Been here multiple times. Best customer service, worst nails… sad. Alex was very nice but left me unattended a little too long. Expected spectacular nails since I waited so long. Sloppy. Will probably go somewhere else to get fixed. Chunky, uneven, debris under clear coat.

My daughter went in with a pic. The nails looked nothing like the pic. My daughter went back in and asked for the design to be removed. The nail tech got very upset and yanked on my daughters hand. I drove there and after some complaining her money was refunded. But the tech was very disrespectful towards my daughter. She is 16. What she wanted on the left. What she got on the right.

Good morning Texas!! Its me again!!, Liza, coming at ya with yet ANOTHER amazing review of Sabrina and the Lavender Lashes crew!! I made my appointment to see Sabrina after work on Monday, Oct. 19 @ 3:30pm. She was able to take me a couple of minutes earlier than scheduled and we got started. We shortened and filled the old set, found a lighter shade of purple, (lightly sparkled) for 8 of my nails and a silver/deep purple sparkle for my 2 accent nails. As always, she shaped them perfectly 👌 for me, (I luv the squoval shape...square with the edges slightly rounded so you dont scratch yourself up) AND, I had earned enough points to get a discount for my services!! As usual, she took her time, but was quick and attentive at the same time, so I wasnt there forever. This shop and all employees are very capable, professional and caring. By choosing Lavender Lashes & Spa, and getting ANY service they provide, I feel you cant go wrong!! Very courteous, clean, time conscious and affordable...you need to check them out if you havent already!! Have a great day Texas!!!

Honestly, I walked in when they were only helping one person. I wasn’t greeted either. They asked what I wanted and I let them know I wanted a full set. The person at the front desk sat me down and put my hands in acetone to get my previous set off. Shortly after, two girls walked who were both greeted and seated immediately. The person at the front desk went to the back to get a nail technician and she started on her nails immediately. Not long after that, two other women walked in and the same thing happened. All the while, I’ve been sitting there with acetone burning my fingers. When the lady finally got to me, she wasn’t sure she could do the set I asked for and she wasn’t answering any of my questions. After I noticed that she wasn’t sure how to do my nails, I gave her a more simple design. The whole time, she was rough with me and did not come even remotely close to the shape or design I asked for. Even after I let her know she didn’t do what I asked for and I thought they were done terribly, she still tried to charge me $65. I will NEVER return and will be discouraging others to not do business here. The place was disgusting, they were rude and quite frankly, change way too much for a simple set.

I usually come here for my nails and eyebrows however I got my eyebrows done a few days ago MY SKIN WAS RIPPED OFF, Not only irritation MY OUTER SKIN LAYER WAS RIPPED OFF * NOT ONE SIDE OF MY EYEBROW BUT BOTH .* my skin was very sore and it was hurting for days I have a scar on both sides of my eyebrow while my skin is still healing, now I know mistakes happen but my skin was ripped off during the eyebrow process because the wax was way to hot, it was put on my skin directly without cooling down so not only my skin ripped off my skin was burned a little . Very unsatisfied, honestly I wanted my money back from my nails and eyebrows that day.

Even when short staffed they work really really hard to get you in and out.

I highly recommend Jimmy at this place as he has worked on me for a few years now and I have had 2 foot surgeries and I live with neuropathy in all 4 of my extremities and hes always so careful with my feet and trying to get those ingrown toenails out!!!!!

Its was nice the employees was nice its just at this time the prices are extremely overpriced for nails.. Maybe thats why everyone is foing their own cause of the prices. Overall if i would go back naw i cant pay 45 for my toes to vet the same as if i payed 25

I come to Lavender lashes regularly and I’ve never found a more curious staff! They are always happy and friendly-they care about your comfort and do an excellent job every time! Today was their two year anniversary and they had a spill for everyone! Food drinks and it was lovely! Every time I come here it is but today was exceptionally busy and they worked me in no problem catering to my needs and I just really appreciate and respect their efforts! They are my favorite salon hands down! Thank you Sabrina and staff for always taking care of me! You guys r awesome! I appreciate the laughs!

Stay away! I was impressed with the well-furnished private room for lashes. That lasted about 3 min. First a disgruntled co-worker came in to gripe about something and stayed, talking, distracting the worker.Then the phone calls. A loud speaker phone was placed right next to my head. A call began with a man crying hysterically on the other end, hanging up, then calling and crying hysterically some more.Then, a woman came into the private room crying and ranting. While this went on, loud speaker-phone calls kept coming in. Why didnt I leave? I had my eyes taped up! If I tried to open them they burned. I just had to let her finish.It took so long with all the chaos, I couldnt really focus my eyes - still burning badly - to see what kind of job she did. THE LASHES WERE HIDEOUS. They were all different lengths - unintentionally. In places she used extra long (never asked my preference). They were so long and heavy they hung down below my lower lid on the ends, like bangs on my eyes.The ONLY good news is the gave me my money back.THE MOST UNPROFESSIONAL PEOPLE, SERVICE, ATMOSPHERE, and a horrible job.

