Called up Zito Media to set up new service because the rep said that my address was in their service area. Set up an install date and time (8am-10am). The day of the install the installer never showed up because my address was NOT in their service area. I waited around for 2 hours finally calling them at 10:01am and the rep responding Oh we apologize but the installer said your address is not in our service area. So I asked what time did the rep figure this out??!! He responded At 7:30am. So then I asked how come the installer didnt feel the need to share this info with me so I didnt waste 2 hours of my time waiting for him to show up?? The rep replied I have no idea but your address is not in our service area.DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND NEVER CONTACT OR DO BUSINESS WITH THIS CLOWN OPERATION!!
We had an appointment set up for 8 - 10am this morning for install. No call, no show. I called and waited over 10m to have a sales agent tell me their system keeps throwing out orders or techs keep cancelling orders due to scheduling issues, so the agent told me Id get a call within 15m from the tech assigned to my address. No call no show again. I called again after 2 hours and the next agent tells me that my address is not serviceable, and that my account should not have been set up in the first place.Thats the last time Ill ever call Zito Media.
Have had no phone, No Line, for three days & no one reply to texts or emails. Called the Helpdesk, people tried to fix whatever, going to kick it to next tier & still nothing. No texts, no emails...nothing. Unbelievable.Going on a week. No responses to texts, to emails, on hold for over 15 minutes. This company just doesnt care. We were forced to except this company as Fibervision in Ocala sold out to them sold out its customers. Cannot wait until another company can buy into the area, held hostage by this company with no integrity.
Do they even care about their customers? Not at all. Had an appointment and they missed it! I work from home and cannot be without internet! Called 3 times… first said he is on the way, second said she’d file a must do ticket but had no timeframe of when they’d show. Third didn’t even acknowledge my call as I overheard him talking to his co-workers and telling stories about street hockey then disconnected my call. Do your job!!! I haven’t even had the service yet and the experience is miserable. I legitimately only have zito or centurylink in my area and centurylink offers speeds that simply cannot support what I do at home. However, I’d rather go with some Internet at century link rather than no Internet due to incompetence from zito. The nerve of this company.
So how do you set up an appointment and tell someone to be at there address and be 4 hours late as a new customer like that doesn’t make sense when you set up an appointment a week in advance. All you get when you call in is attitude and rudeness if you cant do it just say that and not waste the customers time all day… been sitting her since 8am and still no response.

Dont understand why and how Cablevision of Marion County didnt notify that the service/company was transferring to Zito/Century link. This is by far the worst service I have ever had. This is extremely frustrating especially when you work from home and internet is a MUST!!!! Thank you so much Cablevision you definitely dropped the ball on your customers when doing this transition. Not a happy customer.
This has been the worst cable company I have ever dealt with! No one answers the calls, the office stated on SW 93rd is completely empty, my emails for a service technician has gone unanswered, and I am unable to access their online bill pay! Someone please help me get through to this company in which I did not elect to have as my service carrier! I wish we were given notification of the cable company change from Fibervision to Zito a few months ago, where no one seems to care to provide the proper customer service.

