Very nice at first...then no customer service. I havent been able to get an answer to calls. When I did get someone, the supplies were not sent. Mainly just no follow up service at all.
Horrible experience as always. They don’t know how to do their job and supposedly there’s always one person there. We call many many many many times. And yet when I went to go knock, lady gets mad that we didn’t call. Well maybe answer the phone call. Also wants to argue with me about knocking over and over, well maybe answer the dang phone. Been calling for 2 days straight and no answer.
The lady was upset because I knocked on the door and she came out angry talk about good customer service

Very professionally and friendly at the same time. I felt they truly cared about taking care of my loved one. Every time I called they knew exactly who I was and who my loved one was. They did not need reminding which made me feel like they truly cared. They were also prompt in returning phone calls, when I needed to leave a message. Will definitely continue to use them they are all very knowledgeable at what they are doing.
We have a problem with Lincare. But we do not have a problem with Jimmy the one person at Lincare that actually cares about the patient. My mother has called multiple times to get the oxygen corrected. The only person that seems to care is Jimmy. We really appreciate having someone at our local Odessa location that cares whether or not my dad can breathe! Thank you Jimmy for the great service!
They were professional and quick in responding. The respiratory therapist was very thorough and helpful. Ive called since doing business needing help and they have been very nice and helpful! Only place in town Id recommend.
Customer service like no other! Jose Guajardo came to my fathers home and made EVERYTHING so CARE FREE! I feel at ez knowing that Line care will be pose with every delivery. I highly recommend this company! Thank you so much for everything!

Very poor communication. No return calls from call center customer service. I have left message on delivery persons cell and called office in odessa multiple times with no answer during working hours. Was to have etanks changed out on Wednesdays and no one every showed up. 02 concentrator set up without a humidifier resulting in nose bleed due to dryness after starting to use the o2.

Horrible service!!! I have been trying to get my husbands cpap machine for a month and have been told 3 lies this week by the women in the Lincare office. Yesterday I was told they had received info from the doctors office and it was sent to my insurance last week but she would fax it again yesterday. I called again today and was told that they dont have any paperwork from the doctor and dont know anything about it!!!! only go to this business if you want the run around and for your stress level to go way up dealing with their lies!
If your getting meds thru the mail with them please please find another company they dont know what they are doing Ive beem without my meds for over a week, every day they tell me every thing is fixed and Ill receive my meds with in 24 hrs, still no meds. Ive had meds delivered thru other companies before and NEVER had this problem, cant breath with out meds have to keep going to er for treatments. This is the worsst Ive ever been treated by a company thats supposed to be there to help.
I have left messages to return call to order cpap supplies never get a return call and catching that person in the office is impossible. I just keep getting the answering service....very frustrated.
