I would just like to acknowledge Armando that works in the flooring department. I was thinking about laying some vinyl flooring in one of my rooms and he took the time to walk me through step-by-step so that I would understand what I was doing. He was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind.
Always has a staff member willing to help me when I cant find what Im looking for.

The help we received in the appliance dept was outstanding. Got all our new home appliances and then some taken care of. And the delivery and setup team were great, hooked up everything and made sure to do it right and not bang up anything

Went to check prices on building materials and home fixtures. A nice selection of goods available. A few items unavailable. Didnt need much help but staff was friendly and made it clear that they were ready to assist us when needed.
As a contractor, I spent several thousand dollars in Lowes every year. For the size of the area we live in, they have a very good selection of items on hand. Only downside is that stock is frequently very disorganized, and some employees are not very knowledgeable.
Terrible customer service when you actually find an employee. I needed a fireplace tool set. They were out with the exception of their display. I asked if I could buy it and the girl immediately responded with Yes, but dont expect any discount because its a display item. That was rude bit I needed it for my parents home. When I got to the check out, the clerk said I wasnt allowed to buy the display. Frustrated... I eventually paid for it. (I looked for a mailbox but completely out of them.)
Really wish management would would grow a pair either youre loading or unloading or out of the dock is it really that hard Hobbs NM is so much better than this place
I really wish they carried Proven Winners plant products. A person has to travel to Dallas to buy Proven Winner plants. I can never find the plants I want here.

I was looking for prune sealer. I passed by it several times before noticing it, but it was where the store app said it should be and the correct aisle and bay the employees directed me to as well. There was only 1 can on the shelf though. When I was checking out, the cashier asked if this was all. When I said I actually needed more cans of sealer, she called another employee to find more cans. It took a few minutes (understandably) for the other employee to return, but she found more cans of the sealer.An added bonus was that I found the pool noodles I was needing there, as well. (I use them on the metal rails under my carport to prevent bird nests from being built.)
Nobody knows anything when you ask them questions. Need better training. Prices are getting ridiculously high. Too many high technology refrigerators, washing machines. What happened to old fashioned stuff. I dont need my refrigerator to tell me what I need. I should know. Lazy people.
Service was terrible. I had to ask 3 different people for help to get spray paint. The first girl I asked said she would be right back and she never came back. I waited 15 minutes and nothing. The second girl I asked for help never showed up
I came to this Lowes at Odessa with my son it wasnt that packed like in El Paso. So that was good its like any other Lowes

Ive had multiple poor experiences at this store. Today I was looking for a very specific item and as politely as I could managed to flag down a store employee. I inquired where the item was to which he replied rather abruptly Isle two. Without ever looking up from his phone he hurried past me before I could even say thank you. Quite rude in my opinion. I went to isle two and searched for several minutes and the item I was searching for was nowhere to be found. I dont think I will do business at this location anymore and I wont be recommending it to anyone.
Its hard to find someone to help you I realize theyre having trouble hiring people but at any rate I wish from the best
Worst customer service Ive ever seen. The employees avoid people, theyve even ran from customers. Multiple times Ive asked people for help in this store and they gave me wrong information. Sometimes they say theyll be back and never come back. Dont even bother calling and asking if they have something theyll be wrong either way.. Just horrible customer and will go to Home Depot from now on.
Today Me and my Wife visited LHI it was good service the floor person was kind to help us out with what we were looking for and explain some other things or pointed out some other items out Good 👍 😊 Job .....

Lowes warranty is garbage. I paid $90 for an extended warranty on my lawnmower. Now theyre charging me $107 to repair a $17 part on my lawnmower.

In the last week I’ve been in there and their electrical outlet was a shambles there was stuff not even in boxes put up where they need to be well I called him just to try to tell me if they could organize that not to complain just to get it done then I went in there today to get a piece of plexiglass cat and nobody help me I asked for help and then once I did somebody came over and told me that their machine was out of order I consider that poor service

The head cashiers dont pay attention to the cashiers they need help sometimes...head cashiers their even in a group talking..the pvc piping is a mess...all cashier are nice sweet and quick...except the head cashiers are very rude....

