I drive in all the way from rainbow to get my maintenance done on my 2015 335i. I love the experience at this shop. Quick and easy drop off, the shop management system lets me see pictures of anything that comes up during inspections, and these guys are super knowledgeable when it comes to BMWs. I love my car and want to keep it running forever and these guys are certainly helping me do that.

It’s so nice to find a shop like OMS to care for our cars. We have been taking our cars to Oceanside Motorsports for a few years now. They have performed routine maintenance as well as repairs and we couldn’t be happier with the service! The staff is always professional and the general vibe around the shop is that of teamwork. I don’t drive 40 miles to OMS because it’s convenient, I drive 40 miles to OMS because they’re the best.In the 10 years that I’ve been taking my e30’s to Neil, I’ve seen his business grow into the most professional, friendly and fun team around. Like seriously, can I work there too? Or just come hang out every single day?Every staff member is knowledgeable, thorough and honest. And they’re patient with me, the most finicky of customers.And when I say thorough, I mean THOROUGH. Not a stone left unturned, they always provide me with a comprehensive list of items that could be fixed on the car. But never any pressure to spend the money to fix everything. I get to pick and choose, fix what I can afford to as I go.This is a business model that every auto shop should follow. But it only works if you actually have talented mechanics, which OMS has in spades.

Asked them to diagnose some fault codes I was getting. Unfortunately there were too many variables at play to completely diagnose the issue (bad injectors, oil leaks etc..) so they gave me a level 2 inspection free of charge which highlighted issues that need attention.

I cannot overstate what a great service they provide! They give comprehensive assessments and make sure you know what work is done and why. I was constantly kept updated with info regarding my vehicles status and their overall customer service is just amazing; they go above and beyond for sure!

OMS is the place to go hands down. Their really informative. When it comes to work quality, it is really superb! When I took my e39 awhile back, It was about my throttle cable. I knocked it changing some boots. I noticed before hand, almost all my screws in the engine bay were stripped. Nightmare btw. Well when I got my car back, they took out all the stripped screws and replaced it with new ones. Didn’t even ask them and they didn’t even charge for labor. These guys just really want to see their guests projects/daily build in a inclining way. They go above and beyond for you.. and then some. Again, very knowledgeable. They don’t mind getting into a deeper breakdown in telling you solutions or how this works and so forth. The atmosphere is really friendly. Family like. You will not regret coming here. There is no better choice than OMS for our cars, period. These people are the definition of friendly, professional and dedicated to their craft. My 328 recently had its warranty expire, and the truth is, it was almost a relief knowing I would no longer have an excuse not to take it to OMS first for any services needed. And even when it was still under warranty, I could count on them to help me ensure the dealer did repairs right! Cost on these types of vehicles is simply NOT cheap....ever, but at least at OMS you know where every dime goes and that its well spent. Simply put, theres nobody more thorough in helping you know the current status and health of your vehicle at all times. When I pick up my car from the dealer, they would give me the invoice and acknowledge the repairs completed, but when my car goes to OMS, before I ever even head their way to pick it up (unless theyve provided the pick up/drop off courtesy theyre more than happy to do) I receive an email with a total vehicle diagnostic detailing every current and potential concern my car has. This service alone is worth THOUSANDS to me!!! Im not talking, hey, heres other places you MUST fix now or your car is gonna die type communication, Im talking front to back updates and IMAGES of the real condition and concerns my car has. No pressure, no pushing for more, just simply heres what we see, just want you to be as informed as possible! Lastly, if youre thinking Well sure, you love them because youve never had a major issue/problem with them, so of course its all roses, youd be dead wrong. One of my early experiences with OMS dealt with a MAJOR disappointment and frustration I had with a large repair job. Long story short, Neil (owner) REFUSED to allow me to be unsatisfied and did whatever it took to make sure I was pleased, not just satisfied, with the outcome. Thats not hyperbole, thats EXACTLY what he did, and it was that issue specifically that proved to me beyond any doubt that all the 5 Star rating stuff wasnt just happy talk at OMS, this place DELIVERS, and with a smile every time!Im not gonna sugar coat it, I dont always like my estimate or my bill, but Ive learned thats the cost of maintaining these types of cars like it or not. I brought my car in for an alignment after some DIY repairs. They were able to get my car in same day. They completed an inspection on my entire vehicle which identified several issues that needed to be addressed. When it came to the alignment they told me the car was still within alignment specs and didnt need any service. Instead of selling me a service I didnt need they were upfront and honest unlike most car repair shops.

