Extremely rude and impatient, while trying to request showing of property. Before even allowing opportunity to provide information, referred to my requests as a waste of time. When I attempted to ask how I can provide documents, hung-up phone. No one should feel comfortable sharing sensitive financial information with such complete lack of respect or professionalism. Literally, the agent did not help us at all!!! She told us to meet her for showings and to meet her at 12noon the next day but she never sent us any address. Then when I called her the next day she told me she was looking at some listings for us but it was 11:50 at this point. So I tried calling her but she would not pick up or answer my text messages. Finally she text me and as me if I could text her my pre approval letter. So I told her since we are meeting very soon cant I just show it to her ...but she never responded but this time it was 12:noon and I text her letting her know that my husband and I are waiting on her . She finally texted me saying she was at a meeting. Then 2 HOURS Later!!!! She text me as said hey Im at the address waiting on you then she text the address....Ive never seen unprofessional behavior like this in my life!!!
