Update: Had to remove old set and had another technician do it. It was painful, she clipped the ends and ripped them off with another nail tip. It was horrific and then I ended with nails I hate, thick and uneven. Plus, she wanted a tip despite all that. I recommend asking for Jenny if you want to visit this place. Am unsure of visiting again because of this experience. Its unfortunate because I really thought I found my go to nail spot.As always, I am hesitant to try out nail salons because they seem to fail me. But I am so happy to have found this nail studio. I called to check if they were available and she was ready for me at my designated time. Jenny did an amazing job. I loved the fact that she filed the sides and under my nails on top of everything else. I hate chunky gel/acrylics and I came to her with those on from another shop. I also appreciate that she listens to my wants and gave her best despite not having the tools for the design I wanted. We ended up with something still amazing! Thank you Jenny, see you again!!

I was very disappointed at how they tried to conserve products, making my dip experience bad and even painful. They tried to pry the old nail off with a clipper! But by the second hand I asked them to soak the old dip off with cotton. The newly built dipped nails had dips and wedges. Not a good job. Ill be happy to return home and use my great nail people.

Worst nails I’ve even gotten in my life! Peeled soon at I got to the car. One side was filled flat while the other was round. Wasted 45 dollars. Walked out with plain nails! And since when do salons charge for the shape of a nail? Such a waste of money!

The lady who did my nails took more than one hour, skipped steps. Usually I go to a different place but since I didn’t have time I went here they make u pay tips In cash and won’t let you use your card never coming here again

I went yesterday to get acrylic removed from my nails for the first time and the lady ripped the acrylic off with a cuticle nipper and her own nails ! I could just ripped it off at home for free . Even a couple of her coworkers saw what she was doing and didnt say anything .

They overcharge you as soon as you walk in the door. They give a baseline price and then add undisclosed fees on top of it, plus they ask for higher tips even after giving a 20% tip.

This place did such a great job with my nails! I got a gorgeous holographic nail by Thu! All of the staff at Prestige is super insightful with nails and very kind! My nails turned out awesome! Definitely recommend!

Love this place is so close

I got my nails done here a week before my birthday and my nails ended up breaking super easily. I called to make an appointment to fix them and they said I didn’t need an appointment. The next day I drove out from vista to Oceanside and they told me they were busy and couldn’t assist me till tomorrow. Don’t bother wasting your money here.

I love how professional! I never really talk or am on my phone and I like how quiet it is in there! Did my nail and was on my way !

I used to always get my pedicures here and thought I would take my niece here for a pedicure and an acrylic set to cheer her up after losing her mom. They messed it up big time. The nails were shaped all different. And there is glue all over her hand. She was charged .....60 dollars after it taking three hours and the salon was closing. They told us to come back the following day. So we did and We asked them to take them off and refund us the difference between a regular manicure. They said no refunds...????Im shocked saddened because they are usually so nice. Beware ... 2 stars for them because the pedicures were good.UPDATE: We were lucky when we went back that there was someone there who knew what they were doing. She fixed it and was very professional. 😁

The overall health of my nails has improved significantly since Kn has been taking care of them over the past year. Im always pleased with the attention to detail and professional and courteous manner in which he and the other employees conduct themselves. I highly recommend this salon for gel polish/manicures.

Great prices and I always leave a happy customer! I used to go to whatever salon was available, but this one has been my go-to lately. Walk-ins are usually available and parking is great compared to other salons Ive been to. The location is perfect between my commute from work to home.

The BEST nail salon in town! Kenny does an outstanding job. They use high quality product and a gel manicure lasts forever! The place is spotless and the staff is professional. Very happy!

Not the best Ive been too. Waited for an 1hr. Although she did take her time painting my nail it wasnt a pedicure I expected. 40 dollar because of gel color. (18 dollars extra). I was still left with calus on my feet. My sister in law was with me and she was extremely rough with her.

