Was told going to be delivered on 08/05/2021 called to confirm delivery they said yes will be there in afternoon afternoon rolls around then evening no delivery i call well we didnt get it loaded on truck even after them calling to confirm the delivery .so they say will be out next day for sure...friday next day still no truck i call again and ask and they say well we still didnt get it on a truck it will be out monday

Delivery dates are arbitrary at best. Don’t bother unless you want to interrupt you life for days on end to wait for delivery just to be told “tomorrow” or “come pick it up yourself”

Package was delivered on time and undamaged. Driver called ahead to let me know she was coming and was very professional.

Delivery went perfectly. Coordination between the terminal personnel (Juli M.) and the driver was excellent, the driver was courteous and helpful with inspection and was right on time, beating forecast bad weather.

I gave the one star in order to print my review. We are still in dispute over the ONE shipment that we actually used this company. Not only was our shipment damaged beyond use, the crate that we made ourselves did not even make it to the end of the trip. They lost it somehow. They sent me an email saying that they were willing to pay our company a settled amount - however that amount is still about 1000 under our actual cost. We are in the process of serving them with papers for small claims court. Do not use these folks!

I have never seen a business that can function this poorly. In todays digital world, you would think that they could notify you of your delivery in a timely fashion. They continue to give me a 4 hour window and then never bother to show up. This is day 3 and I still do not have my delivery. They continue to tell me that it will be here tomorrow, but they never come.

They lost my order as they could not find it at any terminal, so we began the claims process for a lost order. I received a phone call stating they had found my order and it would be delivered the next day. I call the day it was supposed to be delivered and they tell me it was not put on the truck or to be delivered. So, not only was my order lost, once it was found they continued to put it on the back burner. original delivery date was 9/7, today is 9/19 I still have not received my order.

I ordered supplies for my company that I NEED, and it was supposed to be here 12/4/18, and it is now 12/10/18 with empty promises that it will be here today. I’ve heard that for days now. After reading all these reviews, how is this company in business still? If I treated my customers with empty promises and constant delivery delays, I’d been shut days years ago.
