They were amazing ! My friend and I went to get a pedicure, they took their time, patient and best of all it was relaxing. Definitely will be going back. Wish I had got their names to let everyone know.

The rudest lady ever! Unprofessional. BEWARE!!! They don’t sanitize or clean after costumers. I saw it over over and over. The don’t clean!!!! To top it her work was less than satisfied. Never coming back!!

Very horrible experience the lady was very rude, super rough, wouldn’t talk to me, over filed onto my actual finger. Super sloppy with the acrylic, the acrylic was applied onto my finger. They are crooked, not the same length, some are super thin others are super thick. My nails have discoloration, just all around horrible experience. Never experienced something like this. Refused to work with me and give me a refund. I do not want any of them touching my nails again. Never coming here again.

I love coming here for my nails. I only let one person do them and that’s Andi. He takes his time. He makes sure I am happy with my nails and if not he will redo them. He is very gentle. I would recommend them to anyone

Awful I dont understand y they took me in for my nails if they had an appointment to make.So rough on my fingers and pedicure mediocre .Really left mad and heartbroken.Idk such a girl thing to say.Because I hadnt done my nails in years so this experience really upset me.Do not recommend at all. There was also bad attitude during pedicure and my nails were removed so I could go else where so she could make her appointmentment. Treatment aweful..I removed by myself and yeah just messed up.

Rush to take off my nails and left my finger bleeding instead of soaking off the nails like your suppose. Then charged for the soak off that I never received. All i received was pain. Gave my husband a book for pedicure and charged him for a different pedicure than the service performed and requested.

I went in to get shellac on my real nail like I usually do. This was my first experience with this salon. My shellac started to crack on the second day. I have never had this issue with any other salons shellac. I should have gotten my nails redone correctly but I never had the time. Today I went to lift a heavy package and I broke both of my middle finger nails. Ouch!!! Lesson learned.

Was very pleased with the prices and the service! They did a great job on my and my daughters manicure and pedicure. My little girl was delighted with the daisies they added to each thumb and each big toe. It was adorable! Highly recommend! AAA+

First I got an eyebrow wax here. I noticed a wooden stick was already in the wax warmer when I sat down after the customer before me left. I asked if the technician was going to use a new stick and she said yes. But then she used the same stick and only used that stick the entire time. I will never get a wax here again because I’m pretty sure that’s sanitary.Also, I needed a broken nail repaired. Being a newer and nice salon, I figured they would be able to replicate my dip manicure closely. First the technician said they couldn’t do it because they didn’t have the same colors. I asked if I could find one that was just close, and he said okay. I found the white and pink that matched almost exactly and told him the numbers. When he looked at my nail, he said he cannot fix my nail because they don’t do ombré at his salon. I asked if he could just do the one and that I didn’t care if it wasn’t perfect- because I was paying for the fix just so I didn’t have to go without a nail at work. He said no, so because I was desperate I told him all white would be fine. He seemed mad I still wanted the service and made me wait for 20 minutes even though there were no other customers at that time. I tried to be friendly despite all of this, and he was still rude and short with me.Unfortunately I will never come back to this salon even though I live near by. I hope the management will be more strict about their waxing cleanliness and teach Andy how to do an ombré nail.

A late post but it was my first time going to Gala Nails and technician did a fantastic job! I got a gel manicure and it stayed on for more than 3 weeks with absolutely no chip. Im extremely happy with how my nail is looking and will definitely be coming back!

The salon was clean and used sterilized equipment in between customers. They had a big variety of nail colors and offered designs. This is by far the best nail place I have ever gone to . They are so friendly and welcoming. I am very picky when it comes to nails but Gala Nails did such a good job and was also fast . They will make u laugh while doing your nails. A big plus is that they are affordable.

Dip manicure color. The ladies are so nice and take their time. I appreciated the nail techs feedback on the shape - she said coffin tip would look nice and I absolutely love how it looks.The color selection for dip is okay (they have way more gel colors) but they do have all of the classic shades. The value is fantastic!

Great place to get your nails done. I usually try to get the young guy because he pays attention to detail. All the other people are good as well but hes the best in my opinion. They are great friendly people and its such a relaxing place for self care.

My wife and I went in an hour before close on new years eve. They were more than happy to give us pedicures and her a manicure; they even stayed 15 minutes past closing time to finish and provide us with full service. They were gentle and nothing hurt, which is hard to say for some other places here locally. Will definitely go back as soon as we find time.

