I would leave ZERO STARS if possible. Theyre rude. They keep you running in circles instead of resolving any issues or answering any questions. They made me go pay for legal papers to be notarized and filled out cuz my ex hadnt paid child support in years and they were supposed to take him to court.... Turns out its exactly 11 months and 2 weeks and they still have not gone to court or even attempted to serve him yet. My daughter deserved every cent that was supposed to go to her and since Ive had to deal with this office theyve done nothing but slack. I cant even get answers on a single question until 2 months after theyve been submitted.... When they do answer they dont really answer they more act like they dance around your question and then give you their contact info which no one there seems to know the definition of help either. They take an amount of money out of your payments to pay for the year of their services when they do absolutely nothing to resolve any issues at all. This office needs all new management and a cleaning of the employees. If they cant do their jobs then how someone who will please!

Robots would be better off working here might be more efficient than what these people do

Was on hold for a while, but nothing extreme. I talked to a gentleman as I had several questions. He was very pleasant and answered the questions he could and guided me to other depts that could further assist me.

The system is flawed. The childrens best interests. Some parents never receive child support. Due to the other parent not maintaining employment or and child support does anything.

Receptionist up front is very rude and unprofessional!! Walked in and greeted her with no response. I stated the reason for my visit and when I had to repeat myself she BLURTED out That is not what you said the first time!! WOW!! Talk about needing professional skills!! This office needs help in finding someone friendly and obviously PROFESSIONAL to work the front desk!!!!

Extremely rude and unprofessional, no one ever returns calls from this office. Ariel Guerra office supervisor is a joke and gives false information. If all possible deal with the people in Austin and STAY CLEAR OF THIS OFFICE

No one ever answers the phone. You follow the prompts it gives you but it keeps circling you around and all you ever hear is a recording. Either these people are at lunch every hour or no one knows how to answer the phone. Its ridiculous you have to go down there in person just to speak to a live person and then when you do speak to someone in the office they have no customer service skills. Not happy at all!

A year and a half still havent transferred my case. They kept telling me they had not received it and when I get another office involved they mysteriously found my paperwork. They then blame the casework who no longer works with them.

What about the father who wants to see his kids an his kids mother doesnt bring them an he still has to pay child support! An wat if the father get laid off an then finds another job but gets paid $8.00 less an has been calling the Attorney Generals office for 7months already an has yet to See a court date!! My check was $12.00 today how the hell am I supposed to survive on $12.00!!!!
