Greg has set the bar across the board for a perfect customer experience. From the moment I brought my car in, Greg was responsive, extremely knowledgeable, not only about the vehicle itself, but in walking me through the entire repair process. It could not have been more seamless and made the process very pleasant. Their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect!
Unfortunately I had a minor wreck. All American was highly recommended and I’m super impressed with their work! They kept me updated on my vehicle through text, and phone call, hunted down my rare rim and tire, and treated my vehicle as if it was their own! The repairs did not take long at all they got right down to business! When I went to pick up my vehicle it was cleaned outside and inside almost a full detail cleaning! I am very pleased leaving my vehicle in their hands.
Greg and the team at All American collision have repaired cars for me on more than one occasion, the last one was from massive hail storm damage that almost totaled the car! When they were finished the car looked like the day I drove it off the lot new! They were professional, they clearly communicated the details of my car repair, and kept me updated throughout the process, and my car was finished in a timely manner!They have earned our repeat business, and I would gladly give them six stars if that many were an option!

Jessica said my car would be ready Thursday. Thursday comes no phone call so I call them, they say Monday it should be ready. I call in the Monday morning and she wasn’t sure if it was ready so that she would call me back. An hour later I call back, it still isn’t painted. they lack communication, this wouldn’t have been a problem if they called and updated. what’s the point of setting a deadline if you’re going to miss it not once but twice. Definitely wouldn’t recommend being your car here. very unprofessional

First time to use this business. Came highly recommended by 2 friends. Someone backed into my 18 Acura MDX left front fender. When I arrived I spoke with Greg. He looked over the car and worked an estimate up. He also arranged for a rental car. He told me the repairs would take a week. After 4 days I get a call the car is ready. Cannot tell it has had any damage. Paint match was perfect. Thanks for the quality repairs and top notch service.

Took my Camaro here for an insurance claim to the rear bumper. They fixed the dent, but when I picked up my car the front windshield was cracked. They claimed it was cracked when I dropped my car off, which was most definitely not the case, and I had to pay out of pocket to fix the windshield.

We dropped off our car for repairs after hitting a dead deer carcass. The owner explained everything to us and said he will inform us on the progress. We had to contact him instead. Hopefully the car will be ready on Monday.
Ive actually taken my car there twice, they did an awesome job. I currently have my Kia optima there, its is taking a little while longer than I thought it would but as long as they make it look like new I dont care.

Run away. Go anywhere but here if you can. This place seems to relish in the fact that it is one of the few body shops in 100 miles and in doing so eschews any type of work ethic or customer service.They don’t care about you. They don’t care about your car. They don’t care about being expedient. They don’t care.Worst body shop I’ve ever interacted with; they deserve to lose all of their insurance affiliations because no insurance company should send their customer here.
This shop has great customer service. Especially a gentlemen named Steve. He was extremely friendly and helpful towards the whole process. Not only did the shop do a great job on my 2011 Silverado but was fast to complete the job as well. I definitely recommend this body shop.