I love this shop! My mom has been coming here for over 5 years. Ive been a frequent customer for a few years now. This is, in my opinion, the best nail shop in Odessa. The ladies are kind, and they do a great job everytime. This shop is clean and theyre gentle. This last visit, I got a pedicure and gel manicure. And Im very pleased.

I love this place. I have a broken/jammed pinky toe and was so sad that I wasnt going to be able to enjoy a pedicure before our trip. I decided to try a pedicure anyways and my pedicurist has done a phenomenal job! They give great foot rubs (every time Im here) and today she didnt hurt my black-and-blue toe.

First time in Gala Nails and I fell in love! People were so friendly and they gave me a margarita to fully relax with my pedicure. My pedicurist was a young man. He was so funny and nice. He gave me the best experience I’ve ever had when I get my nails or pedicures done. His massage was amazing, it reminded me of reflexology I did years ago. I was so happy with my experience and I even asked to take photos of the place to review and I never do that. I’ll be coming back.

My boyfriend and I decided to stop by for a pedicure. So glad we did! The staff was friendly and got us in fast. They were so funny! They had so many conversations and jokes to tell the whole time we were here. We even made new friends. The pedicures were amazing and affordable. They treated us like family and it made our night. The young guy who did my pedicure was so good at massaging! He even did an extra 5 minutes for me and I was in heaven!!! He also told me he does full body massages for an affordable price. I don’t remember his name but he had a cool tattoo on his arm. His paint job was also great! He didn’t get the gel polish everywhere like most places do. My boyfriend said he’s coming back too and he doesn’t like pedicures! Thanks to them now we can enjoy pedicures together! So happy thank you for the service! Will be back!

One of the best nail salons I have ever been to. I am not from Odessa but I was there for my summer internship and this was my go to spot every two weeks. The employees were friendly, the salon was clean, they offered me something to drink when I first walked in, and they had an array of colors. Love love love this place. I wish I could go back to Odessa just for a quality pedicure.They also have great prices for all of their accommodations.

If I could give a negative star rating I would. When I walked in I could see three people working only one other customer. One of the ladies started to help me and rush me as I picked a color. This should have been my first indication to leave. I said down in the lady started and I explained to her that my nails were my real nails and I do not use anyting but shellac or dip. She looked at my nails and basically told me I was lying she thought that I had acrylic on my nails.she started grinding them off instead of using acetone and letting it sit. again I should have left at this point. She left the spots pink color that I had and begin putting the new color on top. As she buffed away some more at my nails she ripped and tore the edges of my nails. Once the color was on she bust and filed the length. The lengths were crooked and uneven. I like the thickness she did them thin and it look like my real nails. but she filed and buff so much that she buffed off of the color that she had put on the edges of my nails. So when I spoke up and ask her to fix where the color was missing. It was black I really figured she just grabbed black nail polish. But she didnt before I could figure out what was going on she filed off my real nail. Apparently Im too nice of a person to because I should have walked out and not paid. Warning to all dont waste your text or money service here is not good. It wont be relaxing and you wont feel refreshed and your nose will come out looking worse than when you showed up guaranteed.

My nails look great. BUT. I have never had such a bad experience at a nail salon before.I don’f know her name as soon as I sat down, she had her headphones in and a horrible attitude. Did not greet me. Didn’t do anything but listen to her podcast on High volume to where I could hear it.They used the wrong finish on my nails because she wasn’t paying attention and then tried to charge me for it and when I said I didn’t want it she threw a fit saying, “No just get it. It’s only $10 more. Just do it.” After literally 6+ times of me saying NO.Any time I would look at my nails she would yell at me, “DRY! DRY! DRY!”I’m seriously baffled. $105 on a manicure to be treated like dirt. I wont return.

Been here a couple of times when Im in the city with friends. Its a clean place and they do good job on pedicures. I havent gotten a manicure here. Definitely stop in after work or during lunch break for a relaxing time.

They did a great job on my pedicure and eyebrows. I appreciated that the woman doing my pedicure kept heating up my water as I like it really warm. I splurged for the detox spa pedicure and she took her time with it. It didnt feel rushed. I would definitely come back again based on my experience here.

Called ahead to see what the wait was and told it would be 45 minutes. Ask to be put on the waiting list. We showed up after 40 minutes. Was told again that the wait time was 45 minutes. Told the lady we were on the waiting list, that we had called ahead. After sitting there for 1 hour, we got up and left because we had still not been seated and we were not going to had time before we had to be at our appointment.