My E36 M3 is my pride and joy. I came here for a concern on my vehicle and the OMS team were amazing. They were able to address my issue within 24 hours. Not only did they provide a 100+ point inspection WITH pictures, they were able to discuss what the best options would be that would fit my budget. Its like going to the doctor, but better.Not at any point in time did I feel as if OMS were trying to pick my pockets and or I feel as my vehicle was going to be in the wrong hands. Great place to get you BMW fixed. On my first visit, I found the service writer knew more about my car than the dealership mechanic. They are passionate about cars and customer service.This time I was in for level 2 transmission service and a seized AC compressor. The transmission service had been scheduled but the AC broke in the meantime and I had to have the car towed there ahead of time. Despite doubling the amount of work, the car was still ready on schedule and they were able to help me out with a loaner vehicle. Outstanding service.Earlier this year they did front brakes for my Mazda CX-9!Excellent service.

I was surprised at how detailed their inspection service was. With a link to my vehicle with pictures listing what was wrong if there was anything I needed to be aware of and change soon. I was originally there for a quote estimate on a clutch install, but they performed a free vehicle inspection which was really thorough. I can tell based off of the inspection alone that they’re very professional and care about their customers. The only two reasons I can’t rate 5 stars is because I haven’t had a real service done here YET, and the quote for my clutch install was a little on the pricey side ALTHOUGH it’s likely worth it. Nonetheless if you have a European vehicle and need something done, I highly recommend this place.

I brought my 1974 2002 to OMS for a tune up. After theyre multi-point inspection, they found a number of issues that needed to be addressed. They were great to work with, and very flexible and transparent about what repairs should be done ASAP, and what I could hold off on. The car runs like a champ now! I should have done a review a long time ago. I met Neil shortly after he opened OMS. He has serviced my 96 Miata, 04 Scion XB and most recently my 2012 Infiniti FX35 and 09 370Z.Neil, Austin and the rest of his staff treat you like family as they take exceptional care of your car. I am very particular about who works on my vehicles. Whenever I get a new car I bring it to OMS and have them go over it with a fine tooth comb and change all the fluids to BG. Im tough on my cars so I need the best products and the best service to keep them running optimally.They always go over and above by washing your car, having a clean and organized waiting area and bathroom as well as offering courtesy shuttles and loaner cars. Go there. You wont be disappointed!

All I can say is WOW! Fantastic, thorough, good work. Brought in my 08 M5 with all sorts of issues including it not starting. These guys fully went though the car and checked EVERYTHING. After they did a diagnostic check, they sent me a detailed email (with pictures) showing everything that was good, upcoming services, and issues that need to be addressed right away. They didn’t try to up sell me and only fixed what actually needed to be fixed and what I asked for. I just got the car back and it’s driving better and smoother than ever. Extremely disappointing experience!! Really not sure what happened. Was working with Neil who is the owner and he seemed like a motivated well intentioned individual but he ended up dropping the ball BIG TIME! They did a pre-purchase inspection for me a on a vehicle that I ultimately purchased. The vehicle had several issues requiring immediate attention. Honestly, I elected to proceed with this risky purchase based on the fact that OMS was going to manage and handle the necessary repairs. In addition to these maintenance items I also indicated to Neil I was interested in making some modifications to the vehicle. All in all we are talking about perhaps $10,000 plus of potential work that OMS would be getting from me. However, as I previously mentioned they completely dropped the ball. For some reason, Neil was unable or unwilling to ever prepare any job estimates for the work to be done. Mind you, we are talking about a lot of different projects and I wanted to see what it all looks like on an estimate so I could see what I was getting into. Over the course of several days, Neil promised to me, repeatedly, that he was working on it but nothing ever materialized. I’m really disappointed that this didn’t work out as I took a leap of faith on buying this car knowing that I had (what I thought) was a quality shop to oversee the rehabilitation of the vehicle and now it has been a couple weeks and I have no choice but to move on. Ultimately, OMS and Neil seem to be a lot of talk and no action.

I was referred by Nancy at TNT. I was very much impressed with their service and professionalism. Austin was very thorough and appreciate the honesty in a hose that was just detached. They didn’t even charge me for that. Their inspection report is amazing. Never seen that before. I will definitely be bringing my car back to them. Their not even that close to me but will make the extra drive to take it there. They even wash your car. Nice touch you guys!

Took our mini cooper for a standard service. I can not express what a great experience this was. They are by far the most communicative shop Ive been to and are not pushy at all. Not only did they do the job exactly how I was hoping, they did it at the price I was expecting (auto services are notorious for up charging). They worked on my car despite primarily working on BMW’s no questions asked. They did a thorough inspection of my car and even washed it all for free. The service was incredible and they worked with my schedule with no complaints. I really felt like they really cared about my car despite it not being their usual work. I will defiantly be going back for my cars maintenance that it needs, and I’m happy to have had them do the work.

