I went in Friday about 5:30 and there was only one person getting their nails done so I thought perfect! I had shellac done on my nails and today Monday it was already coming off. So I went back and this time no one was in there. I asked to get my nails fixed and they acted like I didn’t get my nails done there on Friday!!!! They fixed it but they acted like they we so put out! If they didn’t want to fix them they shouldn’t hire people that don’t know what they’re doing!!!!! This explains why no one is there but every other nail place is packed!!!! Don’t waste your money or time

Love this place! The lady was so professional and gentle with my hands and feet. I would definitely come here every single time I need my Mani pedis ! And Im definitely recommending this place to all my girlfriends and everybody!

It has barely been two weeks since I got my nails done. At the 1st they were lifting. I think the lady was mad because I took my own decals!!! I’mNever going there. Not worth the $50 that I paid for!!!

With in two weeks Ive had 2 sets of nails... They lifted and broke with in a week...Ive spent over 100.00 ....I will never go back...my daughter just had her down last week also, guess what? Tonight they are all off...NEVER AGAIN!!!GO TO ANNIES GREAT PLACE THEY NEVER COME OFF...

I went in to get my eyebrows done. I will say, the shape came out amazing. But the process was absolutely horrible. She was extremely rough; I felt like I was getting pounded. Ive been getting my eyebrows waxed every two weeks for the past 13 years and I have never had someone be so rough and hurt me the way she did. She was extremely rough putting the wax on and applying the pads. The way she ripped them off was excruciating. I understand there is going to be some pain in this process but this was unreal. She bruised my left eye from the eyelid to the brow to the inner corner of my eye. A massive, purple bruise that is taking forever to go away. She was in such a hurry, she went so fast, there was no consideration to me other than getting it done. If you want to get your face pounded and have to explain to everyone you know why you have a massive bruised eye, go to this place. Other than that, Id say steer clear, at least for waxing.

AMAZING!! Everyone is so friendly and the staff is always working. Always cleaning and sanitizing. Very clean and organized. Alex always does an amazing job on my nails. Very friendly and loves to talk! Highly recommended!!

Super clean, they did great on my pedicure. But unfortunately not my shellac manicure, the guy did it for me and he didnt smooth out the edges so that it wont peel fast, I asked him to redo my nails and still he didnt brush the edges to smooth them! Im so unhappy with my experience! It was the first and probably will be my last.

I paid for Ross Pedi that I always get. This time it was Extremely fast. I got shellac on my nails and two are already peeling off. I always get shellac. Its only been 3 days! Lady at seat number 2 needs to go!

My bf and i come here for the first time pedicure and it was amazing. I love the way they listen to customers and very patient to me unven iam very picky. My nails turn out very stunning. I LOVE IT !!!! Definitely i will come back here.

If I could put no stars I would!! I used to love this place, I recommended it to a friend, her first time of a mani/pedi in a few years, we went on Saturday about 4:00 pm. They didn’t seem to busy there were 3 people in the chairs for pedicure and 2 ladies getting nails done. We were told to go to our chairs and pick our color and which pedicure we wanted so we did and had about a 15-20 minute wait before someone came and started her pedicure, which was not a problem. I had told them I had shellack on my toes and my nails was dipped so I figured they would start soaking it off like other places I had been in the past, but instead I sat there and sat there while other people came in and got their pedicures or nails started. My water got cold and I finally got someone walking by to warm it up, but got half hearted answers about it was gonna take longer or something. My water got cold again so I just took my get out and after another 15-20 minutes a worker came by and thought my pedicure was done and I just needed my toes painted!! I told her no one had even touched my feet so she began my pedicure a full hour after we had walked in. My friends pedicure was almost complete and would have been had the lady doing hers not been doing it slow. Because now it was rushed I didn’t get the full attention or time a pedicure usually entails the hot wax wasn’t fully hardened before she took it off my feet the hot towels was still very warm when she took them off, and to top it all off the color I picked to match my nails I was having dipped ran out and she very rudely told me to pick another color. After 3 hours and $100 later after everyone who was in there already and those who came in after we did, I finally had my toes and nails done only to have a full toe color peel off (shellac) after a week and my nails so sharp on the corners I was scratching my self and my grandkids. Plus my thumbs feel like the dip could peel off at any time!! Worst experience I’ve ever had with mani/pedis. I will not recommend this place to anyone else nor will I ever go back.

I have my nails and pedicures done regularly by Alex she is always on point. She is truly the person to come see. She does everything including waxing, lashes, derma, nails and pedicures 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Do NOT go to this place for SNS dip. I had mine done and they look horrible. My nails are not smooth, they feel roughly textured and you can even see they are not smooth. She did not pay any attention to my cuticles. They look horrible and one day later the coating on one of my nails is already cracked. What a waste of $40!

Bad pedicure never again

Started coming here just for our Pedi’s because of the atmosphere and the service. Now I get my Nails and Derma done by Alex! What an addition she has been. I absolutely love how natural she makes my nails look. And the suggestions and ideas are on point. Today I had my derma and it felt amazing. If you go, ask for Alex! You’ll love her!!

I needed to be pampered and they did not disappoint! Everyone was extremely nice, my ombre nails are awesome and my pedi was amazing!
