My VA medication was suppose to be sent from Gainesville, FL to Ocala, FL (only 45 min away). I called to check on why it didnt come in on the day it was suppose to. Oh they sent it to Massachusetts!!! Why?? No wonder you all are so backed up and still blaming covid for your reason of not opening up until 430pm. Absolutely ridiculous! Im no logistics genius but Im fairly certain Massachusetts is NOT one the way to Ocala from Gainesville!!! Absolutely, RIDICULOUS! Oh and now Ill be sick because my medication wont be here on time. Thanks so much UPS!!!!!!! Oh and the customer service says they have NO WAY to expedite it! Ha! What a joke!Now I just called in to speak with Bill, because he left a voicemail. Some rude lady answered the phone. Telling me that Bill left the info with her but she doesnt know what I expect her to do about it. I said, I know people pay for overnight shipping so why cant you overnight it to me? They knew about the problem Thursday afternoon, I should have it by Saturday, max. She replied by telling me the pharmacy should be calling and not me. Which is absolutely absurd!! Why would the pharmacy call you looking for my medication? Its not going to them, its suppose to be going to me! What a unhelpful, rude woman. Wow!

Was sent here by ups due to not finding our address but closed from 5/5/21 to 5/15/21 due to things out of control! Called number on paper lady that sent us was wanting us to waite for pickup 10 days later! Man in back tall african american found our package ! He is a good soul!

UPS attempted to deliver a pack to my home but it required a signature, no one was home so it was not delivered, the drive left a note so I went online and arranged to pick it up at the UPS office in Ocala, the next morning I walked i showed my ID and my slip left by the drive and I had my package and was out the door i a min, lady at the counter was friendly and helpful!

I had a notice on my gate today. The driver listed the date as 11/31 which is news to me. The info notice indicates this is a final attempt, when in reality it’s the first attempt. No indication where it’s from or if he’s bringing it back. And when you call customer service you get someone in the Philippines or Guatemala. What has brown done for me? NOTHING. Epic fail.
Excellent office with a perfect location, the staff that works here, gives you the confidence of having wisdom and excellent customer service. In this office you can find what you are looking for for the safe shipment of your packages to any part of the world. With efficient shipments and on time verified by its tracking of packages in the wed or in the phone app. Your home delivery staff has a lot of education and total professionalism.
This facility seems totally disconnected from UPS nationally. Missed a delivery, national said I could pick up. Tried, Oh driver will be late, you can get tomorrow (Saturday), except theyre not open. So, called national number (the local number is a closely guarded secret), so said, OK, deliver Monday. Monday, about 10:30 I get call, Were holding your package for pickup this afternoon. I said, Its supposed to be delivered today! Oh, we got message Saturday (theyre closed) saying, Hold for pickup. Drivers gone, maybe tomorrow. Apparently they dont read ALL messages. They also dont take messages; National Rep said hed TOLD THEM to deliver Monday. Really rotten customer service. Use FedEx or DLH if you can. Theyre getting more like USPS all the time...

A UPS driver decided to take a USPS package from my door after clearly reading it was a USPS package. They refused to bring the package back until 3 days later even though they were called within 30 minutes of the package being taken. The lady i talked to stated the package would be returned to me when she saw it fit to be and got very mouthy when I didnt agree, She even lied about dot laws because she wanted full control of the situation and acted like it was funny. We received it back in horrible condition with damage to the item causing us a loss of nearly $300.00 and a bad experience for our customer. I honestly believe the woman i spoke to should be demoted to trash duty. You can find a servalence video clip on YouTube.

LOCATION CLOSED UNTIL 4:30PM. Hours are wrong and the call center doesnt even realize this. Location does not have 9-12 hours. Dont waste your time showing up early morning. This place has no local phone number. UPS is like blockbuster. They will be out of business if they dont fix their poor company
Made my first visit on 9/13/17 to mail a package and encountered an extremely nice lady at the counter who answered my questions and assisted me through the label printing process. Would rate customer service Five Stars.The cost to mail a long motorcycle muffler was more than reasonable. Another Five Star rating!Will definitely go back!

