Excellent customer service.Second year I have used them, they are on time and the peace of mind knowing our dryer vents are clear is priceless.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. We had mold in our ducting. Guy came out and was super nice. Said he just needed to spray with a chemical that would kill present mold and prevent mold from growing. Said he needed to come back for a follow-up. Called and scheduled followup. He never showed. We called and he said he had some emergency call that took all day. So we rescheduled. On the second scheduled day, about 2 hours after the scheduled time and a no show, we called and he said he thought it was later in the day. We had to cancel for that day. When we called to reschedule a 3rd time he did not answer our calls. We asked another person to call and he would not answer their call. We had another company come out and they told us a spray never would have cleared up the mold. So long story to say Duct Dusters took nearly $500 and we still have to have our ducting removed.
