I dont like leaving reviews. But for someone to come out for a rotted water heater on a Saturday night it says alot. Turns out while Mike and Rob were here. They found several other issues that were all addressed. I now have a Navian tankless water heater and a new heating and air conditioning. From the 1st. Phone call to the final billing process they were courteous and kind.The guys who did the install layer down rolls of red carpet to protect my floors. They wore gloves and masks and floor protectors in my house.They really care about my house as much as me. Just went above and beyond for everything they did. GREAT JOB GUYS THANK YOU THANK YOU THANK YOU. If I said it a thousand times it still wouldnt be enough. Keep up the great work, you just gained my business for life. Thank you

Long awaited company for ocean city. They came out and repaired my heater and a/c unit. Got me up and running. However my system needed to be replaced the next day done. The professionalism is the best great pricing and service.

The professionalism this company displays are well above the standards. They litterally laid down a roll of red carpet in my house to keep my floors in good shape. The installers wore gloves, masks and shoe covers the entire time in my home..Very pleased with the quality of the work and polite staff from first call to install to follow up to make sure I was satisfied. I signed up for a service club maintenance contract. I would highly recommend this company to anybody who needs plumbing or hvac work done. If I could give more then 5 stars I definitely would.

I cant say enough good things about Express Plumbing! I had an issue with my shower/bath leaking and we could not figure out the source of it! I called Express Plumbing and they sent someone out the same day (as promised), found the issue and fixed the problem. The customer service was excellent, the technician was extremely professional, and their prices were very fair and reasonable! Highly highly recommend!!

First off, I dont deal with these reviews unless the company really deserves it and I want to share my experience. To start I was recommended by a friend to use this company and for once he was right. Haha We had a major leak in our water line and once my wife called she got a quick response. With a blink of an eye, the technician was at the house solving the issue. Excellent work but the thing I loved the most is how I felt spolied as the customer. I tend to ask a lot of questions to get a better understanding. I always get responses that make me sound annoying but Express Plumbing took the time to speak with me. I hate dealing with trade companies that make me feel like Im a burden them. Thats your job and Im paying you for it. Not this time!!!!! I had the service I was paying for with a smile on my face. Way to exceed my expectations and making me a very satisfied customer. You better believe you will be receiving more calls from me when I have issues. See, I told you. Customer service still exist says my wife. 👍👍
