This event happened with the old owner, hopefully. They came out for a service call, my salt chloranater wasnt working, after 3 hours of fiddling with it, said it was the transformer. Ordered a new one, cost 175.00. Had the old one tested, worked fine, couldnt return it. 2 months pass they came back out. This time the mother board wasnt working. Ordered new one, cost 250.00. Had old one tested, again worked fine. Called different store, they sent a tech out within 30 min found the problem, blown fuse. Cost .75 cents.Dont know that I trust this store. People seemingly poorly trained.

Bill came out and went through “pool school” with my wife and I. We’re first-time pool owners and Bill was very thorough in explaining all of the maintenance tasks and how all of the equipment works. He even adjusted a setting within our pump to make it run more efficiently. Highly recommend!

I did not know much about keeping my pool water clean (I’m new to this) and Bill (I think that’s his name? Checked my Analysis paper) helped me so much. Very friendly, took his time, and I was very comfortable to ask questions because he seemed to be happy to help!! I’m very happy and learned so much from just one visit!!

Called pinch a penny to change out the sand in my pool filter and the technician was in a bad mood and in a hurry. I told him he could come back to finish the job but he refused. When he left, my pool system wasnt working right and there was no suction. Called and spoke with the owner and he said he would have the guy call us. Two days later, at 8 am, the technician calls and said he is refunding our money and to find a new company. Are you kidding me. Beware of this company. Apparently, this guy is the only technician they have.

Called at 10 AM on a rainy Sunday morning. My pool motor had quit.Kevin came out 20 minutes after I called and checked the motor. Needed to be replaced. About an hour later (still raining)he had the new motor installed. Thats great service!

There is one employee that puts ear plugs in and when you ask him something he yells back at you because he has the ear plugs in and same employee yells across the store at other employees telling them you have a water test and the other employees are helping other people and then he just walks off very unprofessional
