Linas is the man. Dropped my car off on Monday and was told a week and a half for work. Linas got my car done and back to me that following Friday. He’s extremely professional and communicates well. He got my car done way earlier than we planned and it looks amazing. He’s the man you want.

I was recommended by Ford to contact this business. I was excited to work with them and wanted to do business with this company. The woman that answered was very rude from the beginning when I was just trying to get a quote, and ask basic questions. When I asked for a manager due to the way she was treating me she said “I pretty much am the manager.” Refused to do the transfer, and said I could call back. (That action alone spoke louder than her words)Apparently her son Corey owns the shop. Honestly, I would never pay a business to treat me poorly, and if this is the way they are communicating with me when they want my business. I would hate to see how they communicate with their existing customers when they have an issue. I will be going somewhere else. I hope others are willing to as well to be treated with common courtesy.

Extremely proffessional, great job, very polite staff. I definitely would recommend Terrys to anyone who needs assistance with their vehicle. I got into a car accident and was a little nervous about having the car repaired. I am very satisfied with the work that was completed. They told me that the repair estimate time was two and half weeks; the work was completed in under 11 days.

Julie and Bruce were incredible! Arrived and immediately greeted by Julie, the atmosphere is definitely friendly and welcoming! Bruce was the gentleman who quoted the repairs. Did go a bit over the days they were gonna keep it but well worth it. Went back to address some concerns I had with the car after. they immediately took a look at it and addressed my concerns in a timely manner! 30min later I left a very happy camper! FAMILY OWNED! HIGHLY RECOMMEND GIVING THEM A SHOT!

Great group of guys. Never had any issues and very satisfied with the body work they did on my daughters vehicle.

This started off going good but then ended like many a money grubbing business does, not good. Brought my car in after a hit and run and they provided a quote for 7k, then after pulling it apart piece by piece they drove the price of the repair went to 8k than 10k then to over 11k. I get it that estimates can change but that is a big change and if they started out at 11k insurance would have totaled it.That is not all though. During this increase the estimate process insurance said they wanted me to pay for some of a part, an axle because it has use to it? I told Bruce that sounded odd to me he agreed and said he would talk to the insurance company about it.I never heard back and then weeks later after I picked it up and paid my total I get a call saying you owe $192.00. I told them a little late to be coming to me with that. I cant do anything with insurance now? They said they would back charge my insurance and then they would charge me if I didnt pay. I told them this seemed like an oversight on their part and that maybe we could work something out? With the extras I had them do beyond the insurance claim the total came to over $12k do you think we could split the $192? Bruce talked to his boss and he said Nope, No way. I want my money!The reason I write this entire review is that you really learn about a company when things go wrong. This told me everything I needed to know about them. This was their problem, we could have done more during the process but after was too late. I was willing to work with them but a money grubber they are. So while this was a small issue it made me understand how they would operate even more if you had a bigger problem.I will NOT be coming back to this company for anything, other than to drop off a check for $192.02. I also must add this last little grip. When I came to pick up the car it was totally dusty and dirty. Not something you want to see when you pick up your car that has literally been half repainted. Hard to tell how the paint job was.

Stopped by to get an estimate for an adjustment to my cars driver door. Grant, my service adviser, was very efficient in providing, what I consider, a very fair and comprehensive estimate but also some tips to avoid this problem in the future. Thanks Grant.

The staff here are great. We had issues with the insurance company and Bruce had my back every step of the way. Thank you to everyone that works there for explaining everything that was going on with my car and why. Im sending everyone there.

Had my car brought here due to an accident I was in and was having my insurance take care of it. After having the car inspected I decided to move forward with the process and worked directly with Bruce. The estimate came out to over $11k and I wanted to confirm that the vehicle was not totaled nor have any frame damage which Bruce insured me that the damage and costs were due to parts replacement and the vehicle had no structure damage and would not be totaled. After getting my car fixed I decided I no longer felt comfortable driving the vehicle so I decided to trade it in. Now that a few weeks has past I have been notified by the dealership I traded my car to that after inspecting the vehicle that there is Frame damage on the car and that it has been spot welded and that I would be held responsible for the difference in value of the car due to it needing to be reported as a vehicle with frame damage which reduces the value of the car by and additional $2,500 so I asked to have the vehicle inspected by a separate company who came back and said the same thing. Terrys Auto Body is now stating that yes there was frame damage but it was miner and that its no big deal. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE AS THEY WILL LIE AND DECEIVE YOU AND YOUR INSURANCE COMPANY JUST TO GET PAID ON A JOB.

Over a week later and Im still waiting on the quote that was promised! Dont think Ill be using them.

They fixed my car in no time and kept me updated every step of the way, wasnt disappointed at all after I picked my car up.

Manager Rudy was almost impossible to contact on updates on work being done. They also lost my floor mats and he never replaced them. I had to talk to the owner to get them.
