First time using HomeTeam. Very pleased so far. Next day availability. The technician called the day before to confirm time. Technician arrived on time, listened to concerns and went to work.

Technician was highly professional. He gave good synopsis of everything he would be doing. Then he followed up at end with everything he did. Explained chemicals used and affects. I cannot see how you could ask for more.

Ben was great and able to address our problem after quickly identifying it. Used multiple strategies to prevent future ants as well as addressing the current problem. I have use this company in another city and was very happy with their service there as well.

This is a new construction so I had Scott come out to just do some preventative treatment outside and inside before we move in this week. Very nice and cordial. They do quarterly treatment and come in between time as needed. They are more expensive than my last company but I thought I would give them a try. They provide more services than the other company did as well. So lets see how it goes!

HomeTeam came out to activate the tubes in the wall system. Scott was our representative and was awesome. He was very through and explained what and how our system works. Scott is very professional and courteous. We are thankful he is our technician.

I’ve used them for about six months. Although I’ve had to call them to come back to treat for bugs between their quarterly visits, they do it quickly and I have the same guy, Justin, do the work. I hope to keep using them.

HomeTeam did an awesome job. Chris came out on the first day and was super nice. Very easy to work with. He educated us on the problem and what we needed to do in addition to them spraying. We saw a pretty decent decrease in bug activity after the first spray, and when Chris came back 7 days later to do a follow up, he again was awesome! And pleased with the reduction in activity. We’re now on day 1 after the second spray, and seeing another great reduction in activity. But like Chris pointed out, the bugs didn’t get here over night, they aren’t going to leave over night. It takes time. But Chris was very professional, and made me feel comfortable having someone in my home when I was home alone. All in all I would definitely recommend HomeTeam!

I do want to say that I’ve had several different techs at different locations, However my last tech who’s name is Carlos was very professional and detail oriented. He inspected and treated my home as if it was his. He explained what he was doing and made sure to check every station and every box on my place. He treated my 81-year-old uncle that lives on my property with upmost respect. I felt very comfortable with him around my house, my pets and grandchildren. I Definitely Wish to keep him as my permanent technician at my main property from now on. Home teams professionalism and training really shines through.

We had a problem with weevils and the technician explained first what theywere. Also, what theyre attracted to and how to rid us of this nuisance. We also had a problem with red ants but havent seen a red ant in the house since he sprayed around the foundation. This is the best pest control company I have ever had the pleasure of using. They are very transparent on what they do at your house. I get a detailed list of what chemicals they used, where they used them, and what they found. This is important to me, as I want to be sure my son is safe, and I like to research the chemicals they use to ensure he is safe around them. They are always super helpful and responsive. We are so happy with them and their pricing is right on point, and a little cheaper than we paid before, with a local guy who was nowhere near as good.

I recently used them paid more then the other company because they promised all types of extra things and the lady I talked to was very informative and helpful. They came sprayed came back in 7 days like they said said they would be back and didnt. I had to call then they came. Said they would be back in 7 days didnt I had to call. Said they would come didnt. Then I called again they came. I dont even have bugs bad thats what they said when I complained. I know i dont but I wanted it taken care of before they got bad. Needless to say I still have the bugs and they didnt come again. Now I have to pay another company.

With the initial price being higher than regular service more was suppose to be done. I believe since I am complaining of bugs in the house they would have done so. When the office called me the next day I asked about the spraying and the lady told me that it was only if I asked for it. Then we set up an appointment for the technician to come back out and today(Monday 3/2/20) between 8-10 am and no one called or showed up. Today I pulled out my refrigerator to check the water line and I saw saw 10 roaches.