There is no customer service at this facility. The really need to revamp the customer experience. I realize it’s a warehouse, but it is open to the public and you need to treat the public with dignity and respect. I just spent 10 minutes in line to pick up a package and besides myself there was only 1 other customer in the building.
What kind of business is only open 430pm to 730pm? Oh the kind that on its own changes your package status from out for delivery to customer requested pickup when the the customer never requested pickup and was sitting at the destination all day waiting on a package they paid the extra $25 for 2 day shipping but here its the 5th business day still cant even pick it up. Horrible customer service! Only automated now real person to talk to! Will never use UPS again.
Paid for next day shipping for some prescription glasses. After 5 days I came here to check on them. Lady behind the counter is efficient and direct. Said the package was scanned at the facility but never left. She said to contact the shipper and report a lost package. Would not go physically look for the package in the building. Now Ill wait 10 more days for a new pair of glasses to be made.

UPS has fallen from the days as a premier carrier. Drivers have tossed my packages at he door. The local service center is only open at odd hours during the day... I can take lunch between noon and 2pm but they are unfortunately closed in the afternoons.Update: I will never personally ship with UPS again. I have been driving around with a package for the last week and cannot make the small windows they are open. I cant drop in a box because I need a confirmation receipt. I normally work from 9-6 on the other side of town and can never seem to make it by 7:30 after picking up the kids. I tried going before work and they keep it locked up tight. This place acts like they dont need customers and they dont open in the weekends at all. I hate working with UPS. Amd dont bother complaining becasue they dont care.
Absolute WORST shipping facility. Went to pick up a package that was supposed to be held, guy told me he didnt have it to come back tomorrow, even though I was notified that it was ready. Perishable and fragile packages laying in a heap on the loading dock. Closes randomly from 12 to 430 so good luck picking up packages on your lunch break. Anytime they deliver a package its left at some random location in my yard, never ay my door. Left in the rain.

I have had the same delivery gentleman for years. His name is Dwayne and he is WONDERFUL! Today I got to talk with him because I happened to be outside.and I asked him how I could give him a great review on Google. He told me here. SO here it is! If I could give more than 5 stars I would, because I always find my pkgs safe and sound in a secure place, and get to have a nice chat with him if I happen to be home when he stops to leave a pkg.Thanks, Dwyane. I was awaiting a light facing towards Oakcrest ELEMENTARY school when I observed light green for traffic to proceed;A BIG BROWN UPS Truck fly past like several seconds AFTER opposite light was ALREADY green(driver was driving on Jacksonville Rd. Passing the Circle K at 5:55 pm on Thursday May 2, 2019) UPS NEEDs to do a BETTER job hiring & timing routes. THIS is extremely unprofessional & could possibly in future cost UPS a Huge lawsuit. KNOW UPS Dont want that. Conduct training to teach your workers BETTER.

They put my package on the wrong truck. It went to a business in Ocala instead of Silver Springs. I called them and they said they would pick it up on a Monday and would probably get it Tuesday. I called the business they dropped it off at on Wednesday and the person there said the package was still there. I ended up picking the package up myself. I know mistakes are made but when you say youre going to correct it it should be corrected.
I Was discriminated against!I was told on the phone that I could come in and pick up my package that was being held by showing my US Passport. The lady at the front desk was rude to begin with and said i wasnt going to get my package without showing a utility bill in MY name because people like to steal packages. The bills are in my parents name so how was that possible? She hands me the phone to speak with someone else in the facility and this lady tells me Common sense would have told you to come in with a utility bill in your name. I said I dont like the way your talking to me. And she told me I am speaking to you professionally. She even went on to tell me she doesnt understand why everyone else gets this common sense but I dont. I left UPS without my package crying! I had no problem with the policy, my problem is with the way I was treated. I came to pick up my package not to be told I lack common sense.

The ups driver decided that because I put up a sign stating that I would be renting my house out at the end of December that there was no reason to deliver my paycheck - even though I WAS STANDING OUTSIDE WHEN HE DROVE BY! then instead of holding it at the hub they IMMEDIATELY returned to the sender - this happened TWICE even after speaking with 5 managers to insure it didnt happen the second time!!!!!

