My carpet looks brand new again!!!!! And my house smells amazing!!!!! The techs explained the whole process step by step. They work fast and were very professional. I will be using Carpet Tech again for my duct cleaning soon and deep carpet cleaning once or twice a year!!!!

Not only was Carpet Tech very responsive, they were very friendly and professional.After an initial consultation it was an easy yes for me to book services.I received a call a day after reaching out via the web. A consultation set for the very next day and services rendered two business days prior.I had them clean carpets in 3 rooms with carpet stretching done in one room. There were a lot of stains in the carpets, and once they were done they looked fluffy and new. Although they managed expectations and communicated that they couldnt guarantee paint stains coming out, I was absolutely thrilled with the end result! The cost was reasonable, as well. They did a lot of work for a fair price. That is not easy to find in the Permian Basin...

Carpet Tech came out to clean our Air Duct system. This cleaning was way overdue and quite a mess. Marshall and his team did an outstanding job. He walked me through the process, showed me before and after photos, and made much needed future recommendations. I will hire this company again and i recommend you do as well.

Before and after! We had the tile cleaned when we moved into this house over two years ago(a different company) and it didn’t look this good then! Three dogs and a husband later left it looking brown/black...GROSS! I have been really frustrated every time I mop as I felt like I was just moving dirty water around. Carpet Tech sent three guys out who all were super professional and nice. They actually were on their hands and knees scrubbing the floors at one point. That speaks a lot for the quality of work they strive to provide when so many people now days do the bare minimum. They also sealed the grout for me which I am super excited about!! 3 Carpet Tech employees showed up and immediately went to work. They vacuumed, removed all spots and cleaned the carpet--living area, master bedroom and closet, and spare bedroom --in and out in about an hour. Carpet looks GREAT!.

Two weeks ago my mother passed away. I left town on Sunday to prepare for her funeral in Oklahoma. Early Monday morning our water heater busted and flooded the house. Luckily my husband was still home and was able to call carpet tech. He was so impressed with them but told me to be ready to come home to a mess. My husband joined us in Oklahoma on Tuesday and left a key for the carpet tech guys to check on the blowers. When I got home there were blowers everywhere. My daughters room and guest bedroom floors had been pulled up . But her things were put back nicely as was the guest room . There was no dirt on the concrete floors . My house was a mess because the closets had to be emptied out and put in the front room . Our tile floors were even somewhat clean . Honestly besides stuff placed in a room no one goes into and the blowers I was really surprised, I was expecting dirt, muck and a smell and there was none. Luckily we have tile through out most of the house but it was the faux wood tile in the rooms that had to be pulled up. My husband and daughter couldn’t say enough about how polite and professional the techs were . The day after I came back on Thursday the techs came and took some blowers . Friday they returned and I had the pleasure of being the one they communicated with. Where did you get these well dressed, polite and professional young men? Other then the obvious professionalism it was the little things I noticed, like they way they were so careful in handling my property and their property as not to damage any of my floors. The way they gently moved my things. Recently I went into the guest room to try to make it presentable with the concrete floors for unexpected visit from my son, that’s when I noticed that under the legs of the bed and dresser there were styrofoam blocks . That really pulled at my heart strings because the techs put those there to make sure my furniture was not damaged by the water and the concrete . There were no signs of any water damage, they left no dirt or evidence that they had pulled up the floors and even asked me to call if we decide to pull up the flooring in our room, which the water had only gotten about 3 ft in. It was a really awful week and I expected the worst when I came home, but your techs did an amazing job and made this horrible situation a lot easier to deal with. I am VERY satisfied with this company and the service that I received! Christian came to clean the carpet in my home and he took his time in all 4 of my bedrooms that had carpet and did a GREAT JOB! I worked with Kyle at Carpet Tech and Arriana, and they were very customer friendly and answered all of the questions that I had and addressed every need that I had. We had to disinfect a room that a covid-19 family member had been in, and Kyle and Arriana assured me that they could go in, disinfect, and make the area safe to enter. I appreciated how nice and understanding Kyle was, and I believe that they went above and beyond of what I was expecting. Carpet tech did an awesome job cleaning our carpet! We moved in our house about 4 months ago, and think our dogs smelled the previous owners dogs on the carpet and kept going potty, and no matter what we tried we just couldn’t get the smell out. Anyways, the guys from carpet tech called and asked if they could come earlier than the set appointment which was awesome! They were fast and efficient, friendly, super professional, and did a wonderful job. Carpet smells great! No more dog urine smell. 🙌

Carpet Tech came in and did a great job. The guys that worked on my home were very trustworthy and did their tasks with professionalism and speed. Ill use them without a doubt for my next carpet catastrophe or maybe just a spring cleaning. Im also thinking of using them to stain my concrete. They do a lot more than just carpet cleaning.

The people I have spoken to are very respectful and friendly but the quality of the rug cleaning is sub-par. The rugs were sent twice to be cleaned. The second time they came back, the result was much better but there is still residue or film on the rug. I am not sure what could have been done differently. I was hoping to have a 5-Star experience like most people have.

I called at 3:45 am this morning and told them our house was flooded from the water heater and talked to the answereing service.Someone called me back within 10 minutes he said he would get dressed and run by their shop and get what he needed and be right over. Do not use for air duct cleaning. First time they came out they damaged my ac/heat unit by leaving the unit on while all the vents were covered. Second time, the manager had to come clean because the first time were not thorough enough and my ducts were still dirty(had insulation hanging out after they cleaned from the first time). Upon the second attempt they put a 3-4” scratch in a piece of furniture that was under a vent. This piece of furniture should have been covered with a blanket/cloth or moved out of the way.

They did a wonderful job and are priced fairly.Would definitely recommend​ and use again!

Not pleased at all. The technician was arrogant and what he cared about was selling unnecessary things (you need thing, you need that, etc..). This was our first experience and it was a very bad one. Never will we use Carpet Tech again.

I did not hire them directly because I have to be honest I live in a condominium which the manager requested his services because in my absence the apartment suffered from humidity came the first day everything very well they put the equipment the next day I was visited by one of his workers and honestly I think it has a bad and very despotic shape they broke pictures in my daughters room and said nothing and slipped away the next day, Monday, the workers who were making the floor disconnected and took some equipment out in the entrance portal and when they arrived they didnt even say hello they just picked up and left Im still waiting for them to clean the folder they must hire more friendly and courteous staff