The Male guy that sits in the front, I asked if I can get a face wax. And he just looked at me and said were busy as you can see, come back 30min. I only see tree people in the salon, and I said this does not look busy, n I only need a wax. Im sorry were busy by raising his voice at me. Someone needs to tell him to have better manners to their guest or we will report him to better business Buero

They treat my toddler like a queen and are very good at getting her nails and toes done at the same time I am getting mine done.I felt I needed to find a new place after I took my daughter to my old nail salon and no one wanted to do her nails (she is 3 almost 4 years old). I had a special event to take her and mentioned that to the manage. She ended up doing my daughters nails and I could tell the manager was not happy with her staff. (I was a longtime customer and a good tipper.) They had short cumming s and other issues before but I overlooked most since they were a factory type nail shop.My friend mentioned she switched to this salon and loved the Pink and White Gel Manicure and Pedicure. I gave it a try and am so glad I did.It is best to make an appointment as they are not your fast food/ factory type nail shop.

Never acknowledged my presence with the party i showed up with i tried to split pay and the woman took my money as a tip and charged me extra worst place not even clean enough have lil nats flying round

Tried this place out and was not satisfied. The girl was very rude and she messed up my acrylics. They were all different shapes and lengths and even painted a small piece of her hair in one of my nails.

No longer great service under new management: kids roaming during service, no dryer offered, did not put pants down/shoes on after pedicure.Also, initially quoted me +$4 for service.Not trustworthy

I rarely leave reviews. But I need to warn anyone that goes here. The male guy is absolutely horrid . I called to make an appt that two people wanted mani and pedi with gel. When we showed up he told us we can’t have a manicure and pedicure at the same time unless we specifically asked for it . They don’t do ombré acryllics. Their workers are super nice, maybe to make up for the awful man that works there. But I was very rushed through my appt and she didn’t even clean my cuticles.

Im pretty upset with this place right now. Ive been growing out my nails for like two weeks so I could get them done. They just chopped them off and barely filed them. So now I have short square nails.. I DONT want short square nails. And the color they put on is not even.. darker in some spots and light in others, then the top coat they put on is all over my fingers. Grr... I dont think Ill be coming back.

I hated it here! I just had male who sits at the front desk and I told him that I wanted and I was so clear about it then he tried doing something completely different so I kindly corrected him and he just started yelling at me telling me that I never said that and was making it my fault then when he fixed it I looked at the shape of my nails to make sure I liked it and he yelled at me again about what he did wrong but I was simply just looking at it and everyone in the shop just looked at us this was the worst experience Ive ever had at a nail shop and my nails didnt even come out good he just rushed it

Today was my first time going here & the 2 ladies that helped my friend and I were very aggressive and rude. not only that but our nails weren’t even done well as if they were rushing to get us out. i don’t recommend this place @ all

I would give them NO stars if I could. My first visit here for a pedicure - their basic classic pedi is $23; had I known that in advance, I would have gone elsewhere as the pedi was barely ok. The lady who did my toes had the sniffles, not sure if she had a cold or not and she wasnt thorough on her cleaning at all, skipped a few basic steps that I saw others doing, and then the massage was good but on one leg only....she spent like 2 mns on one leg and then a LONG time on the other - I said nothing as I knew Id never go back here. OH and this really irked me; two ladies came in for pedis together and they both chose one of the upscale choices. The were seated in chairs together, got the water started and then the one lady doing toes who was free, said Ill do hers first, then Ill do yours. Now who wants to sit there all that time while your friend is getting her toes done!!! Plus the man (guessing he must be Kenny) sat there reading the whole time - guess doing pedis is beneath him! So rude!! Choose another place - youll be happier with the environment, prices and service rendered.

Horrible, super mean, didnt know what they were doing all over the skin,didnt paint your whole nail,manager seemed nice workers sooo mean do not recommend when you put your hands in the light it burned,they yell at you for no reason went with 2 more people all said the same hate it,I would give it a 0 if I could

Better places to get nails done

They were friendly, but I got a standard pedicure on my toes and polish removal on my hands, and the polish removal alone costed $10! I wouldn’t recommend this place because I personally find it too pricey.
