I was staying with family in the area and needed some assistance with a laptop that was performing poorly. Took it in and it was fixed promptly and at a reasonable price. I am not very tech savvy but they took the time to go over everything in understandable language - I mean they didnt have the snarky corporate IT attitude you find sometimes.. Not only were they were able to retrieve data from an older laptop that had crashed, they offered a refurbished MacBook which meets my needs and they patiently took the time to set it up and explain its features. There are so many good things to say about Tarynn Neary and Ocean Computer Clinic I hardly know where to start! In August of 2016 I spoke to Tary about having her build me a custom desktop computer. I gave her my wish list, which included plenty of RAM and Processor Speed to accommodate my obsession with manipulating photos and videos. On August 9th, 2016, Tary delivered and set-up the unit I’ve been using ever since! And, I’m still as thrilled with this computer today as I was the first day I used it.The quality of this sturdy computer speaks for itself, having outlived every computer I’ve ever ‘bought-off-the-shelf’. But, extra-special acknowledgment must be given to Tary: Every time I’ve called her with a question, she’s answered the phone graciously or promptly returned my call. Further, she goes out of her way to answer questions that may not even relate to the computer itself; her knowledge of processing equipment, software, and the internet seems bottomless, oceanic, if you will! Tary was very fast in finding and solving the problem with my pc desktop. I called 5 places last minute and no one could see me quick. I am a hard-core gamer and needed it fast. I was in and out in less than 20mintues, on a Saturday no less. Great price for fast and service.

The best service by far. Terry, replaced the screen on my mac book and did a great job. He spoke to me and gave me every possible option on the screen repair and we chose the one that fit my budget. He had my machine up in running in less than 2 days. Even if I call he answers all of my questions and offers the best advise. Terry is the best!!!!

I had a 3 year old Mac that was limping and got a brand new computer back. Service was impeccable and the staff was very nice. I can’t believe that I was going to buy a brand new Mac book since my old one has slowed to a crawl over the years. They saved me thousands of dollars and all they did was wipe it and put a new operating system on it. All of my files where backed up then put back on. Amazing!!!

Terrence is a fabulous technician when it comes to Apple products. I had a situation that I could not discover at all on my MacBook Pro. Even chatted with AppleCare With no success. But Terry was to the rescue not only did he fix my issue but he gave me a lot of pointers that I never had understood before and when it came time to upgrade my hard drive I went to Terry. I find his expertise and his pricing very very reasonable. I’ve even bought a few machines from him too.
