Was given a laptop from work to use while working at home. Misplaced the charger, Best Buy’s “universal chargers” were not universal enough for this laptop. Thank goodness for CONTROL ALT DELETE! This Lady worked on my 10+ year old desktop for 3 or 4 days she traveled to buy new parts and installed used parts to try to make it work correctly but didn’t work she then sold me an updated (she purchased a larger memory) 2 year old computer for 229.00 and didn’t charge a dime for the parts or time into my old one She transferred all my info into the one I bought and I am up and running good .I will always go to CtrAltDelete for any computer issues

If I could give more than 5 starts I would. They literally saved my girlfriends job. On a Sunday morning, she realized her charger for her work laptop was three hours away, in an office that wouldnt be open until Monday morning. She needed a charger for Monday morning. Tried Walmart and BestBuy, no options for her older Lenovo. No overnight shipping options. We started calling every computer repair place that Google showed was open. So many places just rang to voicemail. But CRTL ALT DELETE answered their phone! At 9:30 on a Sunday morning! A true technician, she asked a few questions to be sure the charger was indeed our problem. After our explanation she offered to sell us her universal charger, out of her tool kit, if it fit. We drove over, tested the charger in her cool garage workshop, it worked, and she sold it to us at cost. No markup at all. Shes awesome. She went way above and beyond for total strangers.
