No sign. It is located inside the Alaskan Inn. Turns out, the website reservation doesnt work. Wasted time. Poor advertising. We were rented a tandem kayak with backrests, per the website, but were not given a kayak with backrests. Reservation canceled. The staff was friendly enough,, but was not knowledgeable enough about the products to fulfill what we wanted. We went with another rental place.

Professional, still had fun water toys in stock when we arrived at 10am. We were able to have a rental held, paid over the phone when usually they say first come first serve.

The jet skis i rented from here were so fast, and the customer service was great!

My wife reserved jet skis for a Monday and show up, just to find out they gave them to someone else despite confirming over the phone the day before. Tried again Wednesday, they had the jet skis but said we couldnt beach them. They also had no anchor, not sure how you are going to use jet skis all day without ever beaching or anchoring them. They also told my wife they included a tube but they actually didnt have a tube. We rented from club rec on cemetery point instead.
