I am so happy that he was recommended to me by Dr Thompson . I have not seen dentist in ten years due to a horrible experienced. I am very apprehensive to see any dentist until I saw Dr Thompson and he highly recommend Dr Herman. Walking in his office to make my first appointment was fantastic his front desk staff are awesome. Oh boy when I met his assistant Efi, not only she is wonderful, very caring that she made you very comfortable. Well, meeting Dr Herman was the icing on the cake. . What a great personality, caring, kind and you can honestly feel that he is willing to help you with your dental need . Very professional staff. Arrived and was in the chair in 5 minutes. Easy discussion on what my dental needs were and communication very detailed and questions answered so a 3rd grader could understand. All the staff were very kind and respectful. Great experience!!

Visited Dr Hermans office for the first time during lockdowns due to an injury. They got me in quickly despite the busy schedule and got me taken care of. I have been back a couple times as a regular patient for cleanings and a filling. The office is clean and fresh, and the staff is great. Dr Herman was very aware of my comfort level during procedures and got things done quickly. Very happy with their office.

I had a dental appointment today to replace two fillings. I must say that the office staff, dental assistant, and Dr. Herman are not only friendly and welcoming, but very gentle and kind. To say I was nervous is an understatement. Everyone was very nurturing and reassuring when they saw how apprehensive I was. It was very apparent that they love what they do and want all patients to be comfortable and satisfied. Although the procedure is no fun, I didn’t have ANY pain. Phew. Thank goodness. Dr. Herman and is assistant Cindy worked quickly and carefully. When my appointment was finished, I thought, “This is it? That was nothing.” All I have to say about this dental office is nothing but nice, pleasant things! Did I mention that they sent me a hand written welcome card after my initial consultation? Pure perfection. You’ll be in wonderful hands and smiling brightly after your visit.

As always, I saw smiles on the faces of everyone in Dr. Hermansoffice. I have been a patient here for 30 years.... first with Dr. Craigwho previously owned the practice, and now with Dr. Herman. Thishas been a good experience to look back on, and I know that I will be in good hands for the future.

Dr. Hermans office was very accommodating with scheduling needs, as I live 2.5 hours away from the office. Monique in the front office was friendly and prompt with returning calls. My first visit was very thorough, the hygienist was great and Dr. Herman never made me feel rushed to leave, answered all my questions. I was referred to this office by my Endodontist, Dr. Brown and couldnt be more pleased!

I went to Dr. Herman after I broke a post and crown. Because the crown broke without leaving much area to build a replacement crown, my usual dentist recommended a specialist. Dr. Herman was able to rebuild the area around the tooth and provide me with a perfectly fitting replacement. Having had many fillings and crowns over the years, it was very apparent to me that Dr. Herman is very skilled, highly capable dentist. The many 5 star reviews are well deserved.

Everyone here is *amazing*. The staff here are all very nice (and fun!), and made my checkup and cleaning a very comfortable experience. Dr. Herman is very thorough and explained everything to me in detail. The cleaning experience with the hygienist was excellent as well. If youre cold, theyll even give you a blanket (thank you Effie!)! I wanted to get as much work done as possible before the end of the year, and they were very accommodating with scheduling. Since childhood, I have always had a real genuine phobia to needles. Dr. Herman and his staff are amazing! My Dental Hygienist, Dee, shes the Best & Gentle, unlike others I have had at other Dental offices! It must be a rare occurrence to look forward to going to the dentist. I mean with all of the drills and bright lights, poking and scraping, it cant be a positive experience.......unless you to to Dr. Hermans office. Somehow even before you ever get to see him you automatically feel like family upon arrival. The staff is welcoming and friendly and always laughing with their clients. Every time I have been in the office the staff and other clients are having a great time with each other, in a way that you see depicted in movies about the old school barbershop scene. It feels like a local hangout spot. When you need to see the dentist for something other than a normal routine cleaning you get the chance to spend time with Dr. Herman. He is calm and explains each aspect of the procedures. He is a great listener and truly puts the clients needs above his own. I never feel like I am going through a process, i feel like I am being served in the same way that you would at a nice resort. I travel from 30 minutes south just for the service. You should add it to your bucket list as well.

I’ve been to plenty of dentists in my days and this is as good as it gets or you could expect! Not only is Dr. Herman a 10 out of 10 but his entire staff is as well! I chose to have him do a big project for me to help get my teeth fixed and corrected and it went better then I could have hoped or imagined! If you are lucky enough to have them as your dentist you will not be disappointed! After an unpleasant experience at another dental office, I was uneasy about starting with a new dentist. But this office put an end to that….everyone is terrific – friendly, helpful and very professional. Dr. Herman was also terrific – went over my x-rays with me, explained what needed to be done and even offered to try to repair my night guard. This office was a great choice!

I made a 1200 mile move from a completely different world to California. I had no support system in place for dental care. A good dentist is crucial to good health. On my first visit, I had a great experience but honestly, I really just got a good cleaning. Then, within weeks, I needed a root canal. Yuck. Everyone at Dr. Hermans office and in the endodontic office recommended by Hermans office has been superb.So.....I get the appointment no one wants, the day before Thanksgiving! Oh well, off I go. Again, another great experience - which is hard to say about a root canal. The staff at Dr. Hermans office and Dr. Herman gave me confidence. I was eating a full turkey dinner Thursday. My trust was not misplaced. The advice and support as well as the dental care, skill and knowledge are top notch.

