Honestly, no idea about their service. I have heard they are amazing. However, I have called, left messages, and tried to reach this company multiple times at various times of the day and have never heard anything back. I am unimpressed with their customer service.

Always great to work with. They are a great resource for landlords. Good at getting out pet odor and stains. They also have a service available to get rid of smoke smell in unit, I recently used this service and it was a great value. Thank you!

Ryan was our technician and he was professional, respectful, and friendly. He took the time to ask and understand exactly what we wanted done to our carpet. We had an elderly dog and Ryan was very thorough and got all the stains and smells out. I was pleasantly surprised that he left our carpet feeling and looking like new! He also took great care in protecting our hardwood floors, baseboards and furniture. I am more than pleased with the experience we had, and it was all thanks to Ryan and the quality work that was delivered! I highly recommend TNT!

Trey came out today to clean air ducts and dryer vent. He was on time and very professional. He was very personable and took time to explain what he was doing and kept us updated on the timeline. We have used this company before and will definitely be using them again.Update: I lowered my rating because the first time we used the furnace the access fell off because it was only duct taped on. Trey came again and I showed him the problem. He said it was fixed, he taped it and would put screws in the cover. Less than an hour after he left it fell off again. Was only taped again. We are going to fix it ourself and I will never recommend them again

What a great company to use, called them to do duct cleaning cause my contractor did a poor job at doing it. i called thema and they were out the next day. Trey was the tech that came out, he was masked up due to covid and made us feel great about a stranger being in the home. he explained the process and what he is going to do. he was in and out without a mess and cleaned the duct work great we can no longer here things tumbling around and it feels as if we have better air flow. they are not the cheapest but not the most spendy out there. we had the cheapest company come out and 5 days later had to call these guys. and i wish we would of just used these guys first. top notch grade A company!

I called around and collected quotes from multiple companies. They were not lowest but not highest and did not try to sell me extra things I didnt need. They came in and cleaned up all the vents, supply and cold air returns along with the furnace and surrounding area. Trent was very responsive and sent over quote quickly. I was scheduled within a week and Eric was very professional, efficient and courteous ensuring every space was completely clean.Had a lot of sheet rock dust from building house that was clogging up the furnace. This caused the furnace to run longer and use a lot more electricity. Was changing furnace filter every two - three weeks. Very pleased with the result. Woke up this morning to clean, non dusty air. Great service for a very good price. Thank you so much TNT.

We called Trent to come clean our rental townhouse after the carpet got trashed. Dan came over and two hours later we had pristine, clean carpet that looked and smelled like new. Dan even took it upon himself to clean a room that we for sure thought couldn’t be cleaned. Dan got all the stains out and saved us over $500 by not having to replace carpet in that room. Ryan came to clean our carpets a few weeks ago, and was professional and very personable. He was able to wash out some serious stains from pets, spills, and dirty shoes! I was pleased with the service that I was provided today. We had a toilet overflow and cause some flooding issues in our bedroom and basement. We had removed our carpet and pulled out the wet padding underneath and let it dry before they came. Ryan came and put in new carpet padding in the affected area, repaired a tear on the underside of the soiled carpet, reinstalled the carpet, cleaned the affected carpet (as well as cleaning a generous amount of carpet surrounding the affected area) and then finished by spraying a disinfectant on the carpet as well. He then sprayed the disinfectant on the affected wooden ceiling beams downstairs, and everything else that I asked him to (affected ceiling tiles, even the floor!). He cleaned the affected carpet down there as well, also giving a generous parameter beyond what I originally told him needed cleaning. I didnt like how the metal strip between our bathroom linoleum and the bedroom carpet felt after he re-installed it, and he cheerfully redid it and I was satisfied with the redo. I appreciated their service today.I enjoy patronizing businesses that have clean-cut, honest, & friendly workers and reasonably priced products. Thank you TNT!

Sooooo Happy! I called because we were going to have a party at our house and wanted our carpets to look good. My wife and I had tried many times (and with many products) to clean the dark black spots out of our cream colored carpet to no avail. These spots had been there since we bought the house and they bothered us frequently.I didnt have high hopes of the spots being eradicated but the representative told me they would come up. After he was done I was ecstatic to see no black spots at all! They were priced just right and well worth what we paid for the results. We should have saved our money with other products and instead had these guys clean our carpets a long time ago!

I used TNT for their fog service in my truck. I had been a heavy smoker but had quit and didnt want to smell the musty smoke anymore. It has been a couple months now, and it still smells completely smoke free. I fully expected the smell to come back after at least a week, but it has been quite a while and nothing. My wife has never been a smoker, and she still is amazed also how it smelled after the service, and now so much later. Very professional. Treated my curious son with absolute respect, and walked me through the whole process. I would recomend to anyone!

TNT is not your normal carpet cleaner. They do the regular cleaning but they also have great experience with really hard things. I just saw work the did in a really bad situation and they literally saved the carpet from having to be changed. I would highly recommend them.

They say when something bad happens something good comes out of it. This is so true. The good that came out of this is I feel like we have made a lifelong friend in Trent. We have never been treated so great by any company. He took away our stress and worked tirelessly to make our car as good as new.He went out of his way to make calls to let us know what our options were as far as things to do to fix our car. He was doing this for a complete stranger. I wish I could rate a 10. I am so impressed with Trent and his company. I have an unusual post as it does not pertain to my carpet. I had my car detailed and was left with a flooded car. I was in a panic as what to do. Trent reached out to me on facebook. I had never met him. He was not trying to get business but offering me some suggestions to try. I met him at his shop and he was going to let me borrow fans but because it was raining and I had no where to store my car he offered to put it in his shop garage. He ran fans for two days for me. He kept me updated and called around and asked others what I should do. He ended up stripping my car of my seats and carpet and worked to dry it out. He had my car for a week.It was that bad. No other business would go out of their way to help so much. This wasnt anything he normally does but he went above and beyond to help me out. He took so much stress of my shoulders. I knew I could count on him to fix it. He called me each day and gave me updates. He even called me at night when my car was done so I could pick it up. Most people would wait until business hours the next day. I just know if he treated me this excellent and I wasnt even one of his customers I can only imagine the terrific service he offers to regular customers. I will never be able to thank him enough for all that he did for me. My car was like brand new. I would highly recommend TNT Cleaning for all your needs.So honest, hard working, dependable and kind.