My daughter and I are regulars and we love the atmosphere. They take good care of you, often give you advise on different services they have. Alex is very sweet, outspoken and she gets the job done. Kelly is also very sweet, and take pride in her work. It can be a little pricey at times but sometimes you have to pay a little more to get quality work. I can go 3 weeks without having nails fall off, which has been a problem at other places. Jimmy is great with his pedicures...he has a saying happy feet and thats exactly what he gives you when hes done. Give them a try you ll love it !!!

I took her to Lavender Lashes and Spa for her birthday. She was excited and loved the flower design they painted on her fingernails just for her. I am a family girl! I am impressed!

I arrived right at opening on a Saturday morning and the spa was fully staffed, and all welcoming and hospitable. Jimmy was efficient, friendly, and waited around until my feet were dry :). The young girl who did my nails was equally friendly & striked a fun conversation :).

If I could have given zero stars I would. Terrible service. Called ahead of time for an appointment at 2:30, show up and they have nothing to show for that so we check in 5 other people show up after us. All are attended before we are. We are never asked what we need or what service we are there for, but everyone else was. Terrible place to get your nails done. If you feel like getting disrespected and forgotten then for sure this is the place for you.

The people in this nail salon only do good service when it’s convenient & if you’re going to do a full nail or pedicure. I went it to fix a nail because I barely had a week with them & it fell off. I had them done in my hometown but I just wanted my nail fixed so i wouldn’t have to take all of them off after only a week. The nail that was done there is literally crooked & it looks like no effort was done just cause I didn’t get a full work done. She only filed my nail for like a second. I could also see there was no effort with the nail tech as she was doing my nails. Very disappointing. I know I didn’t get all of my nails done but they should have done good service regardless.

Teddy did my pedicure and he was very nice and did a great job. However i paid $20 for shellac and by the end of the night i was missing the polish off one of my toenails so i had to drive to odessa from andrews to have it fixed the next day. Very good selection of pedicures. I just wont pay extra for shellac again.

I used to go here all the time every two weeks but I stopped going because of one guy that didn’t want to to my meals everybody got mad here because I am very picky with my nails and I like the misandry because I am paying a lot of money for my nails to be done every two weeks I like my nails perfect and they would get mad for no reason because I was picky there was only one lady that used to do my nails but then she always started to get busy I even referred a lot of people here and brought them business but that’s OK I will never come here again and now that people ask me I will tell them that I don’t come here anymore.

So my regular salon (Annie’s Nails) was closed this week, I was forced to try another salon and I tried Lavender Nails because they were close by. I got a regular pedicure and dip/powder manicure . The pedicure which I get because I suffer from ingrown toe nails, which the gentlemen’s didn’t even try to address was painful and over an hour after I left, my big toe was smearing paint🙄, the dip service was even worse, I have uneven color in 2 nails and some nails weren’t completely painted, other nails has powder around the nails. Honestly not worth it, to remove my prior dip she made me dunk my whole hands in acetone for like 20/30 minutes, they are still whitest from that. I will go back to my regular salon next time !!

I usually visit this place on the regular and have never been disappointed. However, last week I had the worst experience while visiting Lavender. First,I made an ppointment with Vicki who always does my nails and when I came in for my appointment she was unavailable. What’s the point of making an appointment when your nail tech isn’t the one who does your nails because shes occupied with someone who didn’t have an appointment? (simple math) Second, I noticed how the owner/manager little boys were having a field day roaming around the facility. Isn’t this not a nail spa? Mind you I spend on average $120 everytime I visit any spa. A nail spa should be a place of serenity especially when a service is rendered. Third, I noticed how Trish’s attitude kind of stinks. If you pick who to be nice to then you will always have unsatisfied customers. I could have been anyone. Maybe someone who could impact your life. Some people lack character. Forth, I sat in the pedicure chair for 20 min before anyone started my pedicure. (Again I had an appointment!) Fifth, I have been wearing my natural nails for a long time & im very picky on the shape and length so when my nails are continuously filed and I leave with them shorter than what they were when I came in then that consults a huge problem for me. I was so upset with services that day that I made up in my mind not to ever return again. Customer service is customer service & I DO NOT recommend this place to anyone. I work in the oil field so I will take my oil field money right back to Houston when I return home. At least I know my nail shop back home prides themselves in way better customer service and respect for their clients.
