Up untill my last 2 vist I would given them 5 stars last time I was here they tried to have my car towed with the handicap sticker clearly showing an right I walked up to the the door at 10 minutes till 9:00 pm when the sign clearly states last load at 9pm an the lady with purple hair look right at me an locked the door mind u I only use the warsher not dryer waiting for a part to come in for my warsher at home Horrible Customer Service and I work in customer service

Fantastic services and great staff. Well worth the money. Wash dry and fold plus hang, using their hangers, soap, bleach and fabric softener AND they do the work? For $1.50 a pound? ALL DAY LONG! I highly recommend. You get your folding clothes back in a plastic sealed bundle and your hanging clothes hung up and covered in plastic. Cant beat that!

Been here twice,once during last winter and just the other day when my washer went out on me. It’s quite & clean,ladies there to help with whatever you need help with. I didn’t realize it cost this much to do laundry nowadays. Washers run about 30 mins & the dryers are super fast drying. I paid 4.50 a load for wash and 1.00 to dry

I use this laundromat because all employees have always been courteous kind and helpful. The place is always clean and Machines working properly.

If i could give this place no stars i would. This place has just gone downhill with their customer service on behalf of someone i suppose is a manager. Every time I go all i hear her is talking badly about a few of the girls that work there and some customers! All she does is ignore her customers when we walk over for help! The only reason i stick around is because thats the closest laundry facility to me.. i just think the owners need to make a change in management

We tried to go tonight, and it was around 8:56, when we walked in with our bags, and the elderly lady working there VERY LOUD AND VERY RUDE YELLED at us that we had 4 minutes to get our clothes in, then looked at us and said IM NOT EVEN PLAYIN (ALL GHETTO) it was so EMBARRASSING, EVERYONE IN THE PLACE WAS LOOKING AT US AND HER, we were in shock at how rude she was to us, we didnt even put our clothes in we just left right away. We go there often and usually have a pleasurable experience, but after tonight we will not be going back. VERY RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL.

First time going there and it was great. Gets crowded but was able to go before the crowd. Very clean. Will go back again.

I’ve been going twice a week for a year now and it’s been the only place with consistency. It is always packed but the flow of people is pretty steady. The staff is always working but will find time to help you out. They got more carts for us as promised. All n all a good place.

I love this laundromat. Clean. I love the oldies that are playing on the TV. So good!

Terrible the service of one of its Latin employees, while I waited for the washing machine to finish, it had not been 3 minutes when I got close to the machine and they had taken my clothes to give the machine to another woman (apparently familiar to her) having several machines unoccupied

I have been coming here to do my laundry every Friday since July 2019. I am now leaving the Odessa area and want to cash out my card. I leave in less than 24 hours and the only person that can cash out my card is Andrea who is not at work. I have attempted three time to cash out.

The people that work there are amazing very friendly and helpful. The owner is also just as wonderful I went in one day and the credit card machine was not able to get online to do my transaction and put money on my card so he got my machines going and told me it was on the house because the machine was not working for the card transaction. So I was still able to get my laundry done this is wonderful customer service

At first it was going ok but then after my clothes were dry...I went around looking for a table to fold my clothes but all were full...not knowing that the one table was reserved for the lady that does the clothes that get dropped off I used it...I did not see a sign that it was reserved and then the one table in the back two ladies and a young girl were all standing around it apparently wait for other clothes to dry...if they weren’t using the table then they should have moved so I could use it while they wait for there other clothes...but they didn’t bother moving...so I just got my stuff and left!!! Never ever will I come back to this place again

If ya can beat the crowd its a real nice place

I have used this location many many times. There are a few ( 1 or 2 ) employees that are nice,friendly and helpful. However, there are 2 Hispanic women that have NO business working in the public. The older bleach blonde is RUDE as hell. Her granddaughter ( she use to have an ankle monitor on ) is JUST as rude. I go to the andrews highway location now. Ive talked to the manager there and she said they have a lot of complaints on the west county location. Specifically on the bleach blonde Hispanic lady. So my question is why is she still there....

Employees were great and somewhat clean. I hate that people, esp. here in odessa, hold on to baskets as if it is theirs. It a public place for all to use. Management should handle this but they dont, esp. there. Sadly an odessa police officer had to show me his badge after I made a fuss. The fuss would not had occurred if the officer had common sense. 😢. Have to say only in odessa have I experienced this, 😢.

The work ladys in the afternoon are very rude. There always screaming at someone especially if you dont know english. If you ask them for help or something they get mad. I dont understand why there working here if they dont have any customer service or appropriate talking skills.

The computers for the laundry cards can never read them. The couple times I’ve asked for help the attendant has rolled her eyes answering very rudely.
