First time getting new windows and couldnt have asked for a better experience! Our team of 2 installers did a great job and cleaned up as they moved on and were a pleasure having around. We had several companies come out to provide estimates and First choice made everything stress free. They were always available for questions and help if needed. We are so happy with our decision and the outcome. Would definitely recommend!!

After meeting with representative Mike and I explained what we had in mind, we were quite impressed with his knowledge, and we were quite comfortable with his explanation of the work that would be done, and how long it would take.The installers arrived on time and proceeded to dismantle and replace all the windows and the patio door, as requested. They did an excellent job, were professional and friendly, and completed the job as promised.Were very happy with the result of their hard work - what a difference it has made to appearance and comfort of our house.

Had 13 new windows installed 4 years ago! They look as good as new! Had 6 more done 2 days ago with a beautiful sliding glass door and OMG! Everything looks Great!! My house looks amazing! Done as s promised. I would definitely recommend.. everything is sealed up nicely! I saved so much cooling cost with the 13, It’s going to be even better with the others complete! Various people I know recommended First choice windows and after visiting the showroom and getting an estimate I decided to go with this company.The installers were great guys and did excellent work and cleaned up after them selves like they weren’t even there.They explained how to operate the windows before they left and did a walk around with me to make sure I was happy with everything. They stressed very strongly about the lifetime warranty and how they up back their windows. I love the windows and my house is so much quieter and I can see so clearly out of them. My first experience with first choice was with the estimator who was professional and courteous. Some very important details were expert responses to my concerns and he was not pushy. The installer estimated timing and this was almost exact! Then came the day to install and it was awesome. The group of three were proficient, polite, and cleaned as they went. I was thrilled at how perfect my windows looked. The installers explained about the final county inspection, letting the caulk set for 24 hours, gave me on-hand instructions on opening, closing and cleaning They answered my questions without hesitation. Pretty slick, exceptional job, and beautiful new windows. This is the place to take your business.

I went to Century 21...not First choice windows. My friends tell me the window place is great...but I wouldnt know. However Century 21 is the best in Marion county.

When we decided that we wanted to have the Windows and Sliding Doors replaced in our home, we set out to find a company to do the job. After speaking to friends and acquaintances who had recently replaced their existing windows with hurricane rated windows, we called four different companies for estimates. We were very surprised by the differences in the estimates, with one being more than double the expense of the others.After we met with representatives of the four companies, we finally chose to use First choice Windows based on their great reviews and the product they were using. Our salesman, Mike was very proficient in his introduction and answered all of our questions honestly. He enlightened us on the product, letting us know what we would need, the cost, and the estimated time to expect until completion. First Choice handled getting the necessary permits thru the county and our job began in the time they guaranteed. We were replacing 14 windows and 2 sliding doors. The installers were very respectful of our property and were charming to have in our home. We were totally amazed by their skill and by how hard they worked. The installation of our windows were finished on schedule and at the cost that we were quoted.We highly recommend this local company for windows and doors.

The best all-around value in replacement windows in my opinion. Superior customer service and unbeatable Lifetime Warranty. Great people and a great product!! The moment the windows were installed we immediately noticed a HUGE difference in outside noise reduction and the extended time on how cool or warm our house remains before the HVAC system kicks in. I chose First Choice based on the reviews Id found and after a visit to their showroom. The office staff always had answers when I had questions and seemed very organized. When the county inspector came by after installation to sign off on their work, he said that he never has any problems with them, and if there is even the slightest issue the owner has been there within 5 minutes to address it. The only problem was the long wait for my turn to get the installation done, but that is likely a sign of a well-run business with plenty of customers, and management that knows not to over-commit and take on more work than they can handle well. Nothing was rushed, and any concerns were handled right away. Everybody I had any interaction with was always very concerned about the company reputation, and it shows in the quality of their service. Very pleased with the product and the workmanship.

We are very happy with our new windows from First Choice Windows. Weve had ours for a few weeks now and can already feel a difference in the temperature in our house. Minutes after requesting a quote on their website Judy called me to schedule an appointment for a free estimate. (Same week) Harvey arrived on time and gave me a courtesy call prior. He was able to provide me a quote on the spot, show me window samples and provided me and my wife with lots of great information. He told me to think about it and if we had any questions to give him or the office a call, he invited me to visit the show room and that we did. They had a great display of windows and a cabana door set up for us to see what we would be getting. I decided to go with First Choice windows and I am so glad we did.
