Very good office staff. Nice big yard. Too bad they dont have showers & laundry room for drivers. Also it would be nice if they put a porta potty & a trash can in the yard.
Loved the staff
Overall its a good company, they are not the highest paying, but they are not the lowest paying rates, but as long as you get two or 3 loads a shift its, but you want to max your money you might want to think about team over here $$$
Beware if you are thinking to work for this company. They hire more Owner operator every week and not enough work here. I been here for 3 weeks and I didnt make more than $2500/week working over 12 hours everyday. They dont have enough work. After first week I was getting 2 loads a da . Other companies do 20/80 but here it is 25/75 and you have to swap chasis. Do you math folks. Dont lose 5%.
Horrible, no one cares!Owner Operator Sand Boxing (Former Employee), Odessa, TX – March 28, 2019Cons: Loss of time, money, and no one cares. This company only cares about you the first week of work, when you are a priority this is because your work has orientation deduction fees that range from $800-$1000 then people leave and receive the deducted payment only. Workers that have been here longer begin to receive leftover loads as soon as theyre no longer priority, some going up to half a week without work. Every week between 8-12 new owner operators are hired at orientation just to be disappointed by office workers who dont care they even tell you to just leave. Obviously because they know they already got their part of the money. Everyone leaves after the first week like a parade because of lack of work. Literally no one cares specially KAILYNN LUDY and LACEY LANCASTER. All the dispatchers there lack good work ethics, theyre disgustingly rude! Theres just not enough work to go around, already-employed people sit waiting for loads while the company trains new workers.
Good job just dnt like the trailer shareing
