I paid $129 to get my car washed, detailed and waxed here today. When they were finished there was still dry water spots on the hood of my car. When I asked them about it they told me they couldn’t get it off with a simple wax and that it would require a buffing. I went home and a few hours later went to drive my car again and my windows were all foggy. They used the same rag that they used for the armor-all on my windows. I then had to find a way to clean my windows myself. The service was definitely not worth $129. If i’m going to pay that much I should not have to do any additional things to my car afterwards.

Tried this place out for the first time and I recommend you to save your money and just use the drive thru car wash at soapy joes for half the price. The dirt is still lingering on the surface of the car.

Rancho Del Oro Car wash has an F rating from the Better Business Bureau. I wish I would have known. This car wash has issues and do not expect management to help you. I took my daughters car to this car wash for a full detail and wash. I was told they would call me in a couple of hours when the car was ready. I dropped off at 10 am. By 2:30 pm I still had not received a call, so I drove by to see if the car was done. It was sitting under a tree in the parking lot. I walked up and asked if the car was done. It took what seemed like 10 minutes for them to find my key. I found it odd that the key was not with all the other keys of cars that were finished. The worker had to go from worker to worker to look for the key. He finally found it. I went to the car and saw a paper foot mat on the passenger seat with some mail and a phone charger on it. As I drove off there were about 3 to 4 workers watching us. The next morning when I moved their mat from the seat, I saw a rip in the seat, it was about 3 to 4 inches and scratches on the dash. I immediately went to the car wash and asked for the manager. There was denial and He just said to file a claim with my insurance and walked away. He never gave his name and I had to ask another worker for a business card. I went to their web page and found another person had their bumper knocked off and paint scratched and when he brought that to the managers attention he received the same treatment and when they reviewed the tapes, the footage was missing. So, if you plan on taking your car to any car wash, I would highly video tape your car inside and out. It is better to be safe than sorry. And yes I did file a claim with my insurance but still had to pay the deductible. Costly lession to learn.

I was selling my car so I paid for a higher package. It looked the exact same as the $59 dollar package I usually get except this time there were buff marks/ light pattern scratches on my hood. Glad I didnt convince my husband to take his car. I had to reclean the side mirrors and parts of the windshield. I just dont think I should have these issues from a hand washing car place. They didnt wipe down the gear shifter. I did it when I got home. They are nice.

Been visiting this car wash for over 4 years, this vehicle and my previous vehicle.Great job washing the vehicles, waxing and vacuuming. Employees work diligently to execute tasks and are approachable.4/5 rating because I would like a bit more attention to the center console. Dirt and dried beverage can be found in the cup holder.Also price increased ~$15 for the Liquid Wax & Wash combo I select. Would be a nice feature to have decreased pricing for Small/ Compact vehicles.

First time visited. paid for the premium car wash (26.00).They didnt raise the hatch in the back to vacuum that area.They didnt vacuum all the dirt from the front carpets.They left a big smudge on the back window.They didnt clean my rear view mirror.They didnt clean the gear shift area, which I specifically asked them to because something had spilled there.No air freshener was offered or provided as per premium list of services.

LAZY, HORRIBLE! For $30 all you did was vacuum and dry off exterior. I paid for dash and cup holders to be cleaned! Seriously I am the person that grabbed one of your wipe off cloths and wiped down the inside of my car! I used to go when under different ownership and they actually cleaned your car!

This place is decent but theyre not that thorough...and for 25 bucks a wash n vaccum they should be...i used to wash n detail cars so i know what im talking about too. and we charged 25 a wash too. inside vaccum too...its mainly the vaccuming they lack hard on

Im not sure what its all about, but the pace seems to have slowed. The guys seem attentive, but they are absolutely not into rushing even a little. Plan to spend a minimum of around 40 minutes here, if its moderately busy. The day after Easter (they were closed on Easter Sunday) I waited an hour.