UPS is Silver Springs Florida is horrible. They make every excuse in the book not to deliver a package or drive down my road. Nobody else has an issue with driving down my road. FedEx does it daily. Plus, I always have to hunt down my packages because this UPS wont even leave a notice in my mailbox saying they have my package much less attempted delivery. They are lazy and useless. You pay good money to have a package delivered to you and then you have to waste gas and drive thirty miles to their office to pick it up. DONT USE UPS!! Use Fedex or USPS. The people they have working at the place where you have to pick up the packages are SO RUDE!!! I HATE dealing with those people. They always act like they have better things to do than help you or do their jobs. UPS SUCKS in Silver Springs Florida!!!
One of the ladies at the counter is excellent service. The other is not so friendly and will nag you on every little detail. It is a 50/50 chance, and the gamble is yours to make.
We live at the end of our drivers rout and sometimes have stuff shipped to this hub for pickup if we need it early, and on multiple occasions the desk clerk has given our boxes to another business that gets products from the same distributor, she then proceeds to tell me it had no name and thata why. I then have to drive to the other business to get my boxes and would you imagine....it has my name and business name on it.. So yes they lie and are lazy.. not to happy but unfortunately nothing I can do if I need my product earlier then 5pm.
A little difficult to find, it is located in the back of a busy loading facility, but if you follow the tiny Customer Center signs placed around the parking lot youll find the office in the back corner of the building and above some double glass doors is a large Customer Center sign. Has a very friendly atmosphere, and the reception staff are very genuine and kind and competent

Service was horrible. From being talked down to by customer service to drivers not showing up at my house and just marking my packages that no one was home, leaving no notice at my house. And then explaining that they were at my house describing a house that was not mine, or using the most vague description that it could of been any house in the whole area. I went there to ship out a small box of ammunition and the person was very knowledgeable and helpful. I have heard horror stories of people being pulled through the wringer at other UPS Customer Centers because the employees themselves are unaware of the UPS policy which does allow this for small arms given the appropriate ORM-D labels are attached. Thanks, and I will highly recommend this place to others that ask!

Horrible experience. Lady told me that the packaging was not suitable...could tell she didnt want to do anything other than collect her pay. Took the same box across town to the UPS Store...expecting to have to have them repackage and send....nope, they said that the package was fine..2 minutes later I am out the door with a receipt. Lady at the UPS Customer Center should not be employed!
I was told by an employee at this location I could come in the following day to pick up my package and given no information that I would need specific info to pick it up. When I arrived at this facility the lady who said her name was Jane was extremely rude, turning, mid conversation to have a non related conversation with another person. Was absolutely the worst customer service I have ever received. I refuse to go back to this location. I called UPS filed a claim and told them if they couldnt get the package to my residence without issue, they can return it to Amazon.

Terrible experience! Brought a box to the Ocala UPS Customer Center yesterday to be shipped overnight to a customer. When I arrived back home (1 hour later), I looked up the tracking number and it said the delivery was refused because customer did not order the shipment. The recipient was never contacted, and I was not contacted. Clearly the package didnt leave Ocala and certainly was not refused. I have spent hours on the phone (last night and today), and could not get any information. My customer does not have the equipment that they needed TODAY and nobody can even tell me where my package is. This is unacceptable service.
Customer service is excellent. Convenience as to how patrons choose to pay is not adequate.
There closed on Saturdays so if the ups driver came too your house on Friday and you were nreasonse to sign for the package. You were thinking going there on Saturday to pick it up. Yeah there closed on Saturdays and this is one of the reasons why people use FedEx

Hours according to the website and phone system are not correct. I drove 30 miles to pick up a package only to find out they close at noon and reopen at 5pm..... I wasnt the only one. A man needing chemo meds was turned away from a pretty rude employee that just kept saying, coldly, Its corporate. Then she slammed the door and locked it. It was only 5 or 10 minutes after noon, too. There is no local number, either. Just an automated 1 (800) number

I ordered several items from Amazon two of which were handled amd delivered by the USPS. Third item handled by UPS was returned to carrier facility as undeliverable because of problem with address. I have done a lot of shopping on Amazon over the years and never have I had a problem with a carrier unable to locate my residence.

Spent 1 hour on the phone to hear Chris in Ocala was too busy to help and the package is in a container for Monday delivery. Offered to pick package up at Ocala facility and still got no where. 2nd time this has happened! Customer service gets a a big fat F- ! Ocala distribution needs to get someone on site to take care of their bus. and correcting a problem created by a driver!

Worst ever the lady has every excuse not to ship anything. I tried to ship a carburator and she said she had to open the box. The carb was in a Holly shipping box that needed a screwdriver to open it. She didnt have one but said she smelled gas anyway.The carb had been boiled for a half hour so I dont knw what she smelled but she wouldnt take it. I had to go home, repack it and shipped it FedEx.I will NEVER set foot in this place again.

3 times now the UPS driver has left a package in my garage. Just because I leave my garage door open is not an invitation to enter my garage. UPS needs to deliver packages to my FRONT DOOR NOT my Garage !
