I recently purchased a canon laser printer from laser printer systems. The owner, Phyllis, was very helpful and friendly. I tried ordering the same printer from dell and they ended up canceling my order without contacting me. Frustrated and in need of a printer, I called LPS and they shipped one out that same day!
