I recently moved in to these apartments, and the entire process was seamless. I could not be happier to have found this complex. Nicely renovated and quiet. Neighbors are great, there seems to be plenty of parking for everyone, all in all a great find.Lissette is really a fantastic person, and she takes pride in her work. Roaches and more Roaches! New management is good with fixing the outside of apartments but not the inside. Theyre only fixing the ones that tenants are leaving but the ones that are staying are not getting fixed.

HAVE BEEN TRYING TO VERIFY RESIDENCY ON A TENANT AND HAVE GOTTEN THE RUN A AROUND SINCE THE 17TH OF DECEMBER. I WAS ABLE TO GET CORPORATES NUMBER AND THEY DIDNT EVEN CALL ME BACK OR RESPOND.

Roaches, roaches, and MORE roaches . do not recommoned. Pest control does not help . water smells bad when coming out of faucet and management sucks

Would not recommend this place i have rented from them from over a year. Then i received all letter in the mail saying that i owe them a months rent n cleaning fee. All of with was.taken care when they were.given a 30 day notice of intent to leave. So pretyy much piss poor management n unethical

Place is overpriced and infested with roaches!! I see at least 10 roaches a day sometimes even more! They do have pest control come and spray every once in a while and they ask you to removed everything from counters, floors, stove, refrigerator tops and cabinets or they will charge you a fee of $150 if you dont... Also the bathroom keeps flooding and by the time management actually sends someone in to fix it the living room closet and rooms carpet was wet!! Now aparment has a smell that we cant get rid of !! Its a horrible place to live at!!

Its impossible living here, every room infested with several roaches, plus small baby mice that bunk with the cockroaches, property owner charged you regardless if you leave apt. Clean, the roaches are a hazard to my life they urinate on everything. Please dont rent here for your own safety!!