Staff was friendly but I couldn’t get them to put their masks over their noses while they were working inside my car - detailing so for an extended time period. As soon as I noticed this I asked them to put the masks over their noses and they did..for about 5 minutes. When I Iooked up again they were back under their noses. I paid $130 and still have to sanitize the interior myself so we don’t get COVID.

They charged me for a VIP detail that was almost $100 they didn’t even get all the bird poop off the windshield, didn’t wash the undercarriage, didn’t vacuum very thoroughly, didn’t even wipe down the seats, definitely not worth the money! and I don’t know how they expected to do such a thorough job in 30 minutes on an SUV!

My car wasnt dirty from the inside and they didnt even bother vacuuming well. The bits of dirt I had before I got there guess what they were there when I left!. They offered me to upgrade to the 69 wash and I said no I felt like they got bothered and just handed my ticket. Its not the 1st time this happens. I only came here because its so close to my house. Learned my lesson one to many times.

Just paid for $69.99 for wash and wax package, and nothing was done well. Inside not wiped good, outside still has bird droppings and tar and areas that still had water stains. I know this isn’t a detail but at least they can try to touch all surfaces with a towel.

The truck came out dirtier than it came in. It was full of soap and dirt and then they had it parked in the sun for it to dry that way. Hands down worst car wash I’ve ever had. I had to go hike and wash it myself.

They are never correct on estimated time. Always double it. They do a terrible job vacuuming and wiping down the car. Save your money. I am always disappointed. This is my last visit here.

I took my car in yesterday for an interior detail after several months of using my SUV to haul compost/dirt and construction supplies during home improvement and landscaping projects. During transport, one of the buckets of compost fell over and there was dirt in cupholders in the back, under the back seats, and under the cargo mat in addition to a fine later of dirt over everything and in every crevice. My allergies were flaring up every time I drove my car. They did a FANTASTIC job cleaning it out! I really didnt think they could get it as clean as they did, but I was so pleased. My car looks like its brand new on a car lot! They were extremely thorough and I will absolutely use them again and would recommend them.

Every time I go anywhere else, I kick myself for not coming here. They always do an outstanding job and the prices are reasonable. I brought my car straight from the beach (sorry, guys!) and my car looked brand new when I left. Thanks so much!

While the service seemed decent at first, It had come to my attention that something was quite (literally) off. It was my bumper! My rear bumper was off! After haggling with the owners for information as to how this could have come to be, I was simply blown off. First the cameras didnt have anything then the cameras didnt record and so forth.How had my rear bumper been smashed off (the paint was ruined on the rear too) and no one had seen?Overall a terrible experience and I would recommend anyone steer clear of this establishment.

I spend $25 to clean my car. When I came in I saw that there were some spots that wasnt clean. I am not going back there again.

Seem to been very busy traffic does not flow very well there. I have gone back because I dont know when is the best time to go. There are too many businesses next this car wash which cause it to have too traffic at any given time of day.

ALWAYS a hand wash. They are quick and responsive. They have a comfortable waiting area (indoors or out). Detailing is also available. (Wasnt as impressed with the detailing.) You can get a multiple wash punch card that saves a little money. Have been using them for 8+ years.

I like this car wash. Only problem I have is they dont clean the window well. I have to always clean them right after they are done. Need to pay more attention to this.

I went to get my car washed today. No although I got there shortly before it closed at 5pm (Arrived at 4:40pm), I requested the wash that was 24.99 or something like that. Which was supposedly the platinum. I paid and went to grab a sandwich. Upon returning I left a generous tip in the tip box. While walking up to my car I noticed that it didn’t looked as if it were waxed as they said came in the package, tires didn’t shine, there was still dirt and bird droppings in my BMW. When I got into the car the sunroof still had bird dropping and pollen on it. I’m not even sure exactly what they did to wash my car. Looks like it was just rinsed off and dried off. I won’t be going back there ever again. I don’t have any photos because I proceeded to take my car to another place immediately after

Comparable to my kids washing my car! Took in a brand new car that had some spots from the recent rain, needless to say- it went in cleaner then it came out! Super disappointed.