They dont provide internet at my home but, just a mile down road they provide to a friends home. Checked with the local Ziti Media office and there are no plans of provide service in the future. Stuck with Centurylink slooooow DSL speeds.
Zito Media took over our excellent cable & internet provider. The transfer has been and is being handled VERY POORLY. 1st, Fibervisondid not provide any notification about the transfer. 2nd, Zito media has not been proactive to notify existing customer, (transferring customers from Fibervison) about information about there services. 3rd, I called in to get information and was notified I would be paying my bill would go UP. I asked for pricing information & was advised to check their web site online. I checked 2 days ago and there was no information for my area. I asked to speak to a manager. He said there was no one there.If I would have allowed MY CUSTOMER SUPPORT STAFF TO TREAT CUSTOMERS LIKE THIS, I and my staff member would have been terminated on the spot.Furthermore the other Support reps (I heard in the background were joking and laughing about customers taking up 48 minutes. The other rep told the customer to call back another time. WHY ON EARTH WOULD A COMPANY HIRE STAFF THAT DID NOT WANT TO DO THEIR JOB, OR BE ALLOWED TO MAKE FUN OF CUSTOMERS that are considering using their Companys services. THERE IS A MAJOR COMMUNICATION PROBLEM with Zito Media and it needs to be addressed. Phone Support staff should be curious to their customers, or they will not have a job for long! I hope the company thinks enough of the new SERVICE AREA AND TREAT THEIR CUSTOMERS WITH RESPECT!!.
Paying for 100 mbps getting 10 to 40.Wait minimum 3 to 4 hrs for text response.When you call tech support they have had the same msg for 4 days. (They have a problem and tech has been dispatched)It has been this way for a week now.Deserve zero starsLousy internet and customer service!!!
What a terrible co!!!! They dont answer the phone or emails. Cant register on line and wont accept your phone number to pay. Havent received a bill this month. Cant report problems to anyone and FYI to everyone. ....the local office is closed. Anyone have any suggestions??😱😱😱
Switched from century link wich was really bad. Heard about zito from a friend and I called them, had no issue with appointment and install, they worked hard to install and had to run a new cable from their main hub to the back of my house..after 4 months I havent had any issues with my internet.. So far so good at a good price.
I’m on day 3 with no internet! We work from home! We never had an outage this long without explanation with FIBERVISION! I have called ZITO tech support many times in the past 2 days and I stay on an everlasting hold, no one ever picks up! ZITO I think you bit off more than you can chew!
If I could have given a negative star I would. Since the transition from Fiber Vision to Zito the quality of the internet has degraded. I work from home and the internet is my lifeline. Initially I was paying for 45 megs, that has been reduced to 10 without anyone reaching out yet the price is the same for this lousy service. I will be switching my service for better service and professionalism. Great job Zito, keep providing your customers with poor service, soon everyone will leave.

I give them 1 star for trying. There’s a reason you never heard of this company and you’re checking the reviews. If I were you I would run far far away, no fly away. I never leave reviews but I want new people to know what I experienced. Maybe I’m just one bad experience out of a lot of happy customer. But when your whole community complains about them and wants to have them removed you know something is wrong. They add services without telling you. They remove services without telling you. You stay on hold for more than you talk when they decide to pickup your call. What are you paying them for?If you have other options I would go with another internet or tv provider. They always have outages and if you are working from home during the COVID era you better believe you won’t get to work. So if you care about having service I wouldn’t go with this company.They’ll be out of business soon in this area. They’re the type of business that goes where there is no competition so they can take advantage of people cuz they have no other option available in the area. If your in the Ocala area I would choose Centurylink for internet. It’s the same price and you’ll have service. Buyers beware. This is real buyers remorse.

I’ve had what was called Marion County Cablevision for 10 years. This last year I’ve had the WORST service ever. Zito is constantly down. When they are down, they have the most condescending messages that make you question if they even care. Not even live customer service. I’ve had at least one outage a week for several months now. In a “new normal” where we have to work from home, how can we do this if our internet provider is constantly down? I would have given them no zeros if that were an option which is a fair representation of the value they provide, none. Stay away if you can.
Zito media has increased cable usage with no apology. Most of users in Ocala FL are more likely seniors living on social security but no apology for increases. Terrible customer service. This is the second increase this year after Marion county cablevision changed ownership. Response from company appears to not care. Its the same service, but now $77.10 for the senior pkg.
Poor everything. First the take over then 1 1/2 hours on hold to be able to pay my bill. Next loss of internet with a recording basically saying they know and have no idea when it will get fixed. Today the added addition of no dvr . Not recording any of my shows. Guess it’s back on hold

