Ive worked with Chris Mirena at Monihan for a number of years for summer rental properties. He really looks out for me and makes sure they are good properties. The staff is very friendly. They have lots of great listings to choose from whether you are buying or renting.

Will never use Monihan Realty again. Our rental was not clean upon arrival. We spent over 2 hours of our vacation time making sure it was clean and safe for my grandchildren. Asked to be compensated for our time and was offered a $95 credit for next years rental. Insulting. What happened to ensuring our safety during a pandemic? This situation also happened to my nephew 3 weeks ago. Interestingly enough no one has answered his emails or phone calls. Our families haven been renting for over 40 years. What a slap in the face.

I would not rent from this company in this time of hardship and uncertainty they are still demanding money for the balance of whats due for a summer rental in these times of people being out if work and people DYING because of this virus all they are concerned about is the almighty dollar!!!No morals or consideration do not look to rent from them