I paid for the $25 wash and I asked the gentlemen how much extra for armroll inside my vehicle, he responded 69.99 . I feel the price was ridiculous for the add-on. Overall, they were very professional and did a good job, which is why I rate a 3 star. When I came inside my vehicle I noticed some spots and crums that were left behind which I ended up cleaning myself. This was my one and only time coming to this location. I will not be coming back.

My whole family, especially my dad, loves this place to get our cars washed. We’ve known the staff here for years and they ALWAYS pay attention to details and have a nice, friendly staff. My car comes out smelling good and is clean every time, which is hard to accomplish with my soft top convertible. Highly recommend.

Took over an hour to finish my Tahoe.

I brought my New 2020 car in for hand wash. I was greeted by angry worker who whipped my car around the corner so fast I almost saw dust from tires. Hand wash was fast. Then car sat in sun for 15 minutes before anyone dried it. Car behind me finished before mine. Spots everywhere. Never going again.

Every visible place on your car inside and out is polished, wiped, dried or otherwise touched. Specials are worth checking. Fast and efficient workers are always available.

Got the clay wax the guys really do a great job in and out side. $149.99 + tip, well worth it. Takes 2 hours on a full size truck. 😊

It was good this time. It seems to be a hit and miss. I hate it when the owner is out there because he constantly pushes up sales. I dont like that kind a of pressure. If I choose a basic wash then thats what I want. If I want detail, I will tell you. Please dont be so pushy. But the staff is always friendly and kind.

Fast service but appears to be a little too fast sometimes as they tend to miss spots unless you get the top package. Still worth the money though. Much better than the gas station car wash and about the same price plus they vacuum as well.

Took my car in for the second time.Bought platinum this time thinking they will pay closer attention to detail but unfortunately, i was wrong. I cleaned out everything from my car so nothing would be in the way for them. Vacuum was okay, still little things on the floor but we know not everything gets picked up. The interior seemed untouched, barely went over. Cupholder and other holding places werent cleaned. The dashboard still had lint, tires didnt seem to get cleaned either. Oh yeah, I didnt get a scent for my car. Overall Service took 30 min.

Great and fast service

We use Ranch Fel Oro car wash all the time. They are close enough and good enough that if they are busy Ill come back rather than find another car wash. Once I wasnt quite as happy with the job after I got home so I went back and they were very responsive and apologetic and took care of my issue right away. Considering how often weve used them, this small problem doesnt concern me and we will continue to use them. If you live in the area you should try them.

I bought the premium wash and it was a far cry from that! The worst $23.99 I have ever spent. First, the guy who writes the tickets skipped me. Then the cashier didnt give me a car fresher. Then after waiting about 45 minutes, my car wasnt even clean! I had to get the guy to wipe the dirt off the side and fender of the car. When I got home, I noticed there was still bug guts on the front of the side mirrors and the front of the car. Ill never go back, nor will I recommend this car wash.

I do not recommend this place. I purchased the platinum car wash and it was far from platinum. Not only was my car still dirty in the inside (they did not vacuum the mats or underneath the mats nor clean my cup holders), they also broke and loss my cruise control button on my steering wheel. This button was there before I arrived and they did not apologize or anything. My car was in great condition now I am missing a button that is very noticeable and I cannot set my cruise control anymore thanks to them. I will never come back to this place. Dont waste your money

I love this place the people work hard to make sure your car is clean. I mean sure you’re gonna read that they don’t vacuum at its best capacity but at least you’re not doing it yourself and regular washes aren’t as expensive as other places .I’m a regular love this place better than soapy joes or any other drive in hand wash place.