Really enjoyed my experience here. The who did my nails took his time and was a perfectionist! My nails are beautiful . Even though I changed my mind about my nail design, Ill be coming back for sure and Im bringing my mom!💐

This was the 4th nail salon I stopped at before being so thankful I got them.The other salons were very rude or not clean or just flat out looked annoyed that I walked in.This salon was completely opposite. Very friendly, kind and efficient. Offered me a beverage right away. I’m from Austin and I’m still trying to navigate my way around Midland and Odessa.They did a fabulous job and I will 100% be going back. Their rates are very reasonable especially for that area. I will definitely go back.Thank you guys!

I have been to gala nails twice now within the last two months, both timesI have had a great experience. I usually go between 9:30-10am. Both times I did not have to wait. I have gotten a manicure (just a basic polish), fake nail removal, polish change, and a deluxe pedicure. When I got my manicure and fake nails removed they were gentle and took their time. The polish change was just a quick nail trim/shape with a new color. It did not include a cuticle trim or massage. The deluxe pedicure was delightful. I have joint problems and used to suffer from shin splints. They seriously took their time to really masssage my feet and legs. The deluxe was an extra 15$ from the classic, and it was seriously worth every penny. They also took care of my mans feet (let me tell you, he needed it). They did not treat him any different and handled him being ticklish on the bottom of his feet like a champ. Their place has been clean everytime I have gone. If you want to talk, they will talk with you. If you want to relax and read/be on your phone, they will give you the space to do that. The layout is very nice, because the nail area and the pedicure area are in separate spaces. The color selection is normal for polish. They seem to have shelves upon shelves worth of the dip powder. Lastly, they always are attentive to my cuticles. They really take extra care to make sure it is done right. The only reason I gave this place a 4 is because I have not seen them during a busy time. I know some places can rush the job when they get busy.

This is my regular nail salon! I get SNS done every few weeks. Go when its not busy and request Ivy, Andy, Cindy, or Ann. Theyre the best if you want SNS done. TERRIBLE experience there. Went in to get a simple wax. The lady handle me so ruff. Pushed the tape on me so hard till she knocked my contact out. After that she did the other side again so ruff and so much force till she ripped my skin off. I went in the next day to show them the damage she cause they didnt care to apologize or sympathize with me. Didnt offer my money back or a discount on the next just asked does it hurt. OF COURSE IT HURTS MY SKIN IS RIPPED OFF!!!!I will never go again. Now I have to walk around looking crazy because of their unprofessional employee!!!

It went to this place cause my usuall place wasn’t open. Nails are ok. I mean it got the job done. Wasn’t my favorite place. I did dip nails and my daughter did acrylics.it was pretty pricey if ya ask me. It was $100. There wasn’t any designs or anything extravagant, just pretty simple dip and painted acrylics. I was not all that impressed.

I decided to try out this place that my sister-in-law goes to. Within the first minute I arrive I let them know that I wanted my nails powdered. They say okay and tell me to choose the colors. I chose a color and glitter. He begins and I notice after the 3rd nail that its not grey and he just points to a bottle. I ask so youre just going to paint them and this other lady goes we dont have that color in powder by then my nails are done. Why didnt they just tell me that I would have picked a different color. Okay so im like already here so at least the glitter will be powder. Nope it wasnt. He put just a little of glitter, I kept having to tell the guy to add more. I see him pull out the shellac machine and it hits me and i ask Are you shellacing my nails? He said yes and i ask why when i didnt ask for that. He goes why not shellac? I should have been like leave it like this Ill go to where I usually go to get them fixed but I didnt. I was so irritated and regret not leaving. I have no problem with where I usually go, I just wanted to check it out. Never again. I gave 2 stars and not 1 bc it does look like its a clean place.

First visit today. They seemed short staffed but I stayed anyway. The lady (without the blonde highlights) did my nails. She rushed through the job stopping periodically to work on others who walked in before me. She was very quick and rude to those customers as wells I wasn’t the only one who felt the tension, another customer and myself locked eyes and were totally in agreance about the horrible service. My nails were not shaped or filed, she just dipped, dried and slapped on the final coat. I WOULDN’T recommend!