Have called serval times over 34 days trying to resolve ZitoTV2Go app and service. Don’t have most of the stations they offer! Complete run around, refuses to let me speak with a supervisor keep telling me they’re working on it! Have been lied too since December 22nd!
Fiber vision was a 2 star company on a good day. This company that took over is absolutely horrible. They have zero customer service skills. Thats if you can get through to one. Hours of being on hold and they hang up. They tell me I owe $110 extra on this bill when my fiber vision account was 100% paid up to date. I asked them to show me a break down. We dont have access to the fiber vision files. On top of it all the internet is constantly broken. DONT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!EDIT!!!!!! 3 months later and they are worse... They just bs you with answers and nothing gets fixed... I cant warn you enough to look for something different.
I would give 0 stars if a could! This is by far the worst company, the service is terrible, the channels are trash and the internet crashes all the time. We called customer service cause of internet issues and they were very rude and did not solve anything.
Internet goes down a lot. They dont seem to care how we feel about their service. No warning was given before Fibre went away...it was, suddenly, Zita. Thats shady in and of itself. Time to consider cord cutting.
My internet stopped working on 9/10/2020 at 5pm,. Has not worked since, i have called more than 10 times and cannot get anyone on the phone for service. The last time I called, i selected new service to get a live person. A lady by the name of Amy answered, when I explained I was a customer and had no service, she quickly said let me transfer you. I was on hold for an hour, no answer.I texted and emailed the numbers and emailed address they provide on their web site. No answer!Filing a complaint with the BBB. This company is horrendous.
I called after I found out they switch from fiber vision I got through talk to someone who was very nice to me so far my fiber internet been great 👍 lets give things a chance so far im a happy costumer :) 😃

Internet has been down for 8+ hours today no one will answer the phone to tell you what’s going on it just a recorded message that says tech is working on it with no estimated completion time. In this day and age people rely so much on internet to work from home and to do school work. I find this unacceptable and will be filing a complaint with BBB.
Ocala Florida has Fibervision. Never had any issues until now. Working from home has become next to impossible with the number of outages, time and time again calling them. A few of their technicians said it’s been horrific. Spectrum PLEASE PUT IN LINES 34476 SW 115th Street Road
They just bought out cablevision and it has made our life a nightmare. My children keep losing connection to their class Zoom (we have to homeschool them due to Covid), and I am losing time on my exams and missing meetings for my classes (Im in school at night). This is awful.
Had to go through a third party which managed the gated community I live within to even talk to these people. Only to find out initially they held me on autopay when they had bought Cablevision, the company i received internet from before, Alerted within days of my payment and forced to manage their affairs on my behalf I was infuriated.After hours and hours of robotic calls that lead to obnoxious hang ups on the slightest customer service paths, i had to gp to this third party to have them reach a contact that I had no way of reaching myself.This company highlights the worst of filth i have seen and deserves nothing more than bankruptcy and liquidation. Otherwise they can eat a fat one.

I have tried calling customer service 3 times. Stayed on the line for over 20 minutes each time and no answer. This is terrible customer service. Took over for fibervision and no info to customers, not even an email or snail mail postcard from either company. I opted out of my 2 year service because fiber vision said you could in the first 3o days but if people arent informed of the change of companies, how would they know. I only found out because I called with a billing question.I .only gave one star for review because the review wouldnt post unless you clicked on at least one! Otherwise I would have given them a zero!

Take control of Fibervision of Florida, no notice, no warnings, dropping channels in lineup, disruption of internet and phone service, no 24 hr customer service line, what a way of alienating your new customers. VERY unprofessional.
Equipment is like from the 1980s,, service is horrible and goes out daily and currently has been out all day, I do not recommend this company at all.

Called with major over billing issues with the first bill sent since taking over Fibervision. Was on Hold over an hour and hung up. Emailed no response yet in the first hour. Have been back on hold for 35 minutes now still waiting. What does it take to get someone at least give an update on where we are in Que This is awful O stars for customer service.

Zito Media took over the Fibervision internet, cable and phone in Florida. I cant get through to customer service. People in my community have no service for days and yet the trucks are driving around. This company is worse than Fibervision and thats saying a lot!