I love Lowes, probably because Im a dad who loves home improvement and thats kind of how it goes. I love spending my free time renovating, redoing and DYIng, I shop at both lowes and home depot and theres pros and cons from both. Ive found great products at Lowes and its pretty easy to go there with something in mind and finding it!
It is a disgrace the quality of service and knowledge you get from employees @ this store.The. delivery dept. Is a joke full of very un professional personnel. This store apparently hires any one off the street. Customer service is full of lazy un informed robots!

Had bought ten 1x4x8. Price tag that these were under read $10.28 each. I couldnt find one that had a bar code on board. I told the cashier the price that these were under. But, she couldnt find the right price from their computer. So she scanned these under 2x4x8. Which were $11.73 each. But, instead of charging me for ten, she charged me for eight .

Very disappointed.....my husband and I looked for plumbing parts for 2 hrs not one personal offered to help...I confronted an employee asked for help he ignored me there were 3 employees standing there....I then asked him if he didnt want to work ...with this comment I got their attention ...very very disappointing.....we live over 60 miles away ....for us to drive that far and get treated like this I feel management should be aware of personnel....we took our business to home depot....there we got help and found what we needed

Lowes doesnt have great customer service, although there are some exceptions. My store pick up orders have always been pleasant. Store does nothing to enforce masks.

I made an online order two weeks ago. Yesterday I got an email that said my order could be picked up. Today I went to Lowes when I first got there I went to the contractor Bay. The contractor bag I told me to go to the other entrance and speak to the online order people. So I did. Those people told me to go back to the contractor Bay. Contractor Bay guy again told me to go back so I did. Ive been found someone and told them about my order and I gave her my order confirmation print out. After about 45 minutes or an hour she had still not come back. So finally I caught her on one of her deliveries to another car near me and she was surprised that I was still there. So she took me inside to a guy at a computer. Computer guy tells me that hes going to get someone to go and pull my order because its lost. And to go back down to the contractor Bay again. Went back down to the contractor Bay and waited about 21 minutes. Finally got out and went in started looking for my order myself. I found most of my order on top of someone elses items on one of the many cards that they had lined up for online orders. So I picked up the hardware and I went in search of an empty cart to get the lumber. On my way back in with the cart an employee who I think was about to go home saw me and I asked her if she was one of the ones I spoke to earlier. She said no but I think she was. Anyway she did go back in with me to try to help and I told her that I knew where my order was and I didnt need any more help I was going to get it myself. And thats what I did. So the long and short of it is it took me about two two and a half hours to get my order which I ended up getting myself.
This location is hit or miss...Just recently I went to exchange something and waited in line over half an hour while this woman texted and answered the store phone in place of helping customers. By the time I got to the front, she informed me my item was not able to be returned, (unbeknownst to us at time of purchase)! She was rude and aggravating through the entire process.Tonight we returned, (having heard they have a scratch and dent section, and again waited about half an hour to get helped, after asking numerous emplyees for help. However, once the appliance guy showed up, he gave us an unlisted sale on a freezer, then offered us a $600 used dishwasher for $200- we bought them both and were happy with the value and discounts we received!Side note: mask policy is terrible!!! Nothing is enforced; though I imagine its because the employees are not wearing masks either!
Ordered online but payment wouldnt go threw, had to pay again at pick up. I was told the online order would be cancelled but I still havent received my refund.

Not a bad place to go for home improvement supplies, just wished their shelves werent missing so many items. To make the shelf look full they shove a box of anything to fill the gap. Not a good practice, be honest with your customers, its ok to be out of something temporarily, quit trying to hide it. I spend extra time looking behind the boxes thinking that things just got moved around.

Jocei acted as if I was not standing there in complete insubordination to the Asst. manager trying to help me. The customer service desk didnt even know the return policy. The tall guy lied like it hadnt been updated and when I asked for the updated version, he claimed it was on the receipt. Told him the receipt was misplaced due to moving and he said, well we dont have an updated copy. When the next higher to him came, she pulled the paper from a clipboard full of them. Then treated me as if I could not read when I asked her to show me specifically where it said a blower purchased a few weeks ago couldnt be returned for store credit. Wasted almost an hour trying to make a return even for store credit to come and spend it again.

Clean store, well stocked. Had several teammembers pass by us did not offer help. But other then that it was a good shoping experience.
I live across the street and it never fails, every morning my truck is wrapped around by all the trash from Lowe’s, called to have them pick up after themselves but nothing gets done so now I’m writing it here with proof of their trash!!!! Please keep it clean I shouldn’t be throwing ur trash or getting it stuck on my tires.