I tried the place again. I purchased the platinum car wash coupon (10 washes) over eight months ago. What a huge mistake. I still have five washes left. I only go there when I want to be disappointed and they never fail.The last time I had to ask them to clean the back window and they wanted to argue that they did until I pointed out the hand prints. They said oh...This all points to poor management because IInformed management. Buyer beware!

Disappointing...I payed $20 bucks, and even limited the areas they had to clean...my dash was still dusty, the Windows were poorly cleaned, and the vacuum job was half-hearted effort at best. I tipped, and drove away, only taking a closer inspection when I returned to my office (2 blocks away). 1st and last visit to this place.

The first two times I came here I thought everyone was having a bad day. Going to give it one more try and different staff and still awful service. There has never been a friendly face behind the counter and the quality of the car wash it minimal at least. Time to wash my own car.

I got the platinum package and I thought it was going to be good I always get the 16.99 one and my car still not vacuum good and the outside too not clean so I thought buying a better package the it will get cleaner but no it was still the same. I have to find some other place.

Paid for their premium wash for my truck since it included washing underneath. After an average wait, I saw my truck was ready. I needed to go so I didnt inspect it (my bad). Later I discovered there was still street mud all over the wheel areas. The front grill still had insects on it. And my leather seats clearly werent vacuumed since I could see my dogs hair still on it. I wont be going back there.

I know this job is hard. I appreciate the hard work these folks do. But when you pay big bucks for detail work someone needs to quality check the job is has been done correctly. Very disappointed that the inside edges around all four doors was filthy. Back window not wiped down. Dust was left in vents as they wiped down but not up. Detailed means someone pays attention to details.

Rip-off for interior detailing. Was quoted $150 to do the whole inside of my super dirty jeep cherokee including shampoo and not including exterior wash. I said no way. I went home and vacuumed it myself as well as cleaned all the plastic and vinyl. Went back the next week and asked to ONLY shampoo the seats and the carpet, not including the trunk space. It wasnt that dirty anymore. And was told $120 and wouldnt go lower than $110. So for at least 50% less work they were only willing to take 20% off the price. But they got a monopoly on the shampoo detailing. I cant find anywhere else that does it. Maybe a mobile detailer...

** CAUTION **I have been using this place for awhile and in that time I have had two thefts, one a handicap placard, and the other a cell phone holder. I recently experience a small issue that quickly escaleted into the owner not allowing me usage of the 11 car washes I had already bought and paid. For.Not only did most of my washes require me to go behind and finish drying, hitting missed spots etc. But also I was always thinking of what will be stolen next.I dont recommend this place, drive a little further to other car washing facilities in the surrounding area that are very service oriated.

I have been getting my car washed, waxed and even detailed here for the past 2 years. They do a great job 95% of the time, only have a little trouble getting the inside of the windows looking perfect sometimes. Compared to the other places in my area I think they do a much better job and for a fair price.

However, their service has declined to the point where today will be the last time I use them. Why, well the last three times I had to remind them to finish the tires, clean the inside windows and dry the door jams and finish drying the vehicle. This has been repeated the last three times and this time I nicely reminded the gentleman taking my order. He nicely appologized and said he would take care of it. (he didnt take care of it)Going forward, I will drive past this place and on to Vista to Romeos on N. Santa Fe.Rancho Del Oro has lost my business. I understand there may be off days but in this case I feel like they dont care and I dont need the frustration. I am a customer that wants what is paid for and I do not want a free wash or a free service. I just want what I pay for and nothing else. I rate them as Very Poor and I recommend you to save your money.

This place is terrible!!!! Do NOT take your vehicle to this place unless you want to pay hundreds of dollars in insurance deductibles and deal with the LIES about their cameras not working. They damaged my BMW X3 and then claimed that it wasnt their fault because it was like that when I dropped it off. You should see all the court cases against these guys for their antics- I have a photo below of the list. Negative stars if it was possible!!!