Jessica Anchondo has horrible customer service and communicative abilities amongst her team members. Here is my story thus far.When I brought my vehicle in for pictures, of the exterior bumper that was hit, a bumper I had removed myself and thoroughly noted each part which was missing with Jessica, she made me a bid. All good so far.I get a call the next week to come in the following Tuesday, and that my vehicle will take a few hours to be repaired. All good still.I come in Tuesday and Jessica leaves me hanging for nearly 1 hour before leaving for the day. I wait another 45 mins before being told that my part isnt even in and they are sorry.I get a call the following Friday after reaching out to her and am now told Tuesday again, but this time it may take a few days.A few days, for a plug and play bumper? This isnt what I was sold or told and now she refuses to even admit the inconvenience.Terrible professional. I recommend her supervisors address the issue.
Im pretty sure they lost my truck. On the third day it was in their possession I got a call asking if I was still planning on dropping it off. Long story short, the job took twice as long as they told me it would, they never returned any of my calls, didnt wash it, and probably what irritated me the most is when I asked what set it back so far and why they could not get it done as scheduled the only response I got was I dont know. I guess I wanted at least some BS answer to confirm they valued my time or their reputation. Quite the contrary. The body work was sufficient which I suppose is the only thing keeping them in business. Terrible customer service, even for the Permian Basin.
They are awful! They threw away my bumper including my license plate and the inner fillings of it. My insurance was not going to cover it so I declined the repair. They told me all the parts were in my car. I get to fixing my car a week later and my bumper is not there. I literally had to argue with the store manager after the agent handling my claim told me they had thrown it away due to it being trash. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE I DONT RECOMMEND THESE BUCKETS OF TRASHY PEOPLE TO ANYONE.
The body work they do is excellent. Good luck on getting your car back when they tell you It will be ready. They require an appointment for the work, but they stay 2-4 weeks behind. But they are nice about it.
This place has no concept of customer service. They will lie to you and drag you along. They just want your money. And they don’t understand what it means to call a person back after you leave a message. And after months of waiting to get my vehicle back it was shotty work. A leak in the roof! Glass still everywhere. The interior covered with oil and grim. If I could give negative stars I would. Stay away from this place, go elsewhere for any work you need done.

