The staff member that helped me the day i went to the store, Matthew, was very knowledgeable and patient. He offered great advice on how to get the most out of my policy and ensured all my wants were met. Great Service overall

Very good service! The corporate store on Mission could not get a SIM to work on my new phone after waiting 30 min to be helped but the issue was quickly and easily resolved here. Easy parking and not crowded. Will come back for any additional in-store needs.

Ive patronized this store since it opened some months ago! Matt has been especially helpful. He knows his business, listens very well, and is extremely customer-oriented! BY FAR, I prefer this Verizon store to the COMPANY stores in the area because the lines are short, the knowledge base is deep, and the customers ALWAYS come first! FIVE STAR, for SURE!

The customer service there is wonderful. They are not trying to focus on trying to sell you something or are down your throat and forcing you to buy something. Fahwad (sorry if I spelt wrong his name wrong), he was extremely helpful and gave great customer service to us. He was focused on making sure all our questions, concerns, problems were fixed to best of his ability. And was very welcoming! Thank you for all you help and will recommend that Verizon place. Last week I had the pleasure of working with Zack at this store to upgrade a phone. He was AMAZING! Patient, knowledgeable, professional, even with a fun sense of humor regarding the very difficult transfer of information to the new phone that caused him to have to get VERY creative! And he made it happen! He clearly went the extra distance to get everything right! And I thank him very much!

We were very conscerned when my cell phone wouldnt charge. Went to the Oside store, Town Centre North on College Blvd. Very nice employee there=Janathan T. He was very helpful!!! Got a regarger that is round and is a fast-charge wireless charging pad. This worked!! Want to thank him very much. He was very knowledgeable and comforting!

My husband and I visited this store in Nov, 18 2018. We walked in at 2:25 we were not greeted, the man that was working with a couple did not say one word to us. He didnt ask us if we need anything or say how long it was going to be. We waited for 45 mins without any word from him. We were about ready to leave when another worker can in and helped us right away. I am very disappointed in the service that I was given.

These guys give the best customer service and have answered endless questions for me.

Came in with a broken phone, left with a new phone, a tablet and an iPad for the same monthly payment! The staff was very friendly. Been to many Verizon stores and this was by far my best experience.

The Staffing is store are unbelievable they are helpful they are kind they are concerned that you know how to use your phone they take more time then they really should. I would not go anywhere else to get a phone

Worst cell service provider, zero customer service, zero follow up, I really do spend $1200 - 1500 per month with them, get treated worse than a illegal!!! Dont fall into the trap some many other do. Businesses in multiple locations and lucky to get 2 bars service. THEY SUCK, DO NOTHING TO COMPENSATE FOR THEIR LACK OF CUSTOMER SERVICE.