Paid for a detail and a window ding repair. Said they would call when the car was finished but two hours later no call so I go to check. Car is sitting there “done”.About to drive away and realized window ding repair wasn’t done. Lady that does those went home.It was suggested I come back tomorrow (Monday) because we all have weekdays free.Got the money back for the ding repair.Don’t get your car done here if you want to get everything you pay for.

Please dont go here if you would like a great quality wash!! Apart from pressure selling (if you fall for it ), they leave dead bugs on your windshield and bumper, my car had to be taken in for a 2nd wash. Also, the products used for cleaning suck!!! Im sorry but Ill never go back to Rancho Del Oro Car Wash!!

Great Team! When we went through the car was our tire was cut on the railed. The ownership jumped into action! Pull our car to the side jack it up pulled offthe tire and drove me & the the tire to a Tire shop and matched the tire purchased the tire. Put it back on the car. The gave me and my wife Free Car washes. Great ownership and I will always go there! Thanks Rancho Del Oro Car Wash!

Amazing job. People want to pay $20 and expect the world. No one is going to detail your car for $20. I bet these same people complaining wouldn’t even detail their own nasty carsfor $20. You get what you pay for! The American consumer gets more and more spoiled each year! I recently got a full service details and the results were exceptional. They even polished out some terrible scratches from a highway speed run in with a large and nasty tumble weed. The staff was professional and accommodating. Thank you!

After paying $25 for the PLATINUM carwash we had to insist that they vacuum again the interior because it was so poorly done.The Latino manager called us disrespectful for complaining about the subpar work performed.Even after the second vacuuming the trunk was untouched. In addition, the two rear carpets were missing and we brought that to the managers attention. He insisted there had been no rear carpets.If I could have awarded zero stars I would have done so. As other reviews have indicated STAY AWAY from this establishment which apparently prides itself in performing subpar work.

Just got the Platinum car detail. Cost $21.99. Worst car wash ever.I went there out of convenience and I will never go there again even though they are closer than any others. Soapy Joes does a better job with their automated car wash. The owners of this business should be ashamed of themselves and the lack of service they provide.Crappy! Crappy! Crappy!

Soooo... we have a brand new car. Took it to get washed today and saw a large, very noticeable scratch on the driver’s side of the car that most definitely was not there when we arrived. We went right back to the car wash to talk to the manager. We were able to talk to the owner. He completely denied any responsibility. Didn’t even offer a free wash or anything.Mistakes happen, but zero accountability isn’t a mistake. It’s a warning to anyone going here. It’s horrific customer service. Beyond that the wash on the inside was super subpar.

Worst customer service!Management is rude and takes no fault in his damages made. Me and my husband have taken our cars there a few times and gave the car wash the benefit of the doubt considering the first time they did a horrible job. Their vacuum must suck because they never vacuum my car right and they always leave some sort of trash behind. My husband recently took his truck there, and their wash machine peeled paint off off of his side door step. When we contacted them regarding that issue they said it was not their fault and to take them to court because they were not going to fix the issue. This was the manager speaking!Very unprofessional, have no respect and they always leave your car half done!Please do not take your car their, you will be wasting your money and time.

Paid for the platinum package, out of 4 guys not one cleaned my rims and did not apply the tire dressing. I had to finish detailing it myself.

MUCH more expensive than it used to be with ok (but not great) quality. But at least you can still get a full-service car wash here (vacuumed & inside of windows washed as well as the outside).

Got the $50 V.I.P. wash and my car was spotless inside and out. Amazing job!

The place has gone down hill. Everytime I go there its one thing or another. Today the car was still filthy and they tried to give it back with out tire dressing. I had to show my reciept to the people who were ripping me ocf jjst to get Tire Dressing for Gods Sake. TIRE DRESSING... OMG... Like I said, the car was still filthy when I loolked it over. I have no idea which friggin idiof thought it was clean.I am looking at other places. Too bad. I was a long time customer.