Eva at the front desk is always so nice and helpful, Dee the hygienist does an amazing job, and Doctor Herman (aka the Dentist) is gentle and honest. He is straight forward with what needs to get done and what can wait. He is not the Dentist trying to dig in your pockets, he is the dentist trying to work with you to get done what needs to be. Its clear he puts money back into his office from updated customer service technology to the beautiful remodel they just did and as a patient, I appreciate the investment. I have been going to him for about 5 years now and recommend him and his office to all.

Okay lets agree no one enjoys going to the dentist but this office is a total pleasure. Everyone goes out of their way to be helpful, the waiting room is serene and the magazines are awesome. We feel that the level of professionalism is extremely high.

Dr Herman stays in the room with his patients throughout the procedure, unlike most other dentists who work on multiple patients at a time. He never talks across his patients, he is always very considerate that you are present and his conversations with his assistant are relevant to the procedure he is performing on you. Most of all he is just a great dentist, usually I never even feel the novacaine shot and because he is focused solely on me, he is very efficient and gets the job done as quickly as possible. We like him so much that we literally drive all the way down from north of Los Angeles just to see Dr Herman.

I visited the office of Dr. Christopher Herman this morning for an extremely sore tooth. Eva got me in to see Dr. Herman the same day I called which was really terrific! Cindy and the rest of the staff were all top notch and very friendly and calming. Dr. Herman has a wonderful soft touch and was very professional and also calming. I will stick with Dr. Herman now as my new dentist. I think he is terrific! Five star!

Always happy with the work done, and with everyone on staff there too! Ah, plus--> their office has the most beautiful, relaxing photo art of Hawaii; it helps you feel peaceful & relaxed. I call Dr. Herman Magic Man. He is an incredibly talented and skillful dentist. Last year he rebuilt my worn down two front teeth, and recently removed a row of 3 old discolored crowns. Just the temporaries have greatly improved my smile. Cant wait to wear the permanent replacements. Hats off to the Doctor and his great, friendly, skilled staff.

Dr Herman is a true professional. I had been dreading going to the Dentist because of the last couple of visits, but I needed to get some of the work repaired. My wife finally talked me into it because she had made the visit and only had good things to report. Before Doctor Herman I was scared to death of going to the dentist and hadnt been to the dentist in close to eight years. To say the least my mouth was a mess. But dr Hermans team was not only as gentle as they could be but made sure to talk me through everything so as to make me comfortable with everything they were going to do. They dont use scare tactics here they talk to you plainly so that you understand how best to fix what needs to be fixed as well as maintain what is working fine. I highly recommend them

Im not one to like dental offices, however Dr Herman and his staff are always a pleasure to visit their very caring kind and always considerate!

Calm and confident as were the staff. Cant say I loved going to the dentist and was told that if I held the arm rests any tighter while in the chair my hands would cramp. I relaxed toward the end of the procedure and did not feel anything at all with Dr. Hermans gentile touch. The cavity replacement and then a cavity filled were quickly done with a great chair side manner. Always a good experience.

My cleaning with Dee was excellent as it always is. Dr. Herman and his friendly staff take the worry out of dental visits because they are so good at what they do.including listening to the patient and explaining in detail what is needed. I feel very fortunate to be a regular, long time patient..

I recently moved to the area and was in search of new Doctors. I was referred here by my insurance company. Im extremely glad I was! Making an appointment was very easy. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I got my xrays, an exam, teeth cleaning, and a cavity filled ALL IN ONE VISIT, and it only took about two hours.All of these procedures were the most thorough examinations that I have ever received. Each staff member gave me great advice and I believe my teeth will forever be better because of my initial visit today. As long as I live in this area, this will be the dentist office I visit!

I thoroughly enjoyed my experience. Thats saying something when its a dental appt. I appreciated the individual care and consideration I received. I have a small mouth and its often difficult to keep my mouth open for extended periods. The hygienist was so accommodating and I enjoyed her company. I would travel a long way to be treated by Dr. Herman and his staff.

Dr. Herman takes a proactive approach and catches dental issues and treats them before they become expensive repairs. All the staff is super friendly. I highly recommend them.

Dr. Herman and his team take the utmost care for their patients. They are always on top of my personal dental needs (whether I like it or not, haha). If it werent for their care, my dental future would likely be bleak. They work with your insurance company and always, while youre in the seat, care about your comfort (as evidenced by their continued inquiries - how are you doing? Are you okay? Im going to do this and that. ). Dental visits are scary for most. Not for me. Not with this team. Can I say I look forward to being treated at Dr. Hermans office? Why, yes, I can! For those who fear the pain of dental treatment, I will say that Dr. Hermans office offers a way of assuring whatever treatment you need will be be done with the least pain that can be provided. After many appointments with other dentists, oral surgeon and endodontist with no concrete reason why I was having such extreme tooth pain. Dr Herman suggested using botox to help with clenching my jaw and grinding teeth.. With in hours my pain was gone. His staff is very friendly and I would recommend him to anyone!
