Needed my lifted truck towed after it broke down on the freeway. Was able to get ahold of them right away and they had a guy sent out ASAP. The driver arrived promptly and did a good job tying down and towing the truck where it needed to go. Would highly recommend for any towing needs and would use them again.

I needed a tow after hours and they never answered. Somehow the police were able to get them to come out. I left a message do they would contact me the next day, but they didnt return my call, and I had to call back several times to get through to some one.

The staff was very friendly. I was there because my trailer got towed away because I parked it improperly.Took me a while to find it because Menards just towed it away.Many phone calls later, police calls, towing places calls. Found my trailer. And cost me $700 to recover.Not their fault.They where nice and helpful.

I dont like the fact that my uncles car driven to the lot not towed but besides other then that I have nothing much to say. Happy holidays

On July 3rd. I called J&J Towing to move a toolbox from 2310 E Moreland Blvd, Waukesha to 5080 S 76th St, Greenfield in Wisconsin. They said they moved tool boxes all the time. They asked about the box. I told them there were 2 separate boxes, one on top of the other. I was not present at the time, but eye witnesses employees at the Tires Plus @2310 E Moreland Blvd, saw the tow truck driver drop the top box while loading it. When I saw my boxes at the new location, 5080 S 76th St, the top had been damaged so that it was scraped and dented in the back side and the lock was broken. The drawers were all loose from the locking mechanism but the top could not open, due to it having been locked before pick up. There was no note, message, or phone call of any sort to inform me of what had happened. I learned it only from the witnesses who had seen it happen and asked me about it. When I called the company to ask about it, I was told I had to wait a full week to call back at a time when the owner would be there. When I then called they said the owner wasnt in yet and would be in later that afternoon, and that he would have him call me. When no call came, I called back and was told that the owner had already left for the day. I called back several times that week, trying to reach the owner to no avail. When I finally got a hold of him on the phone, he was not very sympathetic or taking any responsibility for what happened. He then told me he had to discuss the next action with his co-owner. Finally on July 31st, nearly a month after the incident, I again asked what the answer is with my toolbox. His response was as follows; I guess he said it should have been bolted down and secured when we loaded it like every other one weve loaded over the last 20 years. And people where we picked it up from said the same thing. I asked if they were refusing to pay for any damages or refund any amount of the tow fee, and he has since ghosted me, screening my calls. There was email and discussion about the cost of the box, being over 2800 dollars, and the tow being over 200. In total Im out 3000 dollars due to this incident that they seem to refuse any sort of responsibility and have consistently been giving me the run around.

Unparalleled service from J&J Towing!Scott picked me and my motorcycle up after an electrical issue left me stranded on the highway. While on the truck, the bike turned back on! Scott went out of his way to stop at an auto parts store and help me troubleshoot the issue. We MacGyvered a solution to the problem and I was able to ride the bike home!

I lost control of my new riding lawnmower and drove it into the pond next to my house. I called J & J. They came in less than an hour and helped me get the machine out of the water. The driver did not charge me the minimum. Terrific service. I highly recommend J & J for your towing needs.

I was broke down on the side of I 94 with a flatbed tow truck while hauling a new car to Minneapolis. I called the first towing company that at came up on Google and Scott showed up in 9 minutes. He got me off the freeway into a safe spot and dropped me at a local motel .while he towed my truck to a service center.I received speedy service and would recommend J &J Towing to anyone who needs a tow..

J&J’s rates are very competitive and after-hours towing is only slightly higher so I could schedule a non-emergency tow at a time that was convenient to me. Despite some initial confusion during the scheduling process, the driver arrived ahead of the scheduled time (a good thing). He was careful and thorough in the hook-up and delivered the vehicle quickly and equally carefully. Next time I need emergency service, J&J will be the place I call first.

My car gave out while I was on I-94 near Oconomowoc. The J&J team towed my car and got it repaired quickly. I highly recommend J&J to others who get into a similar situation.

J&J Towing Hartland is awesome! Late at night far from home I had trouble getting my key to turn in the ignition. I was panicked as I needed to get home soon miles away. I googled towing services and called J&J expecting voicemail, inability to help me or a long wait. J&J proved otherwise. The phone was answered, outstanding courteous service and was able to help out immediately. End story, instead of the easy solution of towing me to a car shop, J&J was able to get my key to turn in the ignition to start my car.
