6 hour average wait,lady at front desk dont help English speaking people had to wait for someone that will help the three that speak English,

Long line and only one person to take care of them

Hours were described as 8:00am-6:00pm. I showed up at the door at 5:08pm only to be shooed away telling me the office was closed. Treated me like an animal talking to me through the glass door. When I expressed what I need and pointed out that the hours were as said the employee still couldnt help me. I do not have a ride. This was my only opportunity to handle this and get the item I needed. There were still people being helped inside the office. What I needed couldnt have taken up more than 10 mins of time.
