooo much better now. And I was surprised that it was done pretty fast. And maybe Im wrong but in the past when other carpet cleaners have come my carpet ends up feeling so wet all day. And I thought this dried much quicker. I will use them again.

They did a good job. He helped get a stain out from a kool aid spill, which was definetely appreciated. However didnt see a vast improvement in other areas like the high traffic areas, and I remember it didnt smell as good as I hoped. But otherwise a good job!

I tried renting a carpet cleaner, home remedies and commercial products that claimed to remove the odor but it never went away. Just bought a fixer upper. Had the carpets and tile cleaned. It took about 3 hours to clean. What a difference this made. Stains were removed, and I can see the original color of the grout. I chose to seal the grout myself which saved a lot of money. I recommended Thoro-Clene to my daughter.