OM did a thorough diagnostics on my 2007 BMW 750Li, and found some things that were pretty much what I expected for a 12 year old car (that has been well taken care of before I owned it).I had them replace all 8 spark plugs (NGKs), they did a synthetic oil and filter change (along with their magical treatment), drained and filled the rear differential, replaced the key FOB battery, washed, and detailed the vehicle, all done in about 5 hours.With the new plugs (plus oil and the extra oil treatment / deep cleaning) I noticed the improvement right away as I left their facility.Since Im going on a trip to Scottsdale Arizona this weekend I wanted this routine maintenance done for the piece of mind, and they said it was trip-ready.Of course Neils team found a few things that I will need to address in the coming months so the car wont have other serious issues, which is appreciated.Nonetheless, job well done, and I recommend them to anyone needing a good, honest shop that truely wants customers to come back for all their maintenance needs.

This is one of the best auto repair shops that I have been to. Neil was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable, and I was confident that the shop was trustworthy. Neil sent me an inspection report with pictures attached to each discrepancy or recommended item so that I could see exactly what the mechanics could see. I had been getting behind on upkeep on my 2003 330i and had tried a few different shops with mixed results while trying to get things back in shape. After a few trips to OMS my car is driving better than it has in a long time. They do thorough inspections and have a comprehensive list of recommended maintenance items which are always provided as options, with no pushy sales tactics. The staff is friendly and helpful and the work is top notch.

On weekdays my car is for getting to and from work. On weekends its for autocross, drifting, and the racetrack. It works as hard and as well as any fully prepared race car on the weekends.Neil, Spencer, and the guys at OMS take excellent care of my 16 year old, 184,000 mile BMW. I love my car. And I love that they make sure that my BMW finishes every weekend fast, strong, and trouble-free.

The OMS Team is awesome, my M3 is a lightly driven street car; with performance track emphasis which we take part in at least 6 weekends a year.The OMS crew has been providing me with service on my E46 M3 for over 6 years now. I have asked them for help in adding enhancements to my car for better handling and performance.They have always come though for me in providing the best recommendations, support and service.The owner of OMS came to my home to help work on my M3 when the car was acting up after a recent service. This is over 200 miles away from his place of business. I know very few business people who have that kind of dedication to their customers..

This shop does great work. I have an older BMW that is in excellent condition. They fixed a few mechanical issues and took excellent car of the car while it was in their shop. I really appreciate their attention to detail.

OMC not only does a great job keeping my 2006 Audi running in top performance (at 130,000 miles) but go the extra mile.They did an outstanding job on the engine compartment.The guys surpassed my expectations. I would have been happy to see it just wipe clean after doing the service. They obviously detailed the compartment as well as the entire car after doing my repair.Thank you to the gentleman who worked on my car.

Neil and his crew are great. Very professional and personable employees. They offer the one thing that most companies dont offer now a days, which is honest, sincere and friendly customer service.. and with prices and quality of repair that beats the dealer any day, its an added bonus..

As always the service was fantastic. Steve never fails to make me feel welcome and explain everything in language I understand. Spencer, our mechanic, was thorough and professional. Along with a detailed written explanation of what was done I received an email with photos of the items in question. I recommend Oceanside Motorsports to everyone I know with a BMW.

Just finished taking both vehicles over for an oil change and very satisfied with the customer service. The free inspection is definitely helpful and the complementary services are awesome. It’s hard to find a place to trust to service our vehicles but it’s evident that these guys take pride in the work that they do! Will be coming back as long as we are staying near.

It is so difficult trying to find good people to help take care of your car. I had to do my research and finally found some trust worthy professionals to do just that. Best bmw techs around. They actually are able to repair and troubleshoot problems better than any other shop in the area. Great customer service and they always go above and beyond.

My experience here was great. I appreciated the diagnostic report that clearly listed items for immediate attention and items to watch for the future. I further appreciated the autocross report Neil gave me....whether or not I could participate in the next autocross before fixing anything!! Thats all we really want to know right? Doc, can I still race!?

I found these guys on the internet, and usually photos are deceiving; however, this shop, and its employees were high and tight; VERY clean and professional. I brought in an Audi Q7 for brake work, an oil leak, and to revive my A/C refrigeration . The work was not only done overnight, but they shuttled me home, and the next day, because they had to have a couple of employees go out to Vista, they brought me my vehicle home on their way (Im in Oceanside). My wife also has an Audi (A3) and they have earned our business for any future maintenance (regular, or repair). Thanks Neil, and Johnny.