Worse experience of my life. Took them over a month to finish the job. They constantly pushed back ETA for a whole week. Was told it was to be washed and detailed for 3 days and when I get it back its dirty. Had to replace windshield wiper reservoir and didnt even refill it with window wash fluid. It cost me $10,000 and couldnt even do that as a courtesy. The staff acts like they have no idea the how far along the vehicle is to being ready as in no communication between departments. No deadlines, no urgency, didnt call me back with news like I had asked. Just all in all unprofessional.
A word of warning to anyone who is needing automotive collision repair done in the Odessa Texas area: DO NOT use All American Collision Repair!The office personnel are very nice and polite when coming up with inventive excuses for the reasons for delaying the return of your vehicle.I made an appointment to bring my vehicle in for repair through my insurance company in July of this year. My appointment was scheduled for August 16th. I was given an initial estimated time frame of completion of 1 to 2 weeks. It is now October 12th and I have yet to receive my vehicle.My insurance company allowed a gracious 30 days for a rental vehicle. Since the 30 days expired, my family has had to make due with one vehicle which has proved to be stressful at best. I have since been given 3 new dates of completion which have all gone by. Throughout all of this, I have been given various excuses for why my vehicle remains in their shop. These reasons include the painters dent repair sublet allowing my vehicle to sit, untouched, for 2 weeks, waiting on parts, am attempt to blame my insurance company for taking too long to adjust the claim (which I verified was not true) and other excuses such as the only guy that we have to install the rear window was called out on an emergency job.I have reached the limits of my patience. If I do not have my vehicle in perfect working condition by tomorrow, I will be speaking with my attorney regarding my legal options. It has taken almost 2 months to complete an estimated 1-2 week repair. All with very little correspondence and no apologies from All American Collision and Repair. I understand that things happen and that there will be set backs. This has become beyond ridiculous.There are far too many locally owned and operated businesses that have great reputations and provide outstanding service. Please dont make the same mistake that I have made.
I went to All-American to replace a damaged bumper. They also had to do a little work underneath, the job ended up costing around $2500 total.A couple of days after I dropped the car off the shop called. They said that my insurance company was trying to low-ball their labor rates, and that they were moving up the company ladder to get the issue resolved. I can understand the shop wanting to get a fair price for the work, so I was patient and told him okay, please get it resolved as soon as possible. I also called my insurance company and griped at them. A couple of days later, the shop called me again and said all that was worked out and they had ordered my bumper. The tech told me that my insurance company would only pay for an aftermarket bumper, but that he had shopped around and found a supplier who would sell him an OEM bumper for the same price. Thats excellent customer service, and I told the tech I appreciated his efforts.Two weeks later, I got a call from the shop saying the car was done. I was hoping the repairs would be completed sooner than that, but given that theyre probably slammed by the oil boom I didnt think the time frame was unreasonable. The bad news, though, was that they wouldnt release my car because my insurance carrier hadnt paid. I called my insurer, and they claimed the check had been sent several days prior and should have already been received. But, they said they would send the shop confirmation of shipping the check and a screen shot so the shop could release my car. I called the shop back and well, a screen shot just wasnt good enough. As I understand it, the general practice of body shops is to release the car once theyve received insurance company approval of the bill and proof that the check is being mailed. But, All-Americans company policy is to hold the car until they have the actual check. Now, businesses can have whatever policies they want, but I expect to be told about such things ahead of time, as in when Im deciding whether to use their shop, not after the service has already been completed. I got conflicting stories from the shop and the insurance company about when the check was sent and when it should have been received, but the bottom line is that the shops policy resulted in my finished car sitting in their lot for an extra week while we all waited for All-American to have the check physically arrive in their hands.I finally got a call saying that the shop received the check and I could pick up my car. I went that afternoon and paid my deductible. I only dealt with the lady at the front desk, no tech came to talk to me. I went out to my car and examined the repair. I know nothing about auto body work, but the paint matched perfectly and everything fit together cleanly and seemed solid. Excellent. But, when I started the car, it began to shake and I immediately got alarms in the dashboard stating Drivetrain Malfunction. Anyone starting the car would have seen these messages, the whole car was lit up. I was worried, but BMWs are ridiculously finicky and I suspected that the shop may have just bumped something that set off a sensor. So, I took the car home and cleared the code with my scanner. After that, the car ran fine with no alarms. Hence, I dont think All-American damaged anything and Ive got no hard feelings there. However, I am disappointed that no one said anything about a potential problem that clearly arose while they had the car. My car throws a serious code and they act like everything is A-OK. I hope that someone meant to speak to me but didnt for some reason. I really hope they didnt just purposefully ignore it so they could later feign ignorance and deny culpability. Had repairs been necessary, I wouldnt even have held them responsible unless a BMW mechanic had assessed the problem and definitively pointed the finger at the body work.Customer service aside, everything worked out and I am pleased with the ultimate result of the body work. That is what matters most to me, so Im giving them 4 stars.
Had car for 2 months, rarely returned calls. Have to return the car for more issues, not complete right. All American refused to honor their warranty or even check the car for a problem
They took nearly 3 months on my vechicle and have to do another claim on my engine,remote start,windshield and hail damage. Plus impala emblem popped up. Grill not secured. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE! Plus,they do not honor their warranty.
Terrible experience. Body shop is slow. No communication. The repair work was sub standard. I will never go there again. STAY AWAY!!!!!!
Need to have a zero star review. May be the worst collision shop I have had to deal with. Had my mothers car 3 months for hail damage and made ever excuse known, tried to blame the insurance, gave me false dates on communication with insurance personnel.
You have to call them over and over again before they even answer the phone. They let one GIRL run the entire business pretty much. She has lied to the insurance adjusters about my vehicle, she also lies about your vehicle being in the shop. My car was in there for 2 months and 4 weeks of it was because of paint. Well my paint is chipping off my car and she will probly lie or either blame me ( the customer ) for it being that way. DO NOT TAKE YOUR VEHILCE HERE AT ALL!
No communication, my car is currently being fixed i have recieved NO updates NO answers and Ive called 4 times and left voicemails there has been NO attempt to contact me whatsoever. This is the second time Ive had to bring in my vehicle and the repair work is good however the lack of communication is bothersome and extremely poor especially given outside things going on regarding reparation of my vehicle such as rental payments and insurance limit on the rental.
If I could give 0 stars I would. I dropped my car off after a minor accident on 7/7/17 with an appointment. First, they lost the assignment from my insurance and I had to resend it 7/5/17. After I dropped my car off at 7/7/17 at 7:30 am I was out of the country for 10 days. I was assured that this would be enough time to complete the car since I was traveling back to Austin 7/19/17. I returned from my trip and called Monday 7/17/17 to see what day I could get my car and I was informed they had not even started on it!!! 11 days it SAT AT THE COLLISION CENTER. Christy the rep for Germania was an absolute despicable human being who never once called me or emailed me to let me know my car would be late, hung up on me (YES HUNG UP while I was questioning how this was going to get resolved so I could get home and back to work), refused to push my car through or offer any help, and then called 7/20/17 at 5:20pm telling me I could get my car when the collision center closes at 5:30pm. When I finally got to pick up my car on 5/21/17 Christy proceeded to THROW MY KEYS AT ME. Wouldnt let me split payment into two payments and threatened to hold my car. I will NEVER recommend them or ANY All American services to ANYONE I know. I have never been treated so poorly by someone so rude, hateful, and to be honest incompetent at their job. Her supervisor was no better and I will be placing a call to the corporate office this week on this issue as well. Never will I ever rely on my hometown to do any repairs on my car or spend my time driving 6 hours to give them business again. Worst experience of my entire life
Terrible. Took them nearly two months to schedule an appointment to get my car in. Once my car was finally there they told me it would only take 3 DAYS to do the repairs. After 3 WEEKS had gone by they finally finished it. I got my car back and 3 days later I got a phone call from Enterprise saying that the shop said it was not going to cover the rental car for the 3 weeks (which they were supposed to cover the rental until the car was repaired). So Farmers Insurance and Enterprise had to make phone call after phone call and literally FORCE the shop to pay for the rental car. By far the worst car repair experience Ive ever had. I would avoid this place.

