WARNING Having a local dealer like International Satellite is the only way to go. I called my provider for service and after spending almost an hour on the phone, they told me that I needed a service call but they could not be here until next Tuesday. I called International this morning at 7:50 AM and it is now 11AM and I am ready to watch the game at 12!Thank you International Satellite for the great-fast service. Highly Recommend!

I like my new Dish Hopper. I can now watch all my favorite shows again. The picture is beautiful and the service I received from International was excellent. They did a nice job installing my system and took time to explain to me how everything worked. The one thing I dont care for is the weather channel is not localized. I called John and he told me to come to the shop and he would show me how to use the weather app. I am telling all my friends to get off the cable and get Dish. And tell John that Bev sent you and we will both get a $100 credit on our bills!

After having lost ABC (via DISH) we went seeking alternative ways to receive the channel (ABC from Gainesville). We spoke with Mr John (Pierce) who recommended a particular antenna based on our area and what we could hope to receive, without promises of course because of signal and location, and would do what they could to get us the best result. He told us what we needed to hear not what we wanted to hear. Brandon and Jon came out and thats where the excellent installation came in. They were careful and respectful of our home, property and cautious about keeping enough distance so as to avoid unnecessary personal contact. Some installers would have put up the mast/antenna connected the tv and said heres what you got and would have left. Brandon took the extra time to tweak the direction of the antenna so as to get the best result. We are totally satisfied with International and the service, John, Brandon and Jon forwarded us. We highly recommend them.

I was never given the paperwork that came with my antenna. After two visits to just get my model number and very nasty service, I was told I could get a service call for $75.00. I am definitely not going to pay them another penny. Very, very bad customer service. I would not have given any stars, but I couldnt post without giving one.

This is a great company. They are very knolagable and offer excellent in home service. The owner John tells it like it is. I can see where some people don’t like his style, but for me, don’t sugar coat it, give it to me straight! I would give them more than 5 stars if I could!

Had a antenna put in today. Brandon installed it.He was right on time. Told me what he had to install it. First he checked out the cable to the TVs. 3. Spent about 1/2 installing the antenna.For the next 1/2 hour or so he worked to make sure we would get the best reception possible.Brandon went through each tv. And showed the channels we now get.Cleaned up and was done. Very nice and professional worker.

A Big Shout Out from our summer home in Tennessee. We have been doing business with John and Jim in Ocala for the past 10 years. We have always found them to be helpful deliver excellent service. When we stopped in to tell them we had purchased a cabin in the Tennessee mountains, they jumped right in and got everything setup for us to continue with our Dish service while we were up here for the summer. They had their local tech here come out and install Veasat for the internet. They say we can put the internet on pause when we return to Ocala in the fall, but so far, it is much faster than my existing service, so I may just have them install it in Ocala as well. Thanks for always taking such good care of us!

I was having trouble with my tv again and called John for help. In a matter of just a few minutes he determined that the problem wasnt with my antenna, but with my tv. I went to SAMs and got a great deal on a jumbo screen. The guys came out and inboxed it for me and everything is working great,This is a very fine local company to do business with!

I came over to my moms house. She is 69 years old. This company made her to buy a new TV for her bedroom and an universal remote for living room from Best Buy which is all well and fine. I put the TV together and set it up for her. For the antenna, she told me all I need to do is to plug the cable in and it should work but it didnt. She called the company and my mom got John. My mom told him her name and what was going on. Then I got the phone and told him what was going on. John needed my moms info; so, back to my mom on the phone. My mom only had to repeat her name a few times over the phone and finally spelled it out for him. My mom was super, super nice speaking to him while it sounded like he really didnt want to be on the phone... I got on the phone again, he ask AGAIN what was going on (OMG)!!! Instead of repeating myself, I tried to ask questions about if she needed box in her bedroom, so everything comes from the box in living room, blah, blah... John says no, no, no, no which made me upset because instead of him saying no, explain why or what?... Then I said - Wait a minute, theres either 1 box or 2 boxes, it cant be no boxes? (I was thinking what the heck is in my moms living room then - SEMANTICS) John said that hes not going to take this anymore and hanged up on me for ASKING QUESTIONS, WOW. Geez, what is it called if it is not a box - SEMANTICS? I personally am unplugged... I get everything from my XBOX and many of my friends (even my mom at one time) has/had a Roku Box. So honestly, I call devices - boxes and coaxial cable - cable which MOST PEOPLE DO. My 69 YEARS OLD MOM sweetly called and beg him, again for help. Honestly, if it was me, I want a full refund!!! So, I talked to him again... he sounded restrain but at least calm. This time I decided not to say anything about boxes, #SEMANTICS. The word box seems to set him off. I told him I just got here; so, I dont know whats what here. He said did I plug in the coaxial and I said yes. Then, he said did I scan the channels and I told him I didnt see anything about scanning... He said it should be in the menus and if not, he quickly said something about looking up programming on the internet (epp). While I was looking through the menus again, I give the phone to my mom to talk to him and he hanged up on her. I finally found it under settings as auto tuning instead of scanning. I try that option (only one I could find) and voila, voici, merveilleux... it works with as minimal help as I can get.UPDATE: John wrote back to me in private. Apparently, he claims I cant follow simple directions when I clearly did because my mom was able to get her channels as stated in my review. Obviously, he trying to make himself the good guy by belittling me. His rudeness continues on. Here is what he wrote:My instructions were very simple. Just not simple enough for you to follow. At no time do we Make anyone buy a new TV or remote, we may recommend it if theirs is bad. I will do my best to assist a customer, however, I will terminate a call if after repeated atempts, the customer continues to over talk me, or just wont listen to instructions. I have been helping customers for over 35 years over the phoine, but sometimes you just cant help some people. I am happy to hear that you were able to get your TV (that I didnt sell you) working right, and that the antenna that we DID sell you continues to work with your NEW TV..His grammar, punctuation and spelling hurts my eyes. English is not strong with this one.
