Our rug was in absolute terrible condition after a failed Tik Tok hack. This rug needed multiple cleanings and was brought back to original condition. We couldn’t be happier with the turn out. 5 ⭐️ all the way.

I recently had an oriental rug brought back to life by Allred,s. My poodles had decided that it was a glorious pee pad and had stained it to the point where I believed it could never be saved; but, these folks proved me wrong. It required a huge amount of time and patience on their part. Cleaning and touching up the dye to the rug ; they made it look like new again. For what they did I would say the price was very modest. To say that we were pleased would be an understatement!!!They are the best!!!

Our family has used Allreds for 30+ years. I remember them from when I was a child and they now clean my home for my own family. Allteds is amazing. I have used them on 2 jobs. My carpet from Italy came back looking brand new. When our home sold and we had to be out fast they came to our rescue. They were on time worked us in. The guy was so through it passed the OCD test for cleanliness. It looked so good I didnt want to move. I highly recommend them and prices are great.

Phone communication is not the same as person to person, Most dont understand this.I think our tech was Travis. Thank you to Travis for being so kind and patient and smiling. The carpets are fantastic, fresh and wonderfully clean. Loved the corner protectors! Very groovy, especially since I just painted most of the inside of the house. Thank you again.Of course I will recommend Allreds exclusively for the rest of my life.Many businesses advertise their excellent customer service, a B+ at best. Allreds sets the bar. Josh came yesterday September 23rd, 2015 and as always did a wonderful job of cleaning my living room and bedroom. Have been using Performance Plus since 2010 and have never been disappointed. In addition, last year when I bought my sons car they completely cleaned the inside carpets and upholstery. Highly recommend this company for a cleaning job you will be pleased with. They truly are the best in Marion county and more!!!! They will make sure to get out stains that other carpet cleaning companies cant and wont be able to get out, they are truly worth their prices. Its true you get what you pay for and in this case what you are getting is perfect looking carpet, tile, upholstery and rugs, whatever one you need done they got you taken care of! 👍👍🙂

Excellent cleaning job. Both the Indian and Moroccan rugs look very much like they used to and they have had many years of use. Time to clean was a bit long but they provided a discount for the delay. Easy to talk to and explain what you want.

Travis worked steadily for more than 3 hours cleaning our beige/white carpeting. He vacuumed it, raked it, and then cleaned it thoroughly. We are very pleased with his work. Allreds was highly recommended by one of our neighbors, and she was right!

Couldnt wait to write this review. He finished our Master Bedroom and he is now in 2nd bedroom. Could not ask for a better company to clean my carpets. I had my bedroom carpet cleaned by Allreds Performance Plus recently. I couldnt have been more satisfied by the professionalism of the service tech that showed up to clean my carpet and the wonderful job that he did. He explained what he was going to do prior to beginning the job, explained what the cost would be and completed the job just as he said. My carpet looked great. I had 6 chairs cleaned that were in bad shape and he took his time cleaning each one. They almost looked brand new. The chairs are 18 years old!

Reliable, thorough and absolutely clean when completed. Have used them several times with outstanding results each time. Love Allreds service.

Jack spent about four hours cleaning our carpeting (two bedrooms, living room w/ dining area and hallway). The carpet is off white and had a nasty stain in one spot and traffic patterns in front of the couch/chairs and down the hallway to the bedrooms. We never thought the stain would come out. After cleaning the carpeting, it looks almost new! We thought we would have to replace it, but now were sure we will get many more years out of it. We couldnt be happier, and were so glad we went with Allreds instead of trying to do it ourselves or going with a cheaper option. Thank you Jack and Allreds!!

I was extremely satisfied with the service technician, he was professional and my carpet and chair turned out great.

I have to say i was pleasantly surprised at what a fantastic job Allreds performance plus did on my grout. I had a horrible time trying everything to clean my grout in the bathroom and kitchen, it so embarassing. Performance plus came out and in just a couple hours the tile looked totally new again. they even sealed the grout to prevent future staining. the employees were very professional and polite and even punctual, that hard to find. I would definately recommend this be the first place you call it will save you the time, hassel, and money in the long run. Im definately a lifelong customer, i couldnt be more satisfied.
