Nothing setup for disabled persons. So if you are unable to stand in line for hours because theres only one clerk working dont go without a Walker or wheelchair.

Never answer there phones, and when they do not very helpful or rude

Someone was putting me on hold and then picking up the phone and hanging up every time I called they did it for an hour.

Whoever the receptionist is & answering the phone needs to leave I needed help & the lady wouldn’t listen to me. She kept interrupting me not even waiting for me to finish my question. She was so rude people call to get help & she doesn’t listen to what you have to say.

These people have the worst office ethics. How can people get help or assistance when you are left on hold for an hour and you call back and the people answering the phones don’t give you a chance to speak, they put your call back on hold. I have been trying to get through for the past two days. This is horrible!

No one seems to know to answer a phone in this office!!! Its the Friday before the 3 day weekend so they answer phones after a certain time???

Maria doesnt need to be working here shes very rude and her boss Margaret doesnt return calls

The lady I talked to you at the front desk was extremely helpful helping me download the app and upload documents and everything could not ask for better service

Terrible service. Receptionist literally told me that I could not turn in my paperwork that was due that day. I dont have my own car and had been trying to get up there to turn in my stuff all week, then I finally got there, waited patiently in line for 30 minutes, just to have her tell me she cant take the piece of paper. She was obviously just lazy. So ridiculous.

I was on hold for 1 hour and 45 minutes someone answered and said if I could please hold.. I know its a busy place but come on!

I havent talked to an actual human being to help me with one small thing. All you get is a machine that tells you to call another one that doesnt help at all.

If I could leave 0 I would the unfriendliest most unprofessional people ever go there for help and they dont have any answers.