The repair of my truck after being rear ended was really good. Here is why it is minus 3 stars:1 star - did not check my tires. the accident lurched me forward while holding my brakes down and apparently busted some belts on the inside which caused an egg to form on the outside treads on about 1/3 of the tire circumference causing uneven wear at an accelerated rate. more on that in a minutes.1 star - alignment job was done and charged to the insurance company. I noticed after I got it back that the toe angle was visibly off on my front passenger side so I called about bringing it in to have them look at it (this was a Friday), they said to bring it in on Monday when I get back in town since they were about to close. My tires had about 6 months or so left on them so I wasnt that worried about wear as I planned a purchase at a later date but was unaware at this time exactly how bad this particular tire was after the wreck. I drove 155 miles home for the weekend. As I got ready to head back to Odessa Sunday night, I noticed extreme outside wear on my tire to the point of it not being safe to drive. Also, since the egg in the tire was in the outside tread area, that 1/3 of the circumference was nearly worn smooth. I took the time to put my spare on to get me to Odessa where I could bring the truck back to the collision center to learn that it was nearly flat. Mind you my spare was busted in the wreck so they equipped me with a reclaimed but visually unused nearly flat spare. Frustrated at this point, I got permission to work from home a half day on Monday and take half a day of PTO (I barely started this job in Odessa so I only had a day to use) and once I got my spare aired up Monday morning, took it to a shop in San Angelo where they found the alignment was so far off that the equipment couldnt register how far off it was.... well past the 1% on the toe angle. I paid out of pocket for this alignment and replaced my tires well ahead of my plan to do so and then headed back to Odessa.1 star - I brought all of the paperwork into the collision center showing how their alignment job was bad. At this point I have used a half day of PTO, had to replace a tire at least 6 months ahead of schedule and had to pay out of pocket for another alignment. All I asked them is to refund me the extra $100 I paid to replace my stock bumper with a ranch hand bumper to match my ranch hand in the front. Of COURSE they had put on the rear bumper designed for dual exhaust with the 2 notches cut out while I have a diesel with the single pipe... but I digress. I think this is an easy request to fulfill. This was over 3 weeks ago. I keep getting the runaround in the office. I have had to call from different numbers just so they would pick up. I called today and the manager, Greg, blind transfers me to someone else without telling me what is going on. I get to a voicemail box so I hang up and call back. Greg doesnt answer. Shocker.I shouldnt even give them 2 stars but the body work and everything else was done right.Also, I have had trouble with Lithia dealers for the past 6 months at 3 different dealers: San Angelo, Midland and Odessa Collision center. There is definitely something systemic wrong in the company. This truck is the 3rd vehicle I have bought from them in 3 years and this final experience has definitely made me reconsider where I will take my business from now on.
