I would NOT recommend trying to deal with this company! So incredibly unprofessional, unreliable and downright rude. I called to have an estimate done. He was nice on the phone and came out the next day to do the, Estimate. He took measurements, etc. and said he would get back to me the next day or two with an estimate. I never heard anything from him. I called and left a voicemail, nothing. I called again the next day and he answered and said he was busy and couldnt talk but that he ordered the glass and would be doing the repair ASAP. I told him that I never got an estimate of when it could be done or what it would cost and did not know he had ordered the glass. I explained that this was very important since it was my neighbors window that I needed to fix. He was short and rude but promised to call me back within an hour. I never got a call. 2 days later, I sent him a long text message pleading with him to get back to me. At this point I had another estimate and did not want to put a deposit on that and mess him up if he already ordered the glass. I explained I wanted to do business with him if he already spent money on the glass. After waiting 3 more days and getting no response, I called on a Friday and left a voicemail explaining that I was going to put a deposit down from the other company if I did not hear from him by Monday morning. I got no return call and I put down a deposit on the window with the other company at lunchtime on that Monday. On the following Wednesday afternoon, he called me to tell me he got the glass. When I explained to him that I had tried to contact him 4 times and I had to put a deposit down with someone else, he got angry and hung up on me. I called him back to explain to him how rude and unprofessional he was and he obviously did not want to hear that. Extremely inconsiderate, unprofessional, unreliable and rude!

Prompt service, repaired 6 windows since they didnt stay open. I requested estimates on replacement windows, still waiting on estimate. That was over 2 weeks ago.

Called them and they came out the next day and fixed all my windows that did not open correctly. Did a great job. Thanks window doctor.

Excellent Service. I called out Window Doctor to replace the glass in a broken sliding glass door for my customer. They came the very same day. They repaired the door at an affordable cost. It looks great, moves freely and smooth. They cleaned up after they were done and left an overall fantastic impression. I will call them again if I ever need this type of service in the future. The entire process was seem less. I would recommend this company to anyone.

What a nice job! They were friendly. The were in and out so fast. They didnt leave any mess. The area around the windows looks so nice inside and out. I recommended the Window Doctor to my sister and she was just as happy as I was.

He was suppose to put doors in for me but he does not come or show up when he says he will. I dismissed him from doing a job, left a voice mail and text that his services was no longer needed. He showed up at the property when we were not there and took our locks off to get in and left our property unsecured all night cause he didn’t get the doors in. He had ordered windows for us previous to this to put in the property, when this happen with the doors we decided not to use him any longer. Long story short a month later we had to pick up a reorder on our window we took back cause it was damaged...Home Depot called him when it came in instead of me cause original order was under his name but said they would call me when reorder came in. He picked up my window at hd knowing it wasn’t his window. When I called him today he said yeah I have it....he said he would drop it off in parking lot by Drummond Bank and that’s where I found it.Very childish and in professional. Never use him again! Beware.

Have called him 3 times and is always getting back with me. Never calls back. Last time said 10 minutes he would call back. Still waiting 1 hour later. Not very professional. Dont want to use someone that s s irresponsible. Owner of house wanted to use him. Sandra George.

Dr. Pane (hehehe) was on-time, installed my windows as requested and cleaned up project area very nicely. Priced right, professional and courteous. I would use the Window Doctors services again. I recommend them!

I called to have a repair done. The serviceman informed me he was on his lunch break and that he would call back. Several hours later, I had received no call. I called back, and the serviceman said hed do the repair the next day. When I asked what time the next day?, his answer was Sometime before noon. Then he proceeded to not show up at all. Honestly, Im glad he didnt show up.

Called at noon to schedule an appointment, I was told he would be at my house in a couple hours as he had another job close by. Five hours later, no call no show. I called him and he had no idea who I was and then hung up on me. I certainly will find someone else to use.

Set appointment never showed or called, I called him they set an appointment the next day between 9 and 10 at 11:30 I called them they showed up at 2:30 pm.They put a window in and installed 2 screen doors.Over $350.00 to install 2 screen doors, the doors were put in the wrong direction and 2 days later the back door jammed and would not open. I called them they never returned my call.Not very professional or skilled in the field.I will never use him again a total waist of $650.00 for 1 window and installing 2 screen doors.

My Mom has called them 5 times and they keep telling her theyll call her back and they never do. Obviously they dont care.
