So it is a wednesday evening and it is decided my Son needs a haircut and I remember this little barbershop near home on Douglas and they were still open so We headed over.Los Panchos Barber shop is located in the strip mall on the east side of Douglas at River. They are between Five Star Market and Dominos behind the Shell station. Although parking wasnt an issue this evening, often this isnt the case, spaces are limited. It is fairly well lit but there are usually some sketchy types milling around so be aware.These days I always take a businesses Covid-19 prptocals into account when writting a review and Los Panchos did a great job. There were people ahead of us on the waiting list so they took my phone number and asked us to wait in our car. My Sons temperature was taken and they had no more than three customers in the shop at any time. They take Covid seriously and I applaud them for that. They were fast and efficient and with ten people ahead of us and only two stylists our wait was aproximatly thirty minutes. My Sons stylist Avalid did a wonderful job and we were both happy with the cut.

Asked for the back to be faded a little higher after the cut. Was told I would be charged for a 2nd haircut… I tip them all well on a weekly basis. Y’all lost a customer and keep up the piss poor attitudes you’ll keep losing more.

Ok, so its not Super Cuts customer service but youre in and out. I have been taking my son for fades and hair trims here for about 2 years and have no complaints. FYI Weekdays are WAY less busier than weekends.

Every Sunday my husband goes here to get his hair cut and refuses to go anywhere else. They do a great job! Highly recommend

Generally very busy shop unless you go in during school hours, Sunday afternoon or early morning time. Theres a older gentleman that runs this store who is very rude and abrasive with people especially who he doesnt want to cut their hair. I went there once waited over 30 mins and I was getting both my kids haircut he took the gentleman afterus skipped my children multiple times because he didnt want to service my son. He picks and chooses who he caters to. Generally the women who cut there give wonderful haircuts.

I was told by the female hair dresser over the phone that they increased price of the Senior haircut from $8 to $15. This is probably taking advantage of Covid Situation. I ended up going to Copperwood barbershop. (They are open and cutting hair outdoors). Got the senior cut for $7. Thumbs down for Panchos and Thumbs Way up for Copperwood.

Does not stick to their opening time, had me waiting and there was no sign up explaining to customers whether they are open or not.

I just left there and I was less then impressed with the haircut my boys received. The kids hair cuts are supposed to be $14 and adults are $16. They changed me $37!! On top of the $10 that I tipped him. They are crooks and take advantage of women.

Absolutely piss poor. Their attitude is piss poor, and their fades are non-existent. I got my hair cut not too long ago and I asked to to give me a 1 or a 2 on the sides with a fade. And they were terribly uneven on both sides. So I asked if they could trim one side just a tad to make them more even. And old dude did the laziest job anyone could do and he just cut the whole side on both sides! Like what the hell! I highly recommend you stay far from this place if you can. I should be proud of my hair cut but Im ashamed to step out side. Im just lucky my hair grow back kind of fast.

Quick, great, friendly, and cheap service. For the price this place is a great place for haircuts. Especially for military since the haircuts are cheaper here than on base at the MCX. I come here all the time.

Owners kinda ok, 1/2 the barbers are good and only 1 is great. Otherwise dont go on a weekend afternoon. Good hair products.

Every barber there seems to be well on top of their game, Ive never seen any client walk away disappointed. Ozzy is who I have cut my hair, Ive shaved my head for years because of the inconsistency of a haircut. I can never articulate how I want it cut so generally the disconnect leads to me going directly home and buzzing my head. Not with Ozzy, I was nervous at first because he agreed and understood what I wanted and have heard it before, but Ozzy kicks ass every cut, he is consistent and Im always stoked! And he trims beards damn well!!! Also priced for us who are broke, their quality is higher than what they charge for sure!!!!

They don’t stick to their hours. They close early for no reason.

I am sitting waiting for my turn watching Arab dude butchering left and right, till is my turn and I thought to myself maybe is not as bad as it looks from here, so got my haircut quite fast in about 5 minutes or so the other 10 minutes got blasted with air to a point of exaggeration, very annoying specially when he was blowing it inside of my ears. Long story short, no attention to details, no customer service skills, very pushi, low quality haircut. One star fair enough. Oh one last thing he needed a shower so bad .

This place sucks. The barbers are pretty nice and polite, but Rarely dependable to give an even fade. 10 times out of 10 I have to go home and even it out.

How can you put your own holiday hours but not show up to them? Its not even the holiday anymore. Always seem like they have to get a tip even though they always mess my hair up.

I asked for a comb over with a fade and they gave me some crappy looking haircut, the fade was good but the comb over was trash they cut mostly all of the top towards the back off where it cant be comb and left only a bit of the front which reaches down towards my nose. Ive gotten a comb over so many times at other barber shop and theyve done amaizing work and this one was closer to me but they just didnt do what they were supposed to do.

Fast service and cheaper for military members

If youre a marine you get a discount $8 regulation haircut any other branch regulation haircut cost you $14. Other word you must get a zero around the back to get a discount. If I could give a zero I would

Extremely dissatisfied with the Owners lack of professionalism and attitude towards Veterans. I had a disagreement over two months ago with the owner regarding how I should pay for haircuts. I paid each barber individually, which is normal practice at this establishment and he proceeded to tell me how I should pay next time. I expressed politely my disagreement and left a $20 bill for him which included a very nice tip. My wife a Veteran also went this morning to take my boys for a haircut and he refused to cut my kids hair. I believe this is just horrible practice and I hate to pull the race card but for a business owner to refuse to cut my childs hair over a disagreement he and I had two months ago is a poor example of how a business should operate! I call on all Veterans to seek another barber shop to go to if this is how he treats a Combat Veteran!

2nd time Ive been here Ive asked for a mid fade and they gave me a super high fade not recommended

The lady in the 2nd chair with the short hair 1st time me going to this barber shop I told her medium fade, she then just exactly gave me a fade didnt take nothing off the top didnt ask if I wanted a lineup I had to tell her to cut off the top with a 1 and line up which was the worst mistake I did I shouldve just walked out but she then completely butchered my lineup and then asked how she could fix it! How do you fix it unless you have hair that your going to glue on my head!! I now have 2 options go a week with a crooked lineup or shave my head... thanks!

They take their time with every haircut so it seems that they actually care how you look. Plus they do excellent fades!

They take too long to do a haircut, military personnel stay away the military haircuts are not that good. Its family-owned and it seems like they alway expect a tip.

I go to barber shops between salon visits to get designs shaven in. They refused to cut my hair because Im a girl.

Been going to this barber shop for over 5 months. Lately theyve been getting sloppy, with mistake after mistakes.

Secound time back and the shop does not open at schedule time when barber feels like opening.
