Having someone today to come out to investigate and make repairs on your home can be a very scary proposition! I found Affordable Chimney Sweep by searching online and I couldnt be happier we did! We did not know what was causing the water leak into our lanai. Bill and Brad arrived and investigated inside and outside on the roof. They took pictures and explained everything that needed to be done and gave us a fair price. They even made sure they returned to complete the work prior to some very bad weather that this area was expecting the next day. I also want to mention that Bill and Brad are really nice people and you can feel very comfortable around them . Their prices are affordable; and when you factor in the amount of time and care they put into the job you actually feel good handing over your payment. Another company wanted $1350 for a storm cap. They charged me $380 just to look at the chimney and do some quick, temporary repairs. That is insane for semi-skilled labor.Affordable installed the same cap for $625. It was originally $650, but they offered a discount because the cap took a while to arrive. Not their fault.This is the only company I will use in the future.
