Well we went in and submitted and application on a Thursday afternoon and were told that they would call us back in an hour with our application decision. So we go home and three hours later they still hadn’t called and we’re about to close so we called them to check on the application. We were told that they weren’t done yet but would call us soon. Okay, no big deal. The next day it’s been a full 24 hours since submitting the application that was supposed to take ONE HOUR to get an answer on and still no call back. I call again to check and they apologize and told me that they should be calling my any minute now, that they are almost done. Here I am two days later after submitting an application and still no answer we’re just getting a run around. So be warned if you go here for furniture you may or may not get it. And if they needed more time with the application an actual answer would have been nice, not just “we will call you soon” and have us wait for two days wondering what happened!