It was probably the best experience Ive ever had at a nail salon. I got sns for the first time, which turned out great! Two of my nails were shorter than the rest so I had the guy put fake nails on those and they completely blend in with the others. I showed my manicurist a Pinterest photo as an example of how I wanted mine done, and he nailed it (lol). The gentleman who did my sns showed me photos of his kids at the beach. Also he was really nice and definitely a perfectionist. The employees all pretty much seemed like they were in a good mood, which is really nice because it seems like at most other places thats not the case. This will definitely be my go to spot as long as Im in Odessa. I wish I had asked his name so I could give a shout out, hes great!

Ok so I go get my eye brows done lady goes to clean my eye brows with oil and spills it all over my shirt and pants I tryed telling her it won’t come out she messed my clothes up but all she was doing was rushing me out door saying oh yea it fine it come out anyways so I soak it and everything won’t come out so I take it back up thier they little short Chinese man and lady setting thier arguing with me saying they can’t see nothing and she could clearly see it was hug I have a video and pics of it VERY BERY BERY RUDE PEOPLE GUY TOLD ME OVER PHONE HE WOULD WASH IT LADY TELLING THE GUY NOT TO PAY ME FOR MY SHIRT NOTHING ON IT AND I TOLD HER ITS A 50 dollar shirt cause it was brand new got proof to show them how much I bought it for anyway how they gave me a few bucks for it keep my shirt and messed up my whole outfit she poured it all over my clothes I understand might been a accident but u don’t keep rushing me out the door and being rude when u spill it telling me u can’t see it when u clearly can telling me my shirt was 50 I showed them where I purchase it and the receipt on my phone for 50 she telling me it not 50 by side the point she messed up my brand new BUCKLE shorts that was over a 100 I have recites and pics I WILL NEVER EVER GO BACK RHIER I SUGGEST NO ONE THIER VERY VERY RUDE LIKE JERKING MY AHIRT OUT MY HAND WHEN I WAS TAKING IT WITH ME AND YELLING AT ME I HAVE VIDEOS OF PROOF I WOULDNT WVEN GIVE THEM 1DAMN STAR BUT I HAD TO WHAT A SHAME HOW POEPLE ARE BUT thier so quick to tell u 5 dollar more every damn time u want something done on ur toes or nails but don’t want to make it right or apologize for messing up ur clothes smh THEY NEED BE SHUT DOWN

Went here which I usually go to Ava Nails in Midland. They dont do the primer dip so you pay 50 dollars for nails that only last a week. If you want dipped nails dont go here they suck.

I went there today to get a basic pedicure & the nail tech who I believe who is the manager, was persistent that I upgrade my pedicure choice & after refusing to upgrade she gave me attitude. The nail tech set my water cold temperature and got the tools needed for my pedicure. Then she went to the back and had me sitting there over 10 minutes never came out to explain what the delay was on starting my pedicure I decide to leave I knew her attitude meant I would be getting bad service . This is not the first time I receive this type of service there if you dont get the service they want you to get they give you attitude. Gala Nails you lost a customer because i will never return again! I will be sure to share my experience with family & friends! 😡

I got a basic pedicure which shouldve only cost 15$ and they charged me 30 which is fine but I also got shelac on my fingernails which shouldve only been 25$ and they charged me 40. Overall I spent 70$ and two days later my shelac peeled right off and I dont mean like the typical a little part on the side of one nail peels off after it gets caught on something. No every single nail started peeling from the back and sides. I didnt even have to take them off because it all fell off. For 40$ i wouldve expected it last longer than 2 days.

Had shellac put on my nails yesterday and it almost all completely chipped off. Went back today and they repainted them for free and it hasnt even been 12 hours and Its coming off again! Will not be returning or recommending to anyone. Poor service, poor quality.....

Everyone has different experiences with a business, but mine wasnt good with this one. When I came in I told them I wanted a manicure. They said it would be a 1 hour wait. I didnt mind waiting. When she told me she was ready for me she filed my nails and buffed them. She started painting them. I immediately stopped her, because I knew that wasnt the manicure process. So I asked her to do my cuticles. In which she replied you want a manicure or just to paint your nails? I told her both and thats what I said I wanted when I first came in. She then preceded to tell me she didnt have time. So I told her nevermind and I grabbed my keys and wallet. Knowing she was getting ready to lose business, she stopped me and said Ill go ahead and do it real quick I told her no thats okay, I dont want you to be rushed. I didnt wait an hour for you to hurry with me. Thanks anyways. So I left. I was mad about waiting, because I knew other places would be closing soon. It was New Years Eve so Im guessing thats why she was in a hurry. Needless to say, but I will anyway....I went to Bellagio and had a great experience with them. 😊
