I really love living here just for the simple fact that when we have problems with apartments or something needs to be fixed our maintenance guy Santiago does an awesome job our manager Melanie she is the biggest sweetheart I could know a very understanding and I just love living here in these apartments theyre so quiet so I give him a first five-star rating I havent had any issues I have a low light bill maintenance is awesome like I said

I recommend Alturas Penbrook, I loved living here the past two years. The property manager, Melany Reyes, is great she always took care of me and got back to me fast. Also I never had trouble getting any maintenance done thanks to Santiago Zarazua.

Bed bugs are severe, they refuse to call an exterminator. Horrible place but cant afford to live anywhere else. Now were being evicted because the managers of this apartment got the pest control company to lie about who the carrier is. My mother with breast cancer is going to be homeless because of these awful people. Dont move in, youll get screwed over if they decide they dont like you.
