Maybe fastnel should trust GOD more than the covid

Fastenal is using COVID to be lazy. They are there all day, but will only sell on WillCall between 1pm-3pm. Apparently you cant catch COVID between those hours. I needed something today at 3:30pm, not tomorrow. Its OK, A-JAX (next door) was happy to do a little work to make money. I will drive to the other side of town to prevent Fastenal from getting any of my future business.

Two issues were at play on separate visits. On visit one I was asked to get my mask that was forgotten in my vehicle which is fine, except it was by the manager standing with a group of employees none of whom had a mask on at all. I return and most are worn incorrectly, as they handle my order. Visit two is a lost order that was confirmed via email leading to an hour wait while I resubmitted what they had sent to me. No explanation, no apology for the mix up, and an hour of productivity lost. Also, employees not wearing their masks or wearing them incorrectly. This will be the last business I conduct here.

Horrible customer service. Kept calling and nobody would answer knocked on the door while somebody was right there listening to me knock and just ignored it
