Bought a pair of ear buds. T9 brand. Paid 50 bucks for them. It took 12 hours for them to charge at 50 percent. Tried them on, and the left piece wasnt working.Went to the store to return them and I was told I couldnt get a refund. But the person at the counter offered me to replace them. Which I did.The new pair took 48 hours to charge at 70% capacity. And the ear buds wont pair up with my phone at all.So now I am out of 50 bucks. And I will not return to this store.

Had to replace my phone for more gigs and they handled it in less than 30 minutes.

Decided to switch from cricket and I came here and Maria was super helpful she gave me all the info I needed even though I told her I wouldnt be making a purchase that day. I came back about a week later during one of her shifts and finalized the deal I be ended up switching two lines from cricket and got two new phones for free (a Motorola and a samsung) and overall very pleased with the transaction. Also very impressed with the amount of phones available to choose from. Only one thing wasnt great, which was the phone I really wanted they didnt have in stock at the moment, but other than that great experience

Their service and network is as good for me as any other.

I usually drive a little father to another boost place because I gettreated so much better there. I always felt like I didnt belong in this place due to the fact that I am not Hispanic. The people working there made me feel this way! I am not prejudice and do not appreciate being treated like I am! However, this visit could not have been more helpful and pleasant! I am not sure if I will go back though. The employees at the other boost place at Mission and El Camino are all extremely extremely patient, helpful and pleasant :)
